Description
本実施形態では、主に2000℃以上の高温でセラミックやグラファイトを焼成する連続焼成炉100、200について、高いメンテナンス性を備え、焼成パターンの変更を容易とする構成について詳述する。
図6は、変形例における図1のAA断面図である。図6には、上述した連続焼成炉100のAA断面図に対応する、連続焼成炉200の断面図を示す。

Claims (7)
- 被加熱物の搬送方向に貫通孔が設けられた筐体と、該被加熱物を加熱する加熱部と、該筐体の下部に設けられ該筐体を、搬送方向または該搬送方向の逆方向に移動自在に支持する可動部とを有し、該搬送方向に該貫通孔が連通可能に形成された1または複数の加熱ユニットと、
前記被加熱物の搬送方向に貫通孔が設けられた筐体と、被加熱物を冷却する冷却部とを有し、前記複数の加熱ユニットの前記貫通孔と連通可能に形成され、該被加熱物を冷却する1または複数の冷却ユニットと、
前記1または複数の加熱ユニットと前記1または複数の冷却ユニットとを、前記搬送方向に付勢する付勢部とを備え、
前記加熱ユニット間、および該加熱ユニットと前記冷却ユニットとの間は、前記付勢部による付勢を通じて連接されることを特徴とする連続焼成炉。 - 前記1または複数の冷却ユニットは、自体の前記筐体の下部に設けられ該筐体を、搬送方向または該搬送方向の逆方向に移動自在に支持する可動部をさらに有し、
前記冷却ユニット間、および前記加熱ユニットと該冷却ユニットとの間は、前記付勢部による付勢を通じて連接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続焼成炉。 - 前記加熱ユニット間、前記冷却ユニット間、または該加熱ユニットと該冷却ユニットとの間の連接部分は、締結手段を有さないことを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の連続焼成炉。
- 前記加熱ユニット間、前記冷却ユニット間、または該加熱ユニットと該冷却ユニットとの間の連接部分のうち少なくとも一つは、一方の端部が凹形状の凹部であり、他方の端部が凸形状の凸部であって、該凹部および該凸部は嵌め合わせ構造であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の連続焼成炉。
- 前記一方の端部の凹部および前記他方の端部の凸部の嵌合部位は、前記搬送方向に向かって0度より大きな傾斜角を有する傾斜面を有するテーパ構造に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の連続焼成炉。
- 前記連接部分は、前記一方の端部の凹部および前記他方の端部の凸部を嵌め合わせた状態で、対向する該凹部の内周面と該凸部の外周面とが互いに離間した位置に配されることを特徴とする請求項4または5のいずれかに記載の連続焼成炉。
- 前記加熱ユニット間、冷却ユニット間、および該加熱ユニットと該冷却ユニットとの間の連接部分には、周方向にシール材が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の連続焼成炉。
