Claims (13)
- 弁のためのステムアセンブリであって、
前記弁のカムによって係合される第1端部を有するステムであって、前記ステムを移動させて、前記弁を通過する流体流を制御する、ステムと、
前記ステムの、前記第1端部の反対側の第2端部に結合する弁体と、
開口部と、前記開口部を取り囲む封止表面と、テーパー付き封止表面を含む座面と、を有するポペットとを備え、
前記ステムは、前記弁体が前記ポペットの座面に対して封止する閉鎖位置と前記ポペットの座面から離間した開放位置との間で移動するように、前記開口部を介して移動可能に受容され、
前記弁体は、テーパー付き封止表面と、前記テーパー付き封止表面に沿って当該弁体に画定された溝と、前記溝の中に配置される封止装置とを含み、前記弁体の前記テーパー付き封止表面および前記封止装置は、前記ポペットの前記座面のテーパー付き封止表面に封止係合するように設けられ、前記弁が閉鎖位置にあるときに、前記ステムと前記カムとの間に一定の間隙が形成される、ステムアセンブリ。 - 前記テーパー付き封止表面および前記封止装置は、前記ポペットの前記座面とともに、冗長的な封止性を提供する、請求項1に記載のステムアセンブリ。
- 前記封止装置が、テーパー付き封止表面の第1部分と、テーパー付き封止表面の第2部分との間に配置される、請求項2に記載のステムアセンブリ。
- 前記テーパー付き封止表面の前記第1部分は第1保持部材によって成り、前記テーパー付き封止表面の前記第2部分は第2保持部材によって成り、
前記封止装置は、前記第1保持部材と前記第2保持部材との間に配置される、請求項3に記載のステムアセンブリ。 - 前記第1保持部材および前記第2保持部材の少なくとも一方が、その中に前記封止装置の少なくとも一部分が配置される前記溝を画定する、請求項4に記載のステムアセンブリ。
- 弁であって、
第1座面、開口、および前記第1座面と前記開口とを流体的に接続するチャンバーを画定する本体と、
少なくとも一部が前記チャンバー内に配置され、第1端部と第2端部とを有するステムと、
前記ステムの前記第2端部に結合され、テーパー付き封止表面、溝、および当該溝に配置された封止装置を有する弁体と、
前記本体によって担持され、開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で回転可能であり、前記開放位置で前記ステムの前記第1端部と係合し、前記閉鎖位置で前記ステムの前記第1端部との間に間隙を形成するカムと、
開口部と、前記開口部を取り囲む封止表面と、テーパー付き封止表面を有する第2座面とを画定し、前記ステムが前記開口部を介して移動可能に受容されるポペットであって、当該ポペットが、前記第2座面が前記弁体と封止係合する第1の位置と、前記第2座面が前記弁体から離間する第2の位置との間で移動可能であるポペットと、
前記ステムと前記ポペットとを結合し、前記ポペットを第1の位置に向かって付勢するバネと、を備え、
前記開口部を取り囲む封止表面は、前記本体の前記第1座面に封止係合し、
前記封止装置および前記弁体のテーパー付き封止表面は、前記ポペットの前記第2座面のテーパー付き封止表面に封止係合するように設けられ、前記弁が閉鎖位置にあるときに、前記ステムと前記カムとの間に一定の間隙が形成される、弁。 - 前記封止装置と前記弁体のテーパー付き封止表面とは、冗長的な封止機能を提供する、請求項6に記載の弁。
- 前記弁体は、前記テーパー付き封止表面の第1部分を含む第1保持部材と、前記テーパー付き封止表面の第2部分を含む第2保持部材とを備え、
前記封止装置は、前記第1保持部材と前記第2保持部材との間に配置される、請求項7に記載の弁。 - 前記弁体のテーパー付き封止表面は前記カムが閉鎖位置にあるときに前記ステムが前記カムと係合しないように配置され、それによって、前記ステムの前記第1端部と前記カムとの間に間隙が維持される、請求項8に記載の弁。
- 前記ポペットが、さらに複数の流体流チャネルを画定する、請求項1に記載のステムアセンブリ。
- 前記ポペットが、さらに複数の流体流チャネルを画定する、請求項6に記載の弁。
- 前記弁体のテーパー付き封止表面と前記ポペットの前記座面のテーパー付き封止表面とが実質的に同じテーパー角度を有する、請求項1に記載のステムアセンブリ。
- 前記弁体のテーパー付き封止表面と前記ポペットの前記座面のテーパー付き封止表面とが実質的に同じテーパー角度を有する、請求項6に記載の弁。
