Claims (7)
- 測定対象流体を透過した検査光に基づいて当該測定対象流体の特性を測定するものであって、
前記測定対象流体が収容される又は流通する内部空間を有し、該内部空間に検査光を透過させるための対向する一対の貫通孔を設けるとともに各貫通孔を透明部材によって気密又は液密に封止したセルと、
前記検査光が射出される光射出口を有する射出光学系部材と、
前記内部空間を透過した検査光を受光する光導入口を有する受光光学系部材と、
前記セルと前記各光学系部材との間に、検査光の光軸方向と直交する方向に沿った所定範囲の相対移動が許容される隙間を形成して該セル及び各光学系部材を共通に支持するベース部材とを具備し、
前記ベース部材と前記セルとの間に空隙が形成されていることを特徴とする光学測定装置。 - 前記各光学系部材及びベース部材が、前記セルの主体構成部材よりも温度に対する形状変化率の小さい部材を主体として構成された請求項1記載の光学測定装置。
- 前記ベース部材が、前記セルの1面のみと接続されている請求項1又は2記載の光学測定装置。
- 前記セルと前記ベース部材との間に、スペーサを介在させて、空隙を形成するようにした請求項1又は2記載の光学測定装置。
- 前記透明部材が、前記貫通孔の内部に配置されており、
前記各光学系部材が、先端に前記光射出口又は前記光導入口を形成した突出部を具備したものであり、
前記突出部を、前記貫通孔における前記透明部材よりも表面側に嵌め込むとともに、該貫通孔の内周面と前記突出部の外周面との間に前記隙間が形成されるようにした請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の光学測定装置。 - 前記貫通孔の内周面と前記突出部の外周面との間に、弾性リングを介在させている請求項5記載の光学測定装置。
- 前記セルが、前記内部空間を有したセル本体と、
前記セル本体よりも温度に対する形状変化率が小さい部材を主体として構成され、セルにおける光軸に直交する各面に取り付けられた一対の押さえ部材と、
前記セル本体よりも温度に対する形状変化率が小さい部材を主体として構成され、前記各押さえ部材をそれらの離間距離が実質的に変動しないように連結する連結部材とを具備したものである請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の光学測定装置。
