Description
Claims (8)
- 複数の椎骨と固定可能な脊椎安定化システムであって、
少なくとも2つの椎骨のための少なくとも1つのアンカーと、
前記アンカーの間に延在し、前記アンカーと固定可能な橋渡し構造とを備え、前記橋渡し構造が、調節可能な機械的性能特性を有し、
前記機械的性能特性が、圧縮/伸長剛性であり、
前記橋渡し構造が、長手軸に沿って圧縮可能及び伸長可能なピストン・アセンブリを含み、
前記ピストン・アセンブリが、実質的に圧縮不可能な流体を提供され、
前記ピストン・アセンブリが、減衰器を提供される脊椎安定化システム。 - 前記ピストン・アセンブリが、混合相の流体を提供され、前記流体の一部が、圧縮可能な気体であり、前記流体の一部が、圧縮不可能な液体である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピストン・アセンブリが、流体を提供され、流体の量が、前記機械的性能特性を調節するために調節可能である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記流体用のリザーバを含み、前記ピストン・アセンブリが、前記リザーバと連絡し、前記機械的性能特性が、前記リザーバから前記ピストン・アセンブリに流体を送ることによって前記ピストン・アセンブリ内の前記流体を増加させることによって調節可能であり、且つ前記ピストン・アセンブリから前記リザーバに流体を送ることによって前記ピストン・アセンブリ内の前記流体を減少させることによって調節可能である請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピストン・アセンブリとリザーバとが、それらの間での流体移送のために少なくとも2つの一方向弁を介して接続される請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記リザーバが、皮下に移植された圧縮可能な袋である請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 複数の椎骨と固定可能な脊椎安定化システムであって、
少なくとも2つの椎骨それぞれのための少なくとも1つのアンカーと、
前記アンカーの間に延在し、前記アンカーと固定可能な橋渡し構造とを備え、前記橋渡し構造が、調節可能な機械的性能特性を有し、前記機械的性能特性が、前記橋渡し構造がその当該のアンカーと固定された後に調節可能であり、
少なくとも1つの橋渡し構造の機械的性能特性が、皮下注射針によって調節可能である脊椎安定化システム。 - 複数の椎骨と固定可能な脊椎安定化システムであって、
少なくとも2つの椎骨のための少なくとも1つのアンカーと、
前記アンカーの間に延在し、前記アンカーと固定可能な橋渡し構造とを備え、前記橋渡し構造が、調節可能な機械的性能特性を有し、
前記機械的性能特性が、曲げ剛性であり、
前記橋渡し構造が、外側部材と内側部分とを含み、前記曲げ剛性が、前記内側部分の選択によって選択可能であり、
前記内側部分が、複数の内側構成要素から構成され、前記曲げ剛性が、前記外側部材の内部に配設すべき前記内側構成要素の数を選択することによって選択されることがある脊椎安定化システム。
