[実施形態1]
図5に示した実施形態2に係る二つ割り保持器22は、潤滑油溜り溝28の形状において前記実施形態1に係るものと相違している。即ち、この場合の潤滑油溜り溝28の溝底31は、合わせ面27の外径側端部とその両側の平坦な底面34によって形成され、円弧状の溝壁面29がその底面34に達している。従って、この場合の溝底31は一定の幅を有する。
図6に示した実施形態3に係る二つ割り保持器22及びこれを用いた保持器付きころ軸受21は、半円環状に加工した保持器体22aの両端部に溝壁面29を形成する手段として、円筒面32と溝壁面29の境界33から合わせ面27までの範囲に端曲げ加工(ベンディング)を施したものである。溝壁面29は緩やかな傾斜面に形成される。ベンディングの量は、合わせ面27の内径部分がクランクピン38に接触しない程度とする。

Claims (8)
- 二つ割りされた形状の一対の半円環状の保持器体を円環状に組み合わせて構成され、前記各保持器体に所要数のころ保持用のポケットが設けられた二つ割り保持器において、前記両保持器体外径面の合わせ面の両側に溝壁面が形成され、各溝壁面は前記保持器体の円筒面に緩やかに連続した円弧面により形成され、前記両保持器体の合わせ面を含む部分に溝底が形成され、前記両側の溝壁面と前記溝底とによって潤滑油溜り溝が形成され、前記半円環状の保持器体が、円環状の保持器素材をカッティングにより二つ割りし、その両端部に端曲げ加工を施して前記溝壁面を形成し、前記溝壁面の角部にアール面取りを施したことを特徴とする二つ割り保持器。
- 前記半円環状の保持器体は、軸方向の両側部に環状部、その環状部間を連結する所要数の柱部、その柱部間に設けられた前記のポケットとからなる環状の保持器素材を、中心対称の2個所にある柱部の部分で二つ割りすることにより対称形状に形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二つ割り保持器。
- 前記溝壁面が、前記円筒面との境界から合わせ面に接近するに従い次第に曲率半径が小さくなる円弧面により形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の二つ割り保持器。
- 前記合わせ面の両側に形成された溝壁面が、前記合わせ面を基準に左右対称形であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の二つ割り保持器。
- 前記溝壁面が前記合わせ面に達し、前記合わせ面の外径側端部によって前記溝底が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の二つ割り保持器。
- 前記溝底が前記合わせ面の外径側端部と、その両側の底面とによって形成され、前記溝壁面が前記底面に達していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の二つ割り保持器。
- 前記溝底を形成する底面が平坦面であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二つ割り保持器。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の二つ割り保持器を用いたことを特徴とするころ軸受。
