前記壁状突出部を構成する柱材に支持される水平材に穿設された縦貫通孔に下方から挿通されるボルト体と、
このボルト体における前記縦貫通孔から突き出される箇所にネジつけられてこのボルト体の頭部との間で前記水平材を挟持する中間ナット体と、
前記ボルト体における中間ナット体から突き出される箇所にネジつけられてこの中間ナット体との間で前記屋上設置物の固定金物を挟持する上部ナット体とを備えてなると共に、
前記中間ナット体は、スリーブ状をなし、その上端側の内側に前記ボルト体に対する雌ネジ部を有し、その下端とこの雌ネジ部との間を無ネジ部とし、さらに、前記雌ネジ部と前記下端との間に防水用接着剤の注入孔を有すると共に、この注入孔と前記雌ネジ部との間に防水用接着剤の流出孔を有していることを特徴とする屋外設置物の設置用金物。
