Description
Claims (12)
- バンド方向に延びる前縁と前記バンド方向に延びる後縁とを各々有する複数のバンドセグメントを、第1バンドセグメントの後縁と第2バンドセグメントの前縁とが前記バンド方向と所定角度を成す搬送方向に隣り合うように、前記搬送方向へ移動する搬送装置上へ置くことを含む、組織体の製造方法であって、
前記第1バンドセグメントの後縁形状と前記第2バンドセグメントの前縁形状とを検出し、前記前縁形状と前記後縁形状との関係に応じて、前記第2バンドセグメントを前記第1バンドセグメントに対して相対的に前記搬送装置上に置くことを特徴とする、組織体の製造方法。 - 前記前縁形状及び前記後縁形状の少なくとも一方が、前記バンド方向に延びる線との差として検出される、請求項1に記載の組織体の製造方法。
- 前記前縁形状及び前記後縁形状の少なくとも一方が、少なくとも1つの標本点として検出される、請求項2に記載の組織体の製造方法。
- 前記前縁の標本点と前記後縁の標本点とが、前記搬送方向と交差する1方向において対応する位置に設けられる、請求項3に記載の組織体の製造方法。
- 前記前縁形状と前記後縁形状との最小面積差が、前記関係として利用される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組織体の製造方法。
- 前記前縁形状及び前記後縁形状の少なくとも一方が、前記バンドセグメントを前記搬送装置へ誘導するとき又は前記搬送装置上へ置くときに検出される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組織体の製造方法。
- 前記バンドセグメントの前縁形状及び後縁形状を同時に検出し、検出された前縁形状及び後縁形状が少なくとも一時的に記憶される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組織体の製造方法。
- 搬送方向へ移動可能な搬送装置と、
バンドセグメント供給装置と、
前記バンドセグメント供給装置からバンドセグメントを前記搬送装置上に前記搬送方向と所定角度を成すバンド方向へ誘導するとともに前記搬送装置上に前記搬送方向に並べて置く誘導装置と、
前記バンドセグメントの前縁形状を検出する前縁形状検出装置と、
前記バンドセグメントの後縁形状を検出する後縁形状検出装置と、
前記前縁形状検出装置及び前記後縁形状検出装置と接続されており、前記前縁形状と前記後縁形状との関係に応じて、第1バンドセグメントの後縁と第2バンドセグメントの前縁とが前記搬送装置上で前記搬送方向に隣り合うように、前記搬送装置及び前記誘導装置の少なくとも一方の動作を制御する駆動制御装置とを、備えている組織体の製造装置。 - 前記前縁形状検出装置及び前記後縁形状検出装置の少なくとも一方が、前記バンドセグメント供給装置と前記搬送装置との間に配置されている、請求項8に記載の組織体の製造装置。
- 前記前縁形状検出装置及び前記後縁形状検出装置の少なくとも一方が、非接触式検出装置である、請求項8又は9に記載の組織体の製造装置。
- 前記前縁形状検出装置及び前記後縁形状検出装置の少なくとも一方と接続され、検出された前記前縁形状及び前記後縁形状の少なくとも一方が記憶される記憶装置を更に備えている、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組織体の製造装置。
- 前記前縁形状検出装置及び前記後縁形状検出装置の少なくとも一方が前記搬送方向に変位可能である、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組織体の製造装置。
