Claims (11)
- 多孔性支持体と、
前記多孔性支持体上部に形成される銀ナノワイヤ層と、
前記銀ナノワイヤ層上部に形成されるポリアミド活性層と、を含む、逆浸透膜。 - 前記銀ナノワイヤ層は、その厚さがポリアミド活性層の厚さの1〜50%である、請求項1に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 前記多孔性支持体は、不織布上にポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンオキサイド、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリプロピレン、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリメチルクロライド及びポリビニリデンフルオライドからなる群より選択される1種以上をコーティングして形成される、請求項1または2に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 前記ポリアミド活性層は、アミン化合物とアシルハライド化合物との界面重合によって形成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 前記アミン化合物は、m−フェニレンジアミン、p−フェニレンジアミン、1,3,6−ベンゼントリアミン、4−クロロ−1,3−フェニレンジアミン、6−クロロ−1,3−フェニレンジアミン、3−クロロ−1,4−フェニレンジアミン及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される1種以上である、請求項4に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 前記アシルハライド化合物は、トリメソイルクロライド、イソフタロイルクロライド及びテレフタロイルクロライドからなる群より選択される1種以上である、請求項4に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 前記逆浸透膜は、初期塩排除率が98%以上、初期透過流量が44gallon/ft2・day以上である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の耐塩素性及び耐汚染性に優れた逆浸透膜。
- 前記逆浸透膜は、カゼイン投入後、2時間経過後の塩排除率が96%以上、透過流量が36gallon/ft2・day以上である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 前記逆浸透膜は、2,000ppmのNaOCl水溶液の投入後、12時間経過後の塩排除率が90%以上、透過流量が40gallon/ft2・day以上である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 多孔性支持体を銀ナノワイヤを含むアミン水溶液でコーティングして銀ナノワイヤ層を形成する段階と、
前記銀ナノワイヤ層上にアシルハライドを含む脂肪族炭化水素系有機溶液を接触させてポリアミド活性層を形成する段階と、を含む、逆浸透膜の製造方法。 - 前記アミン水溶液は、銀ナノワイヤを0.001重量%〜0.5重量%の含量含む、請求項10に記載の逆浸透膜の製造方法。
