しかし、特許文献3に記載されている網戸用清掃シートは、不織布自重の500%以上の洗浄液が含浸されたウェットタイプのシートであり、ウェットタイプのシートの場合、一度拭き取った汚れが洗浄液によって再度網面に押し出されることから、何度拭いても汚れが拭き取れないという問題があった。またウェットタイプのシートに防虫剤を配合するには、可溶化するための界面活性剤が必要となるが、防虫効果を出すために防虫剤を多く配合しようとすると、界面活性剤を多量に必要となり、界面活性剤を多量配合すると、拭き取り性が悪くなり洗浄力がより悪くなる。また、拭き取り性を考えると防虫剤および界面活性剤はあまり配合できず、充分な虫よけ効果が期待できない。
