Description
請求項5に記載の発明は、請求項4に記載の電池ホルダにおいて、前記ボス部は、前記電池ターミナルの実装された前記基板の実装面を押さえる基板押さえを兼ねることをその要旨としている。
図9に示すように、アッパケース11の内側にパッキン13が設置されるとともに、そのパッキン13による収容スペースに、+側電池ターミナル20等の実装されたプリント基板14が載置された後、ボタン電池15が矢印で示す装着方向に沿って装着される。この際、ボタン電池15の下面が、プリント基板14に実装された−側電池ターミナル30の可撓片32による弾性力に抗して摺動されつつ、このボタン電池15の上面が、+側電池ターミナル20の各支持部23及び26との干渉を避けられながら、当該ボタン電池15は奥方へ進入される。そして、この進入の完了に伴う仮装着状態では、図5に示すように、−側電池ターミナル30の可撓片32による弾性力によってボタン電池15が下面側から押し上げられることに伴い、このボタン電池15の上面の一部が+側電池ターミナル20の各支持部23及び26に押し付けられる。
送信モジュール10が単独で、或いはこの送信モジュール10を含むかたちでリモートキー1が用いられるに際し、例えばそれが落下されてボタン電池15から装着方向に向けて衝撃が加わると、その衝撃による荷重は、ロアケース12の電池押さえリブ53によって受け止められる。すなわち、+側電池ターミナル20に対し直接的に衝撃荷重がかかるといったことが避けられ、その+側電池ターミナル20のはんだ付け部21でのはんだによる固着が安定的に維持される。
(1)ボタン電池15からの衝撃による荷重は、+側電池ターミナル20とは別体のロアケース12に設けられた電池押さえリブ53によって受け止められるため、+側電池ターミナル20のはんだ付け部21には、ほとんど応力が発生しない。このため、上記はんだ付け部21に施されたはんだが剥がされるといったことが抑制され、+側電池ターミナル20がプリント基板14から脱落することが防止される。従って、耐衝撃性を高めることができる。
(7)ロアケース12の一部分として電池押さえリブ53が設けられているため、衝撃吸収用の別部材を用意する必要がなく、部品点数を削減することができる。
・上記実施形態では、両腕部22が支持部26によって繋がれていたが、両腕部22は分断されていてもよい。この場合、はんだ付け部21からの立ち上がり部分には、両腕部22を分断する切欠部27が形成され、その切欠部27に臨むようにロアケース12の基板押さえリブ53が設けられる。
・+側電池ターミナル20の形状は、はんだ付け部21を基準に左右非対称であってもよい。
・+側電池ターミナル20等の実装される基板はプリント基板に限定されず、また、片面実装基板或いは多層基板等であってもよい。尚、上記実施形態によるプリント基板14及びパッキン13が割愛され、アッパケース11の設置面に+側電池ターミナル20等が直接的に固着される態様で電池ホルダが具体化されるのであれば、+側電池ターミナル20等が直接的に固着されるアッパケース11が「基板」に相当する。
Claims (5)
- 電池を保持する電池ホルダにおいて、
前記電池の電極が電気的に接続される電池ターミナルを備え、
前記電池ターミナルには、基板に対する固着部と、その固着部から延びて前記電池を支持しつつ当該電池の電極が接触される導電ターミナル部とが一体的に形成され、
前記導電ターミナル部には、前記電池に向けて開口された切欠部が形成され、
さらに、前記切欠部に臨んで前記電池に対する対向面が前記電池の周面に当接するように配置し、該対向面によって前記電池からの衝撃による荷重を受け止める電池押さえリブを前記電池ターミナルとは別体で設けた
ことを特徴とする電池ホルダ。 - 請求項1に記載の電池ホルダにおいて、
前記電池ターミナルを覆うケースを備え、
前記ケースの裏面には、前記電池ターミナルの前記切欠部に臨む前記電池押さえリブが突設され、
前記電池押さえリブの前記電池に対する対向面に当該電池が当接されることで、前記対向面が前記電池からの衝撃による荷重を受け止める
ことを特徴とする電池ホルダ。 - 前記電池押さえリブには、前記電池ターミナルに対する仮装着状態の前記電池を押圧しつつ当該電池を前記対向面に当接される装着完了位置まで案内するガイド面が形成されている
請求項2に記載の電池ホルダ。 - 前記ケースの裏面には、前記装着完了位置で保持されている前記電池について、前記対向面に向かう装着方向とは反対側の抜取方向への変位を規制するボス部が突設されている
請求項3に記載の電池ホルダ。 - 前記ボス部は、前記電池ターミナルの実装された前記基板の実装面を押さえる基板押さえを兼ねる
請求項4に記載の電池ホルダ。
