Description

Claims (9)
- 弁構造が取り付けられたステントフレームを含むステント付き人工心臓弁を経皮的に搬送するための搬送器具であって、
遠位端で終了してルーメンを画定する搬送シース組立体と、
前記ルーメン内に摺動自在に配置された内側シャフトと、
前記内側シャフトから突き出て、人工心臓弁ステントフレームの一部を解放可能に受けるように構成されたハブと、
前記搬送シース組立体と前記内側シャフトとの間に配置され、前記内側シャフトの周囲に摺動自在に配置された解放シースを含む解放シース組立体と、を備え、
前記搬送シース組立体がステント付き人工心臓弁を前記内側シャフト上に保持して前記解放シースで前記ハブに連結している装着状態と、前記人工心臓弁が前記ハブから解放できるように、前記搬送シース組立体の前記遠位端と前記解放シースが前記人工心臓弁から退避させられている展開状態と、を提供するように構成され、
前記解放シース組立体が、前記搬送シース組立体の遠位端が前記解放シースに対して近位方向に退避させられるにつれて前記解放シースを前記ハブに対して近位方向に自己引込みするように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする搬送器具。 - 前記解放シースが、前記解放シースの前記遠位端から延びる少なくとも1つの長手方向ノッチを形成する、
請求項1に記載の搬送器具。 - 前記少なくとも1つの長手方向ノッチが、円周方向に間隔を置いた複数の長手方向ノッチを含む、
請求項2に記載の搬送器具。 - 前記解放シース組立体が、少なくとも1つのバイアス部材によって前記解放シースに連結されている取り付け基部をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の搬送器具。 - 前記少なくとも1つのバイアス部材が、反対側の第1および第2の端を有する板バネ状本体であり、前記第1の端が前記解放シースに固定され、前記第2の端が前記取り付け基部に固定されている、
請求項4に記載の搬送器具。 - 前記取り付け基部が、前記ハブの近位かつ前記解放シースの近位で前記内側シャフトに固定されている、
請求項5に記載の搬送器具。 - 前記解放シース組立体が、変形させられた状態から通常状態に自己移行可能であって、さらに、前記変形させられた状態での前記解放シースと前記取り付け基部との間の長手方向間隔が、前記通常状態での間隔より大きく、
前記装着状態において、前記解放シース組立体が前記解放シース組立体を介して前記変形させられた状態に押しやられ、
さらに、前記搬送器具が、前記解放シース組立体の遠位端が前記板バネ状本体に沿って近位方向に退避するにつれて展開状態に移行し、前記解放シース組立体が前記通常状態に自己移行し前記ハブから前記解放シースを退避させるように構成されている、
請求項6に記載の搬送器具。 - 前記解放シース組立体が、前記解放シースと前記取り付け基部とを相互に連結させる2つのバイアス部材を含む、
請求項7に記載の搬送器具。 - 前記通常状態で、前記バイアス部材によって集合的に画定される外径が、前記搬送シース組立体の前記ルーメンの直径より大きい、
