Description
The present invention relates to a medical laser apparatus including a laser oscillator and a guide light source.
Laser research has been conducted for a long time, and laser oscillation by various media has become possible. Today, it is applied to technologies such as communication, processing, and medicine as very common technologies.
In recent years, medical laser devices for the purpose of surgery / treatment such as incision, hemostasis, coagulation, and transpiration of living tissues (for example, soft tissues such as gums and skin) have been widely used in the medical, dental, and veterinary fields. . The effectiveness of a medical laser device is determined by the wavelength, output power, and irradiation pattern of laser light. As this type of medical laser device, those using an Nd-YAG laser, a carbon dioxide laser, etc. are well known, but since both are invisible lasers, guide light indicating the irradiation position is used for treatment. Configurations that are used in combination with laser light are widely used. Further, many of these medical laser devices can change setting modes such as the output power and irradiation pattern of the therapeutic laser beam depending on the therapeutic application (see
However, in this type of conventional medical laser apparatus, there is no difference in the guide light according to the setting mode (output power or irradiation pattern) of the therapeutic laser beam, and the surgeon who is currently performing the treatment visually There was no means to confirm the irradiation pattern. The output power and irradiation pattern are displayed on the operation panel for the operator to input the setting mode, but it is general that the operator who is being treated cannot afford to see the operation panel. In addition, there is a method to inform the operator of the setting mode according to the tone and volume of the buzzer sound, such as continuous tone or intermittent tone, but there is a possibility of noise in the hospital and mishearing due to the sound of other equipment, so it is optimal. It's not a good way. As described above, in the conventional medical laser apparatus of this type, it is difficult to confirm the output power and the irradiation pattern during the operation, and there is a possibility of erroneous irradiation in the event of a setting error.
The guide light for indicating the irradiation position is very useful, but it can be felt dazzling during treatment, and the red guide light is difficult to distinguish from the color of blood and it is difficult to understand the state of treatment. It is hard to say that light is fully performing its function.
An object of the present invention is to provide a medical laser device that is easier for an operator to use and can be used safely. Specifically, an object of the present invention is to make it possible for an operator during surgery to easily check the output power and irradiation pattern of a therapeutic laser beam, and to more fully demonstrate the function of guide light. To do.
The medical laser device of the present invention is a medical laser device including a laser oscillator and a guide light source, and is an input for setting a setting mode that defines an output condition of a therapeutic laser beam output from the laser oscillator. An output control unit for controlling the therapeutic laser beam output from the laser oscillator according to the set setting mode, and an output condition of the guide light corresponding to each setting mode. A guide light control unit that controls the guide light output from the guide light source according to an output condition of the guide light corresponding to a mode, a light guide that guides the guide light and the treatment laser light to a target site, and the treatment An operation unit that can be switched to an OFF state, a first ON state, and a second ON state of the irradiation of the laser beam for the operation, and the operation unit is set to the OFF state. Then, the guide light control unit makes the guide light from the guide light source non-output state, the output control unit makes the treatment laser light non-output state from the laser oscillator, When set to the first ON state, the guide light control unit causes the guide light source to output the guide light, while the output control unit sets the laser oscillator to a non-output state, and the operation unit performs the second operation. When the ON state is set, the guide light control unit outputs the guide light from the guide light source, and the output control unit outputs the treatment laser light from the laser oscillator, and the guide light control unit Controls the output condition of the guide light output from the guide light source in accordance with whether the operation unit is in the first or second ON state.
With this configuration, the output conditions of the treatment laser light (output power and irradiation pattern of the treatment laser light) specified in the setting mode are changed to the output conditions of the guide light (for example, the light quantity, emission color, irradiation spot diameter, irradiation blinking pattern). ) Makes it possible to visually identify the therapeutic laser light during irradiation. In other words, the surgeon during the operation can easily confirm the output power and irradiation pattern of the therapeutic laser beam based on the light amount of the guide light, the emission color, the flashing pattern of irradiation , and the like. As a result, it is possible to prevent treatment laser light from being irradiated with an erroneously set output power or irradiation pattern, and to improve safety and ease of use.
With this configuration, the therapeutic laser beam can be used to output the guide light output conditions (light quantity, irradiation blinking pattern, colored light, etc.) during irradiation of the therapeutic laser beam (the operation unit is set to the second ON state). By selecting the target site that is irradiated so that it is easy to see, it is easier for the operator to treat. For example, the amount of guide light may be reduced during treatment laser light irradiation, and the irradiation pattern and emission color of the guide light may be selected so that the target site can be easily seen.
According to the present invention, during the irradiation of the therapeutic laser beam, depending on the guide light output conditions (light quantity, luminescent color, irradiation blinking pattern, etc.), the surgeon who is being treated visually sets the therapeutic laser setting mode (output). (Power and irradiation mode) can be easily identified, and irradiation of therapeutic laser light with an erroneously set output power or irradiation pattern can be prevented, and safety and ease of use can be improved. Furthermore, during treatment light irradiation, it is easy for an operator to treat by selecting a light emission color of guide light that is easy to see, a blinking pattern of irradiation , and suppressing the brightness of the guide light. Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a medical laser device that is easier for an operator to use and can be used safely.
(Embodiment 1)
The medical laser apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a laser oscillator and a guide light source, and guide light output from the guide light source according to the setting mode (output power, irradiation pattern, etc.) of the treatment laser light. By providing a guide light control unit that controls output conditions (emission color, light quantity, irradiation pattern, etc.), the surgeon can easily confirm the treatment laser output setting mode even during treatment laser irradiation. , Improving safety and ease of use.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a schematic configuration of a
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
In the first embodiment, when the
As the
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the irradiation pattern of the
The guide
The guide
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the guide
The level of the output power of the
Further, the guide
Further, the guide
The guide
In the
Although the light emission color of the guide light is changed depending on the setting mode of the treatment laser light, the light emission color of the guide light may be changed depending on the skin condition (skin color, etc.) of the patient. Moreover, you may control the output condition of the light source for illumination according to the setting mode of the treatment laser beam instead of the guide light which a guide light source outputs.
(Embodiment 2)
Next, Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The overall configuration of the medical laser apparatus according to the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment except for an
The
Further, the guide
In addition, the guide
Further, the guide

According to the second embodiment, by providing the
Other configurations and operations of the second embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment. The guide
According to the medical laser device of the present invention, it is possible to visually discriminate between the output power and the irradiation mode of the therapeutic laser beam during the laser irradiation, and the therapeutic laser in the erroneously set output power or irradiation mode. It can prevent light irradiation and improve safety. In addition, it is easy for the surgeon to treat the patient by selecting an easy-to-see guide light emission color and suppressing the brightness of the guide light during treatment light irradiation. This is particularly useful for a medical laser surgical apparatus that has the effect of being able to be performed and is required to be safer and easier to use.
