The present invention relates to an assembling-type storage furniture in which a back plate, a top plate, and side plates are assembled.

For example, in composing an assembly-type storage furniture suitable for knockdown or the like, in order to appropriately position the back plate and the side plate of the storage body, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a predetermined position on the back plate and the side plate, respectively. In addition to providing window portions with openings, the respective window portions are overlapped, and insertion members provided with guide portions in the height direction and width direction are inserted into the respective openings communicating in the overlapping direction. Thus, there is disclosed an apparatus in which the back plate and the side plate are integrally attached so that the back plate and the side plate are positioned in the height direction and the width direction.

Further, Patent Document 2 introduces a new connecting member to securely connect the crossing back plate and the side plate so that deformation of the plate material does not appear on the appearance, and the back plate and the side plate face each other. It has a wall and uses the first or second bridge member that is bridged or interposed between the opposing walls. In the direction in which the first or second bridge member and the connecting member are close to each other The first member and the connecting member are pressed and coupled in the direction of the face plate of the opposing wall by the attracting means for pulling, and the second member and the connecting member are pressed and joined in the direction of the face plate of the opposing wall. A connection structure in which two members are connected via a connection member is disclosed.

However, since the thing of patent document 1 has to form a nail-like insertion member in a top plate in addition to having to punch or cut a window in a back board and a side board, processing and an assembly man-hour are required. In many cases, the appearance is easily damaged by the opening of the window.

Since the thing of patent document 2 also makes the butt | matching part of a top plate and a side plate into a notch shape, a connection member is inserted in this notch part, and this connection member is made to fix to a side plate and a top plate, too, There are many processing and assembly man-hours, and the connecting member is exposed to the outside, and the appearance is likely to be impaired.

The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an assembly-type storage furniture that reduces the number of processing and assembly steps as much as possible without impairing the appearance.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention takes the following measures.

That is, in the assembly-type storage furniture of the present invention, the top plate and the side plate that can be engaged with the back plate are maintained in the engaged state from the engaged position toward the assembled position or deepened. It is possible to move or change the posture, and when the top plate and the side plate are abutted at the assembly position, the top plate and the side plate are provided with mounting portions so as to be in a positional relationship facing each other on the storage space side, The mounting portion provided on the top plate is bent by a top plate side end bending portion having both side end surfaces projecting downward by bending both side ends of the plate material constituting the top plate by plastic deformation processing along the edge portion. The top plate side end bent portion is formed by bending the tip end portion of the side end face further inward at a substantially right angle to form a lower surface, and bending the tip end portion of the lower surface further inward and upward to form an inclined surface. Forming and concerned The tip of the slope is bent further upward to form an upstanding surface, thereby forming a substantially trapezoidal cross section. The mounting portion provided on the side plate is the edge of the upper end of the plate material constituting the side plate. Is formed by a bent portion on the side plate having an upper end surface projecting inward by being plastically deformed and bent, and the bent portion on the side plate further bends the tip end portion of the upper end surface inward and upward. An inclined surface is formed, and a tip portion of the inclined surface is bent further upward to form a standing surface, thereby forming a substantially trapezoidal cross section corresponding to the bent portion on the top plate side. and wherein the mounting portions provided on the side plate, plays a role of the guide member when the top plate and the side plates toward the assembled position, are to be connected with the fastening member in the assembled position To

According to this configuration, by simply engaging the top plate and the side plate with the back plate and moving or changing the posture by rotating toward the assembly position, positioning and connection can be performed at the position where the top plate and the side plate abut, It becomes possible to assemble very easily. And since an attaching part is located in the storage space side, it can improve, without a connection part being exposed outside and impairing an external appearance (look).
Further, since the mounting portions serve as a guide member when the top plate and the side plate move to the assembly position, the assembly can be further simplified.
Furthermore, since the mounting portion is a bent portion formed by plastic deformation processing of the plate material constituting the top plate and the side plate along the edge portion, it is possible to reduce the number of parts and simplify the assembly work. It has become.

In order to make it easy to check the positioning of the top plate and side plate and to connect them with a simple operation, each mounting part must be provided with a screwing hole that matches the assembly position. Is preferred.

In order to make it easy to fasten the fastening device, it is effective that the screw holes are formed on the inclined surfaces of the respective attachment portions.

As a configuration for accumulating elastic repulsion force between the mounting portions, it is preferable that a gap is provided between the inclined surface of the mounting portion provided on the top plate and the inclined surface of the mounting portion provided on the side plate. is there.

In order to simplify the engaging operation of assembling the top plate and the side plate to the back plate, the back plate, the top plate and the side plate are provided with bent portions by plastic deformation processing of the plate material. It is preferable that the bent portion of the top plate and the side plate are engaged with each other by rotation.

In order to connect the back plate, the top plate and the side plate appropriately without backlash, the back plate, the top plate and the side plate are fastened by a fastening device while accumulating an elastic repulsive force in each bent portion in the assembled state. It is desirable.

In order to further simplify the assembling operation, the side plate is preferably configured to be slidable along the perspective direction with respect to the top plate while maintaining the engaged state with the back plate.

Since the assembly-type storage furniture of the present invention has the above-described configuration, the top plate and the side plate can be obtained simply by engaging the top plate and the side plate with the back plate and moving or changing the posture by rotating toward the assembly position. Positioning and coupling can be performed at the position where the abuts, and assembly can be performed very easily. Moreover, since the attachment portion is located on the storage space side, the connection portion is not exposed to the outside, and the appearance (appearance) can be improved. Therefore, it is possible to provide an assembly-type storage furniture that reduces the number of processing and assembly steps as much as possible without impairing the appearance.

Alternatively, sliding door type storage furniture may be configured by attaching a sliding door.

The furniture body Fa1 includes a back plate 1 that is a wall, a side plate 2 that is also a wall and is attached to both end portions of the back plate 1, a top plate 3 that is attached between upper end portions of the side plate 2, and a side plate 2 The bottom plate 4 attached between the lower ends of the two is assembled in a box shape, and the storage space SP1 is formed inside. In the following description, the side where the opening door Fa2 is located is the front (front side), the side where the back plate 1 is located is the rear (rear side), and the side where the top plate 3 is located is the upper side (upper side). The side where the bottom plate 4 is located is the lower side (lower side), and the storage space SP1 side surrounded by the back plate 1, the side plate 2, the top plate 3 and the bottom plate 4 constituting the furniture main body Fa1 is the inner side (inner side). The non-storage space side of Fa1 is outward (outside), the right from the front to the rear is the right (right), and the left is the left (left).

As shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the back plate 1 is formed by connecting a plurality of divided face plates 10 and 11, and each face plate 10 and 11 is made of a single plate material. It is formed by being appropriately bent by deformation processing (for example, sheet metal processing or the like). The left face plate 10 and the right face plate 11 are formed by bending the left end, the right end, and the upper and lower ends of the rear surface 12 of the substantially rectangular shape constituting the back of the furniture body Fa1 forward at a substantially right angle to the left end surface 13 and the right end surface 14. The upper end surface 15 and the lower end surface 16 are formed. The left side plate 10 is formed with a left side plate inner bent portion 10a having a right side end surface 14 by bending the right end thereof, and the right side plate 11 has a left end surface 13 by bending the left end thereof. A right side plate inwardly bent portion 11c is formed. The left side plate 10 and the right side plate 11 are connected by engaging the left side plate inward bent portion 10a and the right side plate inward bent portion 11c in a state where the respective side end portions are butted against each other. That is, the left-side plate inward bending portion 10a and the right-side plate inward bending portion 11c constitute the left and right side plate engaging portions 17 that connect the double-sided plates 10 and 11. As shown in FIG. 5A, the left and right side face plate engaging portions 17 engage the inner bent portions 10a and 11c in a crossed state in which the surface directions of the respective face plates 10 and 11 cross each other. As shown in FIG. 2, the relative rotation of the double-sided plates 10 and 11 from the intersecting state until the surface directions are substantially coincident with each other so that either one of the faceplates 10 and 11 wraps around the other. As a result, the engagement is deepened. Of course, a structure that maintains the engaged state even if the engagement does not deepen may be adopted.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the left-side plate bending portion 10a bends the right-side end portion of the left-side plate 10 at a substantially right angle to form a right-side end surface 14 that protrudes forward, and the tip portion further It is formed in a substantially bowl shape in plan view by bending the same leftward and rearward and by bending the tip end further rearward. On the other hand, the right side plate inner bent portion 11c is formed by bending the left end portion of the right face plate 11 forward to form a left end surface 13 projecting forward, and further bending the tip portion thereof to the left substantially at a right angle. Is further bent rearward at a substantially right angle, and further, its tip is bent to the right at a substantially right angle, so that it is formed in a substantially bowl-like shape in plan view corresponding to the left-side plate inwardly bent portion 10a. By bending the front end portion of the left-side plate folding portion 10a to the left and rear simultaneously, an elastic repulsive force that draws the front-end portion of the right-side plate folding portion 11c during the engagement is accumulated.

The left and right face plate engaging portions 17 that are the engaging portions of the face plates 10 and 11 are configured by bent portions (11c, 10a) formed by bending the respective edge portions, and at least any of these bent portions (11c, 10a). One of the face plates 10 and 11 is wound around the other by rotating relatively with the other bent part inserted into the opening by forming an opening around the tip part of the opening. Engage. That is, the bent portion 11c in the right side plate of the right side plate 11 has an opening formed around the tip thereof, and the tip of the bent portion 10a in the left side plate of the left side plate 10 is inserted into the opening. When the double-sided plates 10 and 11 are rotated relative to each other (for example, the left-side plate 10 may be rotated from an intersecting state toward the unfolded state where the double-sided plates are flush with each other), the right-side plate inwardly bent portion 11c is left It has a structure that engages so as to wind the face plate inwardly bent portion 10a. Further, the right side end face 14 which is a part of the bent portion 10a on the left side plate and the left side end face 13 which is a part of the bent portion 11c on the right side plate abut when the double side plates 10 and 11 are substantially flush with each other. A rotation restricting portion 18 that restricts relative rotation between the double-sided plates 10 and 11 is formed.

2 and 4, the upper and lower ends of the double-sided plates 10 and 11 are folded forward, respectively, so that the back plate upper bent portion 1b having the upper end surface 15 and the back plate lower bent portion having the lower end surface 16 are folded. Part 1d is formed. Of the double-sided plates 10 and 11, at least the back plate upper bent portion 1b and the back plate lower bent portion 1d formed on the left surface plate 10, the upper end surface 15 and the lower end surface 16 are engaging portions of the face plates 10 and 11. It arrange | positions in the position which pinches | interposes the right-and-left face plate engaging part 17 from a height direction (up-down direction), and engages the face plates 10 and 11 by rotation in the height direction (up-down direction). The relative position is suppressed. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the back plate 1 to which the double-sided plates 10 and 11 are connected has a left-side end surface 13 or a right-side end surface 14 by bending the outer side end portions of the back-plate. 1c and 1a are formed.

As shown in FIG. 1, the top plate 3 is formed by appropriately bending a single plate material by plastic deformation processing (for example, sheet metal processing or the like), and is substantially rectangular in plan view that forms the top plate surface of the furniture body Fa1. Both side ends and front and rear ends of the upper surface 30 of the shape are bent downward at substantially right angles to form both side end surfaces 31, front end surfaces 32 and rear end surfaces 33. As shown in FIG. 6, the top plate 3 is formed with a top plate rear bent portion 3 f having a rear end surface 33 by bending the rear end portion. The top plate 3 and the back plate 1 are connected by engaging the top plate rear bent portion 3f and the back plate upper bent portion 1b with the rear end portion of the top plate 3 and the upper end portion of the back plate 1 butting each other. Is done. That is, the top plate rear bent portion 3 f and the back plate upper bent portion 1 b constitute the top plate back plate engaging portion 5 that connects the top plate 3 and the back plate 1. As shown in FIG. 6 (b), the top plate back plate engaging portion 5 engages the top plate rear bent portion 3f and the back plate upper bent portion 1b, so that FIG. 6 (b) → FIG. 6 (a). As described above, by rotating the back plate 1 and the top plate 3 relative to each other from the engaged position to the assembly position, either the back plate 1 or the top plate 3 is engaged so as to wind the other, and the engagement is deepened. It has a structure. The assembly position is a positional relationship in which the surface direction of the top plate 3 and the surface direction of the back plate 1 are substantially orthogonal, and is a position where the top plate 3 and the back plate 1 are assembled. Of course, a structure that maintains the engaged state even if the engagement does not deepen may be adopted. The top plate 3 is configured to rotate relative to the assembly position from the position engaged with the back plate 1 while maintaining the engagement state or deepening the engagement. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be configured to be movable or changeable in posture.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6A, the top plate rear folding portion 3 f forms a rear end surface 33 that bends the rear end portion of the top plate 3 at a substantially right angle and protrudes downward, thereby forming the rear end surface 33. The lower end 33a is further bent forward at a substantially right angle to form a lower surface 33a facing the upper surface 30, the front end is further bent downward at a substantially right angle, the front end is further bent rearward at a substantially right angle, and the front end By bending the part upward at a substantially right angle, it is formed in a substantially bowl shape in cross section. On the other hand, the back plate upper bent portion 1b is formed by bending the upper end portion of the back plate 1 at a substantially right angle to form an upper end surface 15 protruding forward, and simultaneously bending the tip end portion of the upper end surface 15 downward and rearward. Is further bent toward the rear to form a substantially bowl-shaped cross section corresponding to the top plate rear bent portion 3f. By bending the tip end portion of the back plate upper bent portion 1b downward and rearward simultaneously, an elastic repulsive force that draws the tip portion of the top plate rear bent portion 3f during the engagement is accumulated.

The top plate back plate engaging portion 5, which is the engaging portion between the top plate 3 and the back plate 1, is configured by bent portions (3 f, 1 b) formed by bending the respective edge portions, and these bent portions (3 f, 1 b). At least one of the top plate 3 and the back plate 1 by rotating relatively with the other bent portion inserted into the opening. One engages the other so as to involve the other. That is, the top plate rear bent portion 3f of the top plate 3 has an opening formed around the tip portion thereof, and the tip portion of the back plate upper bent portion 1b of the back plate 1 is inserted into the opening. When the top plate 3 and the back plate 1 are rotated relative to each other (for example, the top plate 3 is rotated upward from below with respect to the back plate 1), the top plate rear folding portion 3f is bent on the back plate. The part 1b is engaged so as to be wound. Further, when the top plate 3 and the back plate 1 are engaged with each other to obtain the assembled state shown in FIG. 6A, the upper end surface 15 of the left face plate 10 constituting the back plate 1 and the back are formed as shown in FIG. Set so that the upper end surface 15 of the right surface plate 11 constituting the plate 1 hits the lower surface 33a of the common top plate 3 and the height direction of each of the face plates 10 and 11 is aligned with the top plate 3. is there.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the side plate 2 is formed by appropriately bending a single plate material by plastic deformation processing (for example, sheet metal processing), and has a substantially rectangular shape that forms the side surface of the furniture body Fa1. The upper and lower ends and front and rear ends of the outer surface 20 are bent inward at substantially right angles to form an upper end surface 21, a lower end surface 22 (see FIG. 9), a rear end surface 23, and a front end surface 24. As shown in FIG. 3, the side plate 2 is formed with a side plate rear bent portion 2 f having a rear end surface 23 by bending the rear end portion thereof. The side plate 2 and the back plate 1 are connected by engaging the side plate rear bent portion 2f and the back plate outer bent portions 1c, 1a with the rear end portion of the side plate 2 and the outer end portion of the back plate 1 butting each other. Is done. That is, the side plate rear bent portion 2 f and the back plate outer bent portions 1 c and 1 a constitute a side plate back plate engaging portion 6 that connects the side plate 2 and the back plate 1. Similar to the assembly of the back plate 1 and the top plate 3 shown in FIG. 6, the side plate back plate engaging portion 6 engages the side plate rear bent portion 2f and the back plate outer bent portions 1c, 1a from the engaged position. By relatively rotating the side plate 2 and the back plate 1 to the assembly position, either the side plate 2 or the back plate 1 is engaged so as to wind the other, and the engagement is deepened. The assembly position is a positional relationship in which the surface direction of the side plate 2 and the surface direction of the back plate 1 are substantially orthogonal to each other, and is a position where the side plate 2 and the back plate 1 are assembled. Of course, a structure that maintains the engaged state even if the engagement does not deepen may be adopted. The side plate 2 is configured to rotate relative to the assembly position from the position engaged with the back plate 1 while maintaining the engagement state or deepening the engagement. You may comprise so that a movement or attitude | position change is not restricted.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the side plate rear bent portion 2f is formed by bending the rear end portion of the side plate 2 substantially at a right angle to form a rear end surface 23 that protrudes inward, and the front end portion of the rear end surface 23 is Further, it is bent forward at a substantially right angle, its front end portion is further bent inward to form a front surface 23a parallel to the rear end surface 23, the front end portion of the front surface 23a is further bent rearward, and its front end portion is further bent outward. Thus, the cross section is formed in a substantially bowl shape. On the other hand, the back plate outer bent portions 1c and 1a are formed by bending the outer end portion of the back plate 1 at a substantially right angle to form the left end surface 13 or the right end surface 14 projecting forward, and the front end portion inward and rearward. At the same time, a front surface 12a facing the rear surface 12 is formed, and the front end portion of the front surface 12a is bent rearward so as to have a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the side plate rear bent portion 2f. By bending the distal end portions of the back plate outer bent portions 1c, 1a simultaneously inward and rearward, an elastic repulsive force that draws the distal end portion of the side plate rear bent portion 2f is accumulated.

The side plate back plate engaging portion 6 which is an engaging portion of the side plate 2 and the back plate 1 is constituted by bent portions (2f, 1c, etc.) formed by bending the respective edge portions, and these bent portions (2f, 1c, etc.). ) At least one of the side plate 2 and the back plate 1 by relatively rotating with the other bent portion inserted into the opening. Engage so as to involve the other. That is, the side plate rear bent portion 2f of the side plate 2 has an opening formed around the tip thereof, and the ends of the back plate outer bent portions 1c and 1a of the back plate 1 are inserted into the opening. When the side plate 2 and the back plate 1 are relatively rotated (for example, the side plate 2 is rotated from the inside toward the outside with respect to the back plate 1), the side plate rear bent portion 2f is the back plate outer bent portion. 1c and 1a are engaged so as to be wound. Further, the side plate back plate engaging portion 6 has substantially the same cross section over the entire height direction of the side plate 2 and the back plate 1, and the side plate 2 remains engaged with the back plate 1. It is configured to be slidable along the perspective direction (vertical direction) with respect to the top plate.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the both side ends of the top plate 3 and the upper end portion of the side plate 2 are in a positional relationship where they abut against each other at the assembly position, and are in a positional relationship facing each other on the storage space side. The side plate 2 is provided with attachment portions 7a and 7b, respectively, and the attachment portions 7a and 7b are connected to each other using a fastening tool vo such as a screw at the assembly position.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, the top plate 3 has top plate side end bent portions 3c and 3c having both side end surfaces 31 protruding downward by bending both side end portions. The top-plate-side end bent portion 3c further bends the tip end of the side end surface 31 inward substantially at a right angle to form a lower surface 31a facing the upper surface 30 in parallel, and the tip end of the lower surface 31a further inward and upward. At the same time, the inclined surface 31b is formed, and the tip portion of the inclined surface 31b is further bent upward to form the upstanding surface 31c, whereby the mounting portion 7a also called a bent piece or mounting piece having a substantially trapezoidal cross section. Is configured. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, the side plate 2 is formed with a side plate bent portion 2b having an upper end surface 21 protruding inward by bending the upper end portion thereof. The side plate upper bent portion 2b further bends the tip of the upper end surface 21 inward and upward to form an inclined surface 21b, and bends the tip of the inclined surface 21b further upward to form a standing surface 21c. Thus, a mounting portion 7b called a bent piece or mounting piece having a substantially trapezoidal cross section corresponding to the top plate side end bent portion 3c is formed. These mounting portions 7a and 7b are formed along the depth direction at both side ends of the top plate 3 and the upper end portions of the side plates 2 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, and as shown in FIG. In the assembly position of the side plate 2, the lower surface 31a, the inclined surface 31b, the upright surface 31c of the mounting portion 7a and the upper end surface 21, the inclined surface 21b, and the rising surface 21c of the mounting portion 7b are opposed to each other on the storage space SP1 side. In addition, the attachment portions 7a and 7b serving as connection portions are not exposed to the outside, and it is difficult to impair the appearance (look). Since the shapes of the mounting portions 7a and 7b are substantially trapezoidal like a saucer and they face each other in a concave-convex relationship, the mounting portions 7a and 7b are relative to each other when the top plate 3 and the side plate 2 are directed to the assembly position. It plays the role of a guide member by calling each other while sliding or rotating. As an example of an assembly method in which the mounting portions 7a and 7b serve as guide members, the top plate 3 and the back plate 1 are further moved from the state where the top plate 3 and the back plate 1 are in the assembly position. Rotating upward using elasticity, and holding it. In this state, the side plate 2 is engaged with the back plate 1 and brought to the assembly position by rotation, and the top plate 3 held upward. Is rotated downward so that the top plate 3 faces the assembly position with respect to the side plate 2. In this case, when the top plate 3 held upward is dropped downward by rotation, the mounting portions 7a and 7b serve as guide members that call in while relatively sliding or rotating.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the inclined surfaces 31b and 21b of the mounting portions 7a and 7b are respectively formed with screw fixing holes 7s and 7s that match at the assembly position. The fastening tool vo such as the like is inserted and connected. The positional relationship of these screw fixing holes 7s and 7s is defined so that the shaft centers match in the assembled state, and the positioning state can be confirmed by whether or not these holes 7s and 7s match. Further, the inclination of the inclined surfaces 21b and 31b in which the screw fixing hole 7s is formed allows the axis of the fastening tool vo such as a screw or a bolt to face the inside of the storage space SP1 so that the fastening tool vo can be easily tightened. doing. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, there is a slight gap between the inclined surface 31b of the mounting portion 7a and the inclined surface 21b of the mounting portion 7b at the assembly position, and the mounting portion 7a is attached when it is fixed with a fastening tool vo such as a screw. The elastic repulsive force is accumulated between the portions 7a and 7b.

As shown in FIG. 2, the front end portion of the side plate 2 is bent inwardly to form a front end surface 24, and the front end portion of the front end surface 24 is bent rearward at a substantially right angle so that the front end portion is further bent. A rear surface 24 a that is bent inward and faces the front end surface 24 is formed. The rear surface 24a is in a positional relationship facing the front surface 23a that constitutes the side plate back plate engaging portion 6, and is used for attaching a holder such as a hook that holds the shelf 90 disposed between the rear surface 24a and the front surface 23a. Shelf plate mounting holes 91 are formed in the rear surface 24 a and the side plate back plate engaging portion 6.

As shown in FIG. 7, the front end portion of the top plate 3 is bent downward to form a front end surface 32, and the front end surface 32 is further bent rearward at a substantially right angle to form a lower surface 32 a. Then, the front end portion of the lower surface 32a is further bent downward to form a downward projecting portion 32b, also called a forehead, at the front end portion of the top plate.

In order to reinforce the connection strength of the left and right side plates 2 and 2 and to secure the mounting position of the height adjustment adjusters that serve as the legs, as shown in FIG. A front reinforcing member 7, also referred to as a front heel, is attached by engagement at a position where the two are connected to each other. As shown in FIG. 9, the height is adjusted at a position where the front reinforcing member 7 and the side plate 2 are connected. An adjuster mounting member 8 for mounting the adjuster is attached by engagement.

The front reinforcing member 7 and the side plate 2 are engaged with each other through the joint portion 81, and the claw portion 81a is rotated from the position thereof as a fulcrum, so that the bottom surface 80 of the adjuster mounting member 8 can be The lower end surface 22 is contacted (polymerized), and in this state, the fastening device vo such as a bolt or a screw is inserted into the screw fastening holes 82 and 92c at positions displaced from the adjuster mounting member engaging portion 81 as shown in FIG. The adjuster mounting member 8 is fixedly inserted. In addition, when attaching to the back board 1 and the side board 2, it attaches similarly.

In the state where the adjuster mounting member 8 is fixed, as shown in FIG. 9, a flat space SP2 is formed under the bottom plate 4 by the front reinforcing member 7, the side plates 2 and 2, and the back plate 1, and the furniture body Fa1 Adjuster mounting locations 83 provided on adjuster mounting members 8 disposed at the lower four corners, that is, the corners of the front reinforcing member 7 and the side plate 2 and the corners of the side plate 2 and the back plate 1 are on the flat space SP2 side (inside Have been taken out by As a result, the adjuster mounting shaft attached to the adjuster mounting portion 83 can be released to the flat space SP2, and a space for allowing the adjuster mounting shaft to escape is secured with a simple configuration.

As described above, in the assembly-type storage furniture Fa of the present embodiment, the top plate 3 and the side plate 2 that can be engaged with the back plate 1 maintain the engaged state from the engaged position toward the assembled position. The position can be changed by moving or changing the position so as to deepen or engage, and when the top plate 3 and the side plate 2 come into contact with each other at the assembly position, the storage space SP1 is opposed to each other. Mounting portions 7a and 7b are provided on the top plate 3 and the side plate 2, respectively, and both the mounting portions 7a and 7b are connected to each other using a fastening tool vo at the assembly position.

According to this configuration, the top plate 3 and the side plate 2 are engaged with the back plate 1 and are moved toward the assembly position by rotation or the posture is changed. Connection becomes possible, and it becomes possible to assemble very easily. Moreover, since the attachment portions 7a and 7b are located on the storage space SP1 side, the connecting portion is not exposed to the outside, and the appearance (appearance) can be improved.

In particular, in the present embodiment, the attachment portions 7a and 7b serve as a guide member when the top plate 3 and the side plate 2 are directed to the assembly position, so that the assembly can be further simplified.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since attachment part 7a, 7b is fixed by the fastening tool vo, accumulating elastic repulsion force, attachment part 7a, 7b expresses a spring action, and does not have backlash. It becomes possible to perform connection.

Further, in the present embodiment, the attachment portions 7a and 7b are bent portions (top plate side end bent portions 3c, on the side plates) formed by plastically deforming the plate materials constituting the top plate 3 and the side plate 2 along the edges. Since it is the bent portion 2b), a separate connecting member is not required, and the number of parts can be reduced to simplify the assembling work. In addition, in the present embodiment, since the attachment portions 7a and 7b are bent pieces, it is possible to set an appropriate fastening location depending on the extending direction of the bent pieces, and when using as the guide member, the bent pieces are bent. By appropriately setting, it becomes possible to increase the guide action, and when the spring action is manifested, it becomes easy to secure an elastic repulsion force by bending the bent piece.

Further, in the present embodiment, the mounting portions 7a and 7b are provided with screwing holes 7s and 7s that match at the assembly position, so depending on whether the screwing holes 7s and 7s match. The positioning state of the top plate 3 and the side plate 2 can be easily confirmed, and it is possible to connect them by a simple operation by inserting screws into the holes 7s and 7s and stopping them.

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the back plate 1, the top plate 3 and the side plate 2 are formed on the back plate by bending the plate material on the back plate 1b, the back plate outside bent portions 1c and 1a, the top plate rear bent portion 3f, Side plate rear bent portion 2f is provided, and top plate 3 and top plate rear bent portion 3f of side plate 2 and side plate rear bent portion with respect to back plate upper bent portion 1b and back plate outer bent portion 1c, 1a of back plate 1 are provided. Since the 2f is configured to engage with each other by rotation, the engaging operation for assembling the top plate 3 and the side plate 2 to the back plate 1 can be simplified. In addition, it is possible to easily introduce a drawing force between the members of the back plate 1, the top plate 3, and the side plate 2 through the engagement structure by rotation.

In addition, the back plate 1, the top plate 3 and the side plate 2 are each bent in the assembled state (back plate upper bent portion 1 b, back plate outer bent portion 1 c · 1 a, top plate rear bent portion 3 f, side plate rear bent portion Since the elastic repulsive force is accumulated in 2f), it is fastened by the fastening tool vo, so that each bent portion 1b, 1c, 1a, 3f, 2f exhibits a spring action and performs an appropriate connection without rattling. Is possible.

In addition, in the present embodiment, the side plate 2 is configured to be slidable along the perspective direction (vertical direction) with respect to the top plate 3 while maintaining the engaged state with the back plate 1. It is possible to move the side plate 2 to a required assembly position by engaging the side plate 2 and the back plate 1 at a position separated from the side plate 2 and sliding the side plate 2 with respect to the top plate 3. During the engagement, it is possible to avoid the interference between the adjacent portions of the top plate and the side plate, and to further simplify the assembly work.
