用履歴に関する情報である使用情報を取得し,当該使用情報を前記記憶部に記憶する使用取得処理と,二次電池の部品交換の受注に関し,少なくとも部品の発注元を特定する情報を含む情報である交換情報を取得する交換取得処理と,前記交換情報に基づいて,交換対象の二次電池を特定する特定処理と,前記記憶部に記憶される前記使用情報から,前記特定処理によって特定される交換対象の二次電池の前記使用情報を抽出する抽出処理と,前記抽出処理にて抽出された前記使用情報に基づいて,前記交換対象の二次電池を,交換後に,解析のための所定の回収先に回収するか否かを判断する判断処理と,前記判断処理にて二次電池を回収すると判断された場合に,当該二次電池の回収を,前記発注元へ通知する通知処理と,を実行する二次電池管理装置も開示されている。
本形態の管理システム1は,図1に示すように,車両100に搭載される二次電池10を管理するシステムである。管理システム1は,電池情報収集部2と,電池情報データベース3と,受注情報収集部4と,管理部5とを有する。管理システム1は,車両100の販売や点検を行う車両販売店7と,車両販売店7へ部品の供給を行う部品販売店8とから,情報を収集する。車両販売店7は,二次電池10を点検する点検機器71を有している。部品販売店8は,部品の販売に係る受注情報データベース81を有している。
続いて,本形態の管理システム1による管理対象である二次電池10について,簡単に説明する。二次電池10は,例えば,図2に示すように,タグ11と,複数の電池スタック12を備える。電池スタック12は,複数の電池セル13を一列に並べて束ねたものである。なお,二次電池10に含まれる電池スタック12の個数や,電池スタック12に含まれる電池セル13の個数は,この図の例に限らない。また,本発明における二次電池は,電池スタック12を備える二次電池10の全体に限らず,その一部である電池スタック12または電池セル13でもよい。
二次電池10の電池情報31は,個別の二次電池10についての使用履歴およびその時点での劣化状況を示す情報である。電池情報31には,例えば,図3に示すように,車両100の基本情報と,二次電池10の寿命に係る電池情報と,二次電池10の使用方法に係るその他の情報とが含まれる。
二次電池10の受注情報82には,例えば,図4に示すように,発注日と,発注元と,発注部品の型番と,個数との情報が含まれる。発注日は,部品が発注された日付の情報である。発注元は,発注した車両販売店7を特定する情報である。型番は,発注部品を特定する情報である。個数は,発注部品の個数である。
続いて,本形態の管理システム1における管理処理の手順について,図5のフローチャートを参照して説明する。本形態の管理処理は,受注情報収集部4が部品販売店8から受注情報82を受け取ったことを契機に,管理部5にて実行される。
管理処理にて回収通知の発行(図5のS105)が実行された二次電池10は,車両販売店7にて回収され,回収先に送られる。そこで,技術者による詳細な解析が実行される。その解析の結果は,以後の二次電池10の製造開発および流通管理に応用される。

Claims (3)
- 個別の二次電池の使用履歴に関する情報である使用情報を収集する使用収集手段と,
前記使用収集手段によって収集された前記使用情報を記憶する記憶装置と,
二次電池の部品交換の受注に関し,少なくとも部品の発注元を特定する情報を含む情報である交換情報を収集する交換収集手段と,
前記交換情報に基づいて,交換対象の二次電池を特定する特定手段と,
前記記憶装置に記憶される前記使用情報から,前記特定手段によって特定される交換対象の二次電池の前記使用情報を抽出する抽出手段と,
前記抽出手段にて抽出された前記使用情報に基づいて,前記交換対象の二次電池を,交換後に,解析のための所定の回収先に回収するか否かを判断する判断手段と,
前記判断手段にて二次電池を回収すると判断された場合に,当該二次電池の回収を,前記発注元へ通知する通知手段と,
を備えることを特徴とする二次電池管理システム。 - 記憶部と,
制御部と,
を備え,
前記制御部は,
個別の二次電池の使用履歴に関する情報である使用情報を取得し,当該使用情報を前記記憶部に記憶する使用取得処理と,
二次電池の部品交換の受注に関し,少なくとも部品の発注元を特定する情報を含む情報である交換情報を取得する交換取得処理と,
前記交換情報に基づいて,交換対象の二次電池を特定する特定処理と,
前記記憶部に記憶される前記使用情報から,前記特定処理によって特定される交換対象の二次電池の前記使用情報を抽出する抽出処理と,
前記抽出処理にて抽出された前記使用情報に基づいて,前記交換対象の二次電池を,交換後に,解析のための所定の回収先に回収するか否かを判断する判断処理と,
前記判断処理にて二次電池を回収すると判断された場合に,当該二次電池の回収を,前記発注元へ通知する通知処理と,
を実行することを特徴とする二次電池管理装置。 - 個別の二次電池の使用履歴に関する情報である使用情報を収集する使用収集ステップと,
前記使用収集ステップによって収集された前記使用情報を,記憶装置に記憶する記憶ステップと,
二次電池の部品交換の受注に関し,少なくとも部品の発注元を特定する情報を含む情報である交換情報を収集する交換収集ステップと,
前記交換情報に基づいて,交換対象の二次電池を特定する特定ステップと,
前記記憶装置に記憶される前記使用情報から,前記特定ステップによって特定される交換対象の二次電池の前記使用情報を抽出する抽出ステップと,
前記抽出ステップにて抽出された前記使用情報に基づいて,前記交換対象の二次電池を,交換後に,解析のための所定の回収先に回収するか否かを判断する判断ステップと,
前記判断ステップにて二次電池を回収すると判断された場合に,当該二次電池の回収を,前記発注元へ通知する通知ステップと,
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池管理方法。
