Claims (9)
- 第1の上流シール(51)および第2の下流シール(52)並びに中間の軸方向に移動可能なシール支持要素(53)を含む双方向の第2バリア(5)を備えた油圧バルブ(1)内のバルブシート構造(4)用の装置であって、
前記シール支持要素(53)は、中間部(53b)と第1終端側部(53a)と第2終端部(53c)とを含む階段状のリング要素で、バルブシート(42)へ向かう軸方向および前記バルブシート(42)から遠ざかる軸方向に変位可能であり、
前記中間部(53b)は、前記バルブシート(42)へ向かう軸方向に変位した際にバルブシート保持部(41)内に配置された第1肩部(44)に当接する第1支持当接面(532)と、前記バルブシート(42)から遠ざかる軸方向に変位した際にバルブ筺体(2)内に配置された肩部(21)に当接する第2支持当接面(534)と、を含み、
前記第1終端側部(53a)は、第1の上流シール(51)のシール基部(512)が当接する前記第2支持当接面(534)に囲まれた環状の第1シール当接部(531)を含み、
前記第2終端側部(53c)は、第2の下流シール(52)のシール基部(522)が当接する前記第1支持当接面(532)を囲む環状の第2シール当接部(533)を含み、
前記第1支持当接面(532)が、前記シール支持要素(53)の内径(IDS)から半径方向外向きに延在し、
前記第2支持当接面(534)が、前記シール支持要素(53)の外径(ODS)から半径方向内向きに延在する装置。 - 前記第1シール当接部(531)が、前記第1シール(51)のシール基部(512)と相補的であり、
前記第2シール当接部(533)が、前記第2シール(51)のシール基部(522)と相補的である、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第1シール(51)の前記外径(OD1)が、閉止要素(3)に接するバルブシート(42)の接触面(421)の内径(ID)と同じまたは大きく、
前記第2シール(52)の前記内径(ID2)が、閉止要素(3)に接するバルブシート(42)の接触面(421)の前記外径(OD)と同じまたは小さく、
前記第1シール(51)の前記内径(ID1)が、前記第2シール(52)の前記内径(ID2)よりも小さく、
前記第2シール(52)の前記外径(OD2)が、前記第1シール(51)の前記外径(ID1)よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記シール(51、52)が、シール基部(512、522)から遠ざかる軸方向に突出する2個の逆向きのシールリップ(511、521)を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 内側要素の外周の直径(IDS)が、前記第1シール(51)の前記シール基部(512)の内径に一致し、外側要素の外周の直径(ODS)が、前記第2シール(52)の前記シール基部(522)の外径に一致する、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記シール支持要素(53)が、第1ハットリング(53a)、中間ハットリング(53b)および第2ハットリング(53c)のアセンブリである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中間ハットリング(53c)および前記第1ハットリング(53a)が、前記第1シール基部(512)の前記内径(IDS)に等しい内径を有し、
前記中間ハットリング(53c)および前記第2ハットリング(53b)が、前記第2シール基部(522)の前記外径(ODS)に等しい外径を有している、請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記第1シール(51)の前記外径(OD1)に等しい外径を有し、且つ前記バルブシート(42)の前記接触面(421)の前記内径(ID)に等しい内径を有するリング面の面積が、前記第2シール(52)の前記内径(ID2)に等しい内径を有し、且つ前記バルブシート(42)の前記の接触面(421)の前記外径(OD)に等しい外径を有するリング面の面積に等しい、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記油圧バルブ(1)が2個の同一バルブシート構造(4、4’)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の装置。
