Description
して、高度なガス不透過材料(例えばポリエチレン)と結合するのが困難である。ガス拡散問題に取り組む最近の行動には、フルオロポリマーベース材料の廃棄、及び二重壁を備えた単一可撓性袋の供給が含まれており、内壁は、清潔なポリエチレンであると共に、外壁は、ガスの透過に抵抗するポリエチレン/ナイロンラミネートである。ポリエチレンベース材料は、内壁の外壁への結合工程における適合性に対して選択された。しかしながら、内壁のフォトレジストへの耐性は、不適当であることが分かった。
別に整形されたPFA材料のシート又は部材の中央にある穴に、分配連結具を封止させることにより形成され得る。PFA部材は、半分にされた2つが、開放された側の端縁において、合わせて封止され得るように、半分に折り畳まれてよく、分配連結具が容器の上端に位置決めされた状態で、内側可撓性容器を形成する。外側可撓性容器は、ポリエチレン(PE)又は他の可撓性不透過材料の2個のシート(内側及び外側部材)の中央に近接する穴に封止される別個の外側連結具を含んでよい。
幾つかの実施形態において、分配容器は、加圧袋に隣接して載置されてよい。流体(例えば窒素)を加圧袋に噴出することにより、分配袋は、加圧袋及び格納容器の間で加圧させられる。これはまた、分配袋の均一な潰れ、完全な分配、及び加圧流体の分配袋からの隔離という特徴及び効果をもたらし得る。

前記内側可撓性容器の外周部は前記外側可撓性容器のシール線近傍において外側可撓性容器に結合されていることを特徴とする分配システム。 - 前記内側可撓性容器は取付タブを有し、
前記外側可撓性容器はシーム許容部を有し、
記内側可撓性容器の取付タブは外側可撓性容器はシーム許容部に取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1の分配システム。 - 前記内側可撓性容器の取付タブは貫通穴を備え、
前記シーム許容部の一方の部分は、取付タブに対して貫通穴を基準とした一方の側に配置されるとともに、シーム許容部の他方の部分は、取付タブに対して貫通穴を基準とした他方の側に配置され、
前記シーム許容部の一方の部分はシーム許容部の他方の部分に対して貫通穴を通して取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2の分配システム。 - 前記内側可撓性容器に対して動作可能に取付けられ、内側可撓性容器に対して流体を出入させる内側連結具と,
前記外側可撓性容器に対して動作可能に取付けられ、外側可撓性容器に対して流体を出入させる外側連結具と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分配システム。 - 前記内側可撓性容器と外側可撓性容器とは格納容器内に収納され、
前記内側連結具と外側連結具は連結具アセンブリを構成し、同連結具アセンブリは内側連結具と外側連結具との間において格納容器内の流体を放出することを特徴とする請求項4の分配システム。 - 前記流体はガスである請求項4の分配システム。
- 前記内側可撓性容器はペルフルオロアルコシキよりなることを特徴とする請求項1の分配システム。
- 前記外側可撓性容器はポリエチレンよりなることを特徴とする請求項1の分配システム。
- 前記内側可撓性容器は0.25mm未満の厚みを有するポリテトラフルオロエチレンよりなる第1のシート材料からなり、
前記内側可撓性容器の外面はポリテトラフルオロエチレンよりもガス透過性低く、かつ0.25mm未満の厚みを有する第2のシート材料よりなる外部可撓性材料にてシールされていることを特徴とする請求項1の分配システム。 - 流体を分配する分配システムであって、
前記流体を収容する内側可撓性容器は外面を有し、
前記内側可撓性容器を包囲する外側可撓性容器はシール線に沿って結合される内部及び外部により該内部及び外部間に加圧室を形成し、前記外側可撓性容器が折り畳まれて、該内部は内側可撓性容器の両側において前記内側可撓性容器の前記外面と接触しており、
前記内側可撓性容器に対して動作可能に取付けられ、内側可撓性容器に対して流体を出入させる内側連結具を設け、
前記外側可撓性容器に対して動作可能に取付けられ、外側可撓性容器に対して流体を出入させる外側連結具を設け、
前記内側連結具と外側連結具は連結具アセンブリを構成し、同連結具アセンブリは内側連結具と外側連結具との間において格納容器内の流体を放出することを特徴とする分配システム。 - 前記連結具アセンブリが係合し、さらには内側可撓性容器と外側可撓性容器とが収納される格納容器を有する請求項10の分配システム。

前記流体を収容する第1の可撓性容器は外面を有し、
前記第1の可撓性容器を包囲する第2の外側可撓性容器はシール線に沿って結合される内部及び外部により該内部及び外部間に加圧室を形成し、前記外側可撓性容器が折り畳まれて、該内部は第1の可撓性容器の両側において前記第1の可撓性容器の前記外面と接触しており、
前記第1の可撓性容器に対して動作可能に取付けられ、第1の可撓性容器に対して流体を出入させ、さらには外側可撓性容器に対して動作可能に取付けられ、外側可撓性容器に対して流体を出入させる連結具アセンブリを設け、
前記連結具アセンブリは第1の可撓性容器及び第2の外側可撓性容器内に延びることなく、連結具アセンブリを通過して延びるガス通路を有することを特徴とする分配システム。 - 前記連結具アセンブリが係合し、さらには内側可撓性容器と外側可撓性容器とが収納される格納容器を有する請求項12の分配システム。
