鉄筋の搬送方向で鉄筋切断機よりも下手側に配置して鉄筋の先端側を受止める鉄筋受止台を設け、
前記鉄筋受止台上の鉄筋の先端部を前記鉄筋切断機から遠ざける方向に搬送するコンベア装置を前記鉄筋受止台に設け、
前記鉄筋切断機による切断時に鉄筋の先端部を接当させて位置決めする第1当て付け板と、鉄筋切断後の鉄筋の先端部を、前記コンベア装置による搬送によって前記第1当て付け板よりも下手側で接当させて位置決めする第2当て付け板とを備えたストッパー装置を、前記鉄筋受止台に対してその長手方向に変位自在に取付け、
前記第1当て付け板を前記鉄筋受止台に対して上下方向に移動自在に設けると共に、
前記第1当て付け板を上下方向に遠近移動操作する第1操作機構を設け、
前記鉄筋受止台の鉄筋受止面を水平姿勢にする鉄筋受止姿勢と、鉄筋の径方向に傾けた鉄筋放出姿勢とに上下揺動自在に前記鉄筋受止台を受止装置本体に取り付けると共に、
前記鉄筋受止台を上下揺動操作する第2操作機構を設け、

前記動ストッパー部と前記鉄筋受止台の下面部との間に、圧縮スプリングを介在させ、
