Claims (7)
- タイヤトレッドを加硫するためのモールド(25)の内張り(27)用ブレードであって、前記ブレード(1;10;33)が選択的レーザ溶融によって作られ、前記ブレードが、
-前記ブレード(1;10;33)を前記内張り(27)の本体(19)内に固着するよう構成された固着部(3;14;39)と、
-少なくとも1つの切れ目を前記タイヤの前記トレッドに成形するよう構成された成形部(5;16;41)とを有する、ブレードにおいて、
前記ブレード(1;10;33)は、補強手段(9a,9b,9c;12a,12b,12c;40a,40b,40c)を有し、前記補強手段は、前記ブレードの前記固着部(3;14;39)にしか存在しておらず、
前記ブレードは全体形状が長方形であり、前記補強手段は前記ブレードの少なくとも一方の側方の縁に沿って延びている、ブレード。 - 前記補強手段(9a,9b,9c;12a,12b,12c;40a,40b,40c)は、前記ブレード(3;14;39)の前記固着部を備えた厚さ増大部として形成されている少なくとも1つの厚さ増大部の形態をしている、請求項1記載のブレード。
- 前記厚さ増大部は、前記ブレードの長手方向にも沿って延びている、請求項2記載のブレード。
- 前記ブレード(33)は、全体形状が長方形の本体(35)、及び、前記本体(35)と一体に形成されており、本体よりも厚さが大きいヘッド(37)を有する、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載のブレード。
- 前記補強手段(9a,9b,9c;12a,12b,12c;40a,40b,40c)は、前記ブレードを前記内張り本体(19)内に固着する固着手段でもある、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載のブレード。
- タイヤを加硫するためのモールド(25)の内張りであって、内張り本体(19)と、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の少なくとも1つのブレード(1;10;33)とを有し、前記ブレード(1;10;33)は、前記内張り本体内に固着されている、内張り。
- タイヤを加硫するモールドであって、請求項6記載の内張り(27)を有する、モールド。
