Description
再生工程は、温度100〜130℃程度(吸収工程は、温度40〜50℃)で反応が起こることになるが、その再生工程において、膜分離により二酸化炭素を優先的に抜く(分離する)と、上記反応式において二酸化炭素が相対的に薄くなる分、左向きの反応が促進されることになり、その結果、それまでの反応平衡関係に変化(遷移)が起こることになる。
アミン系二酸化炭素吸収液を用いる二酸化炭素回収方法において、本発明の二酸化炭素吸収液の再生方法を、図1にフローシートを示す装置により、実施した。
比較のために、図3にそのフローシートを示す従来のアミン系二酸化炭素吸収液を用いる二酸化炭素回収方法における二酸化炭素吸収液の再生装置により、ボイラからの燃焼排ガスから二酸化炭素を分離除去する方法を実施した。

Claims (6)
- 二酸化炭素を含有する被処理ガスと二酸化炭素吸収液とを接触させて被処理ガス中の二酸化炭素を除去する二酸化炭素吸収工程と、二酸化炭素吸収工程で二酸化炭素を吸収したリッチ溶液中の二酸化炭素を除去し、二酸化炭素吸収液を再生する再生工程とを具備する二酸化炭素回収方法において、二酸化炭素を吸収したリッチ溶液に含まれる水分をリッチ溶液吸収液から分離させるために、リッチ溶液を液状のまま、水分を選択的に透過させる水分分離用ゼオライト膜を具備する膜分離装置(4)へ導き、浸透気化法により水分を分離・除去した後に、二酸化炭素を吸収したリッチ溶液を液状のまま、二酸化炭素を選択的に透過させる二酸化炭素分離用ゼオライト膜を具備する膜分離装置(5)へ導き、浸透気化法により二酸化炭素を分離除去して、二酸化炭素吸収液を再生することを特徴とする、二酸化炭素回収方法における二酸化炭素吸収液の再生方法。
- 浸透気化法により二酸化炭素を膜分離するために、二酸化炭素分離用ゼオライト膜を具備する膜分離装置(5)の二次(透過)側を減圧することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素回収方法における二酸化炭素吸収液の再生方法。
- 浸透気化法により水分を膜分離するために、水分分離用ゼオライト膜を具備する膜分離装置(4)の二次(透過)側に透過してくる水分を冷却源によって凝縮させることにより、膜分離装置の二次(透過)側を減圧することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素回収方法における二酸化炭素吸収液の再生方法。
- 浸透気化法により二酸化炭素を膜分離する際に必要な熱量として、元来処理すべき高温の被処理ガスを二酸化炭素分離用ゼオライト膜を具備する膜分離装置(5)に熱源として導入することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の二酸化炭素回収方法における二酸化炭素吸収液の再生方法。
- 浸透気化法により水分を膜分離する際に必要な熱量として、元来処理すべき高温の被処理ガスを水分分離用ゼオライト膜を具備する膜分離装置(4)に熱源として導入することを特徴とする、請求項1または3に記載の二酸化炭素回収方法における二酸化炭素吸収液の再生方法。
- 膜分離装置(4)または膜分離装置(5)が、浸透気化法により二酸化炭素または水分を膜分離する際に必要な熱量として、元来処理すべき高温の被処理ガスを熱源として受け入れる高温被処理ガス流路(21)を具備することを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の二酸化炭素回収方法における二酸化炭素吸収液の再生方法。
