Description

The present invention is, buildings, factories, renovation of the configured opening and closing equipment to partition with an opening and closing body means and opening of the structure skeleton configured to include a sheet-like flexible member including buildings such as warehouses It relates to a method, a repair method for closing equipment capable of particular sensing an obstacle during opening and closing operation of the opening and closing body means.

The opening / closing device is installed in an opening of a structure housing including buildings such as buildings, factories, warehouses, and garages, and closes the opening by moving a sheet shutter as an opening / closing means. The opening / closing device closes the entire opening by gradually feeding and lowering a sheet shutter as an opening / closing body means from the upper part of the opening. In such an opening / closing device comprising a sheet shutter, the sheet shutter itself, which is an opening / closing body means, is composed of a relatively lightweight and flexible flexible sheet material, etc. Even if it touches, the impact is relatively small and relatively safe. Therefore, in the past, there has been no obstacle sensing device or the like that can sense an obstacle or the like at the front end of the seat shutter in the closing direction. However, it is desired to further reduce the impact when the seat shutter is in contact with the seat plate or the like that is the lower end of the seat shutter during the lowering (closing) operation of the seat shutter, thereby further improving safety. As described above, in order to further improve safety, an object as shown in Patent Document 1 has been proposed as an obstacle sensing device having an object sensing structure provided on a seat plate.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-228561 describes a device in which a belt-like tape switch or the like is provided as an obstacle sensing device on the seat plate at the front end in the closing direction of the opening / closing member means. Patent Document 1 discloses a protective sheet for preventing an obstacle detection unit such as a tape switch provided on a seat plate from being burnt out or melted by a flame or heat at the time of a fire. What is covered with is described.

However, in the existing switchgear, the obstacle detection unit such as the tape switch as described in Patent Document 1 is not provided on the seat plate. It is necessary to perform an operation of attaching a new obstacle detection unit, changing the seat plate to one capable of mounting the obstacle detection unit, or replacing the entire seat plate unit. Performing such a renovation work is a great burden in terms of cost, and the time required for the refurbishment work is long, resulting in various problems in terms of cost and time.

This invention is to provide switchgear of a sheet shutter having no obstacle sensing unit, the repair method of opening and closing equipment that can be mounted obstacle sensing unit in retrofitting and the protective sheet in a short time at low cost The purpose is to provide.

The first feature of the opening / closing device according to the present invention is that the opening / closing body means for opening / closing the opening by moving along a guide means provided along the peripheral edge of the opening of the structure housing, and the opening / closing body An opening / closing device comprising an opening / closing control means for controlling an opening / closing operation of the means, and a substantially convex-shaped seat plate means having a wide opening in the closing direction provided at a closing direction side tip of the opening / closing means. Obstruction sensing means that is provided on a flat portion on the closing direction side of the substantially convex seat plate means, and that outputs a sensing signal by contacting the obstacle, and the substantially convex shape of the seat plate means. Protective sheet means having both ends fixed to the narrow part of the substantially convex shape of the seat plate means by fastening members so as to cover the wide part and the obstacle sensing means.
As an opening and closing device that opens and closes doorways and windows, or openings such as passages and spaces inside structures in buildings such as buildings, houses, factories, warehouses, etc. There is one using a sheet shutter which is an opening / closing body means. When the opening / closing body means is closing the opening, if any obstacle comes in contact with the seat plate or the like which is the tip of the opening / closing body means, the closing operation of the opening / closing body means is stopped from the viewpoint of safety. It is desirable. Therefore, in the present invention, the seat plate means is constituted by a substantially convex seat plate means, the obstacle sensing means is provided on the flat portion on the closing direction side of the seat plate means, and the substantially convex shape of the seat plate means is provided. Both ends of the protective sheet means are fixed to the narrow part of the substantially convex shape of the seat plate means by fastening members so as to cover the wide part and the obstacle sensing means as a whole. In this way, by fastening the protective sheet to the narrow portion of the substantially convex shape of the seat plate means with the fastening portion, the fastening portion comes to exist inside the wide portion of the substantially convex shape of the seat plate means. In addition, it is possible to prevent as much as possible the fastening portion from coming into contact with any obstacle or the like during the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing body means.

According to a second feature of the switchgear according to the present invention, in the switchgear described in the first feature, the protective sheet is formed at a location where the seat plate means changes from the narrow part to the wide part. It is to be fixed so as to be sandwiched between the seat plate means by a substantially L-shaped sheet pressing member formed so as to coincide with the substantially L-shaped recess. In the present invention, the shape of the substantially L-shaped recess formed in the portion where the seat plate means changes from the narrow portion to the wide portion is utilized, and the substantially plate formed so as to match the shape of the substantially L-shaped recess. By efficiently pressing and sandwiching the protective sheet means using the L-shaped sheet pressing member, it is possible to suppress fraying of the yarn of the protective sheet means and to securely fix the protective sheet means to the seat plate means. .

A first feature of the method for repairing an opening / closing device according to the present invention is that the opening / closing body means opens and closes the opening by moving along a guide means provided along the peripheral edge of the opening of the structure housing. In a modification method of an opening / closing device comprising an opening / closing control means for controlling an opening / closing operation of the opening / closing body means, a seat plate means provided at a closing direction side tip of the opening / closing body means is configured to be wide on the closing direction side. Replacing the substantially convex-shaped seat plate means with the obstacle sensing means for outputting a sensing signal by contacting the obstacle on the flat portion on the closing direction side of the substantially convex-shaped seat plate means, The both ends of the protective sheet means are fixed by fastening members to the wide part of the substantially convex shape of the seat plate means and the narrow part of the substantially convex shape of the seat plate means so as to cover the obstacle sensing means. is there. This is because when the obstacle detection means is not provided in the seat plate means of the opening / closing body means, the seat plate means is replaced with a substantially convex seat plate means, and the closing direction of the substantially convex seat plate means is changed. An obstruction sensing means is provided on the flat portion on the side, and a fastening member is provided on the substantially convex wide portion of the seat plate means and the generally convex narrow portion of the seat plate means so as to entirely cover the obstacle sensing means. Thus, both end portions of the protective sheet means are fixed.

According to a second feature of the switchgear repair method according to the present invention, in the switchgear repair method described in the first feature, the substantially convex seat is already provided at the front end of the switchgear means in the closing direction. When the obstacle sensing means and the protection sheet are attached to the existing seat plate means after the plate means is provided, a part of the fastening members provided on the seat plate means is selected. By removing only the fastening portion, the seat plate means is attached without being removed from the guide means and the opening / closing body means. This is because, when the existing seat plate means has a substantially convex shape, the obstacle detecting means and the protective sheet can be attached later without removing the existing seat plate means from the guide means and the opening / closing body means. It is something that can be done.

According to the present invention, there is an effect that the obstacle sensing unit and its protective sheet can be attached at a low cost in a short time to an opening / closing device such as a sheet shutter not provided with the obstacle sensing unit.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of an opening / closing apparatus provided with a sheet shutter according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. This invention demonstrates the case where the protection sheet of the nonflammable cloth for protecting an obstacle detection part and this obstacle detection part with respect to the existing switchgear which is not provided with the obstacle detection part is demonstrated.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a switchgear according to an embodiment of the present invention. The opening / closing device 10 is freely movable along the guide rails 2 and 3 which are guide means fixed perpendicularly to both side walls (peripheral portions) of the opening, and along these guide rails 2 and 3. The opening / closing body 4 is provided so as to be able to move up and down, and has an opening / closing body 4 that opens and closes the opening, and an opening / closing device 5 that is provided in the shutter case 6 above the guide rails 2 and 3 and lifts the opening / closing body 4. .

In this specification, the term “opening” is used as a general term for the opening of an entrance / exit of a structure such as a building, an emergency exit, a passage, etc., and the opening of a place that needs to be closed as a fire prevention / smoke prevention disaster prevention section. . Further, the guide rails 2 and 3 have opposite insertion faces that are opposite to each other and are opened along the moving direction of the opening / closing body 4. The insertion portions formed in the above are inserted so as to freely move up and down.

The opening / closing body 4 is formed of, for example, a deformable sheet member or an elastic member, and this member is appropriately selected according to the installation location or application of the opening / closing device 10. For example, when the switchgear 10 is used as a fire / smoke-proof application in a place that needs to be closed to form a zone as a disaster prevention zone, It is preferably formed of a non-combustible material such as glass cloth or silica cloth. In addition, when the switchgear 10 is used for airtight maintenance in places other than fireproof / smokeproof applications, for example, entrances and exits of cold storage, factories, etc., or for closing entrances and the like through which people or articles pass When used, it may be formed of, for example, a synthetic resin sheet such as vinyl chloride or polyester, a non-combustible material, an elastic member molded from a foaming synthetic resin such as sponge, or the like. preferable.

The opening / closing machine 5 is provided in a shutter case 6 located near the upper part of the opening / closing body 4 and disposed and fixed in the ceiling portion of the opening. In the shutter case 6, a take-up shaft 8 having a take-up drum 7 that is rotatably supported is provided. The opening / closing machine 5 is composed of a forward / reverse rotatable motor, a brake, and the like that are driven to rotate. A main driving sprocket 51 provided on the rotating shaft of the motor, and a driven sprocket 52 provided on the rotating shaft of the winding shaft 8. Therefore, the rotational driving force of the opening / closing machine 5 is transmitted to the winding shaft 8 side via the chain 53, and when the opening / closing machine 5 rotates, the winding shaft 8 rotates via the chain 53, and the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing body 4 is performed. Is to be controlled. The switch 5 has a microcomputer configuration as a control configuration, and is supplied with power via a power line (not shown). The control of the opening / closing machine 5 is generally that the motor is driven by releasing the brake when the opening / closing body 4 is operated. However, when the opening / closing body 4 is closed (lowered), the brake is released and the motor is not driven. The opening / closing body 4 can be closed by its own weight.

The shutter case 6 has a guide port (not shown) opened along the lower surface, and upper ends of the guide rails 2 and 3 are inserted and fixed to both ends of the guide port, respectively. Further, the guide port of the shutter case 6 is opened to communicate with the insertion ports of the guide rails 2 and 3 and is also opened to communicate with the opening, and the opening / closing body 4 is moved up and down by being guided by the guide port. It has come to be.

A take-up shaft 8 having a take-up drum 7 is horizontally arranged in the shutter case 6, and both end portions thereof are rotatably supported by bearing bodies (not shown) provided on both sides of the shutter case 6. ing. A driven sprocket 52 that rotates the take-up shaft 8 is fixedly provided at one end of the take-up shaft 8.

The opening / closing machine 5 is fixed in the shutter case 6, and the main drive sprocket 51 facing the driven sprocket 52 is fixed to the output shaft of the opening / closing machine 5, and the opening / closing is opened between the main driving sprocket 51 and the driven sprocket 52. A chain (endless rotating body) 53 that transmits the rotation of the output shaft of the machine 5 to the driven sprocket 52 is wound around freely. The opening / closing machine 5 is controlled by a control means (not shown).

The seat plate portion 43 is a member that pulls the opening / closing body 4 downward by its own weight when the opening / closing body 4 performs a closing operation, and is brought into contact with the ground surface, the floor surface, or the like. At the side end) over substantially the entire length in the opening / closing body width direction.

Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 2 to 8, an obstacle detection unit and an incombustible fabric protective sheet for protecting the obstacle detection unit are provided for an existing switchgear that does not include the obstacle detection unit. As apparent from FIG. 2, the seat plate portion 43 has a bag-shaped portion formed by folding back the lower end portion of the basic curtain member 42, and a metal flat plate weight 44 extends over substantially the entire length in the opening / closing body width direction. Has been inserted.

A metal seat plate member 431 and a seat plate member 432 are attached by bolts 600 to 604 and nuts 610 to 614 so as to sandwich the bag-like portion of the basic curtain member 42 into which the flat weight 44 is inserted from both sides. . The seat plate portion 431 is in contact with the floor surface 20, and a portion in contact with the floor surface 20 is a flat portion. The seat plate member 432 is substantially L-shaped, has substantially the same width as the flat plate weight 44, and is attached so that the lower end portion of the flat plate weight 44 can be held by an L-shaped inner bent portion. The seat plate members 431 and 432 are connected and integrated with each other by bolts 600 to 604 and nuts 610 to 614 fastened so as to pass through the flat plate weight 44 and the basic curtain member 42. As shown in FIG. 2B, the integrated seat plate members 431 and 432 are substantially convex in shape, and bolts 600 to 604 and nuts are arranged on the inner side of the width of the seat plate member 431. It is comprised so that 610-614 may be located. This is to prevent the bolts 600 to 604 and the nuts 610 to 614 constituting the seat plate portion from contacting any obstacles as much as possible during the opening / closing operation. In addition to bolts and nuts, other members such as rivets may be used as fastening members. Moreover, in this embodiment, although the case where it connects and fixes with 5 sets of volt | bolts and nuts is shown, it is not limited to this.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an example of a procedure for bonding and fixing an obstacle sensing unit using the floor side flat portion of the substantially convex seat plate portion 43 of FIG. 2, and FIG. FIG. 3B is a perspective view showing a state when a device for detecting an obstacle is attached to the seat plate portion 43 of the switchgear that does not include the device for detecting an obstacle. FIG. The figure which looked at the seat-plate part of () from the X direction is shown. First, the opening / closing body 4 of the opening / closing device is wound up to a position where the opening can be easily repaired, that is, to an approximately middle position of the opening. Although it may be better to remove the opening / closing body 4 directly from the guide rails 2 and 3 depending on the workability of the modification, in this embodiment, the work is performed with the opening / closing body 4 attached. Will be described. A tape switch 64 is attached to a flat portion on the floor surface side of a metal seat plate member 431 constituting the seat plate portion 43. The tape switch 64 is bonded and fixed with an adhesive, a double-sided adhesive tape or the like over substantially the entire length in the opening / closing body width direction. Other adhesive means such as screwing and riveting may be used as the adhesive fixing means. The tape switch 64 is an obstacle sensing unit. When the closed opening / closing body 4 comes into contact with an obstacle and the tape switch 64 is pressed by the obstacle, a sensing signal is output from the tape switch 64 to the opening / closing control means, and the opening / closing body 4 is prevented from being stopped or reversed. Control is performed.

FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a procedure for attaching a protective sheet of non-combustible fabric from the seat plate member 431 side to the substantially convex seat plate portion 43, and FIG. The perspective view at the time of attachment is shown, FIG.4 (B) shows the figure which looked at the seat board part of FIG. 4 (A) from the X direction. As shown in FIG. 4, as a method of attaching the seat plate screen 65 serving as a protective sheet, first, the bolts 600 to 604 and the nuts 610 to 614 are loosened, and only the nuts 610 to 614 are removed from the seat plate portion 43. Next, only the bolts 601 and 603 are extracted from the seat plate portion 43 from the bolts 600 to 604. That is, every other bolt 601, 603 is extracted from the arrangement of the bolts 600 to 604. As a result, the following repair work can be performed without separating the seat plate portion 43 from the basic curtain member 42. Note that only the bolts 600 and 604 at both ends may be extracted from the bolts 600 to 604 as long as the seat plate 43 does not fall from the basic curtain member 42 and the workability. In contrast to this embodiment, only the bolts 601 and 603 may be left and the other bolts 600, 602, and 604 may be extracted.

As shown in FIG. 4, since the bolts 600, 602, and 604 remain in the seat plate portion 43, the through holes of the screen 65 for the seat plate from the seat plate member 431 side to these bolts 600, 602, and 604. (Not shown) is inserted so that the seat plate screen 65 is sandwiched between the seat plate screen pressing plate 433 of substantially L-shaped steel from the outside of the seat plate screen 65 and the seat plate screen pressing plate 433 is also bolts 600, 602 and 604 are inserted. The seat plate screen 65 is pressed against the outer surface (L surface) of the seat plate member 431 by the substantially L-shaped steel seat plate screen pressing plate 433 inserted through the bolts 600, 602, and 604. At this time, care is taken so that the bolts 600, 602, and 604 do not fall out. Further, the extracted bolts 601 and 603 are inserted into the portions where the bolts 601 and 603 are extracted from the outside of the substantially L-shaped steel seat plate screen pressing plate 433. Therefore, the bolts 600, 602, and 604 are outside the seat plate member 432, that is, from the right side of FIG. 4B, and the bolts 601 and 603 are outside the substantially L-shaped steel seat plate screen pressing plate 433, that is, as shown in FIG. From the left side, the inserted state is maintained so as to sandwich the narrow portion of the substantially convex shaped seat plate portion 43 formed by the seat plate members 431 and 432, respectively.

FIG. 5 is a view showing a state in which a non-combustible fabric protection sheet is sandwiched between substantially L-shaped steel seat plate screen pressing plates 433 in a substantially convex seat plate portion 43, and FIG. FIG. 5B is a perspective view of a state in which the protective sheet is attached to the plate portion 43, and FIG. 5B is a view of the seat plate portion of FIG. After attaching the substantially L-shaped steel seat plate screen pressing plate 433 as described above, the bolts 600, 602, and 604 are removed from the seat plate portion 43. Even if these bolts are removed, the seat plate member 431, the seat plate member 432, the seat plate screen 65, and the substantially L-shaped steel seat plate screen pressing plate 433 are temporarily fixed by the bolts 601 and 603. Can be maintained.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a procedure for sandwiching a non-combustible fabric protective sheet with a substantially L-shaped steel seat plate screen pressing plate 434 in a substantially convex seat plate portion 43, and FIG. The perspective view of the state in which the protective sheet is attached to the portion 43 is shown, and FIGS. 6B and 6C are views of the seat plate portion of FIG. 6A viewed from the X direction. After the bolts 600, 602, and 604 are removed as described above, the seat plate screen 65 serving as a protective sheet is attached to the seat plate member 431 to which the tape switch 64 is bonded and fixed as shown by the arrow in FIG. The seat plate 65 is folded back so as to cover the whole, and the end of the seat plate screen 65 is inserted into the bolts 601 and 603 on the right side of the seat plate portion 43 at the opposite end of the seat plate screen 65. As shown in FIG. 6C, a substantially L-shaped steel seat plate screen pressing plate 434 projects from the seat plate portion 43 from the right side of the seat plate screen 65 inserted through the bolts 601 and 603. The seat plate screen 65 is sandwiched between the seat plate members 431 and 432, and the nuts 611 and 613 are connected to the bolts 601 and 603 and fixed.

FIG. 7 is a view showing a state in which a non-flammable fabric protective sheet is sandwiched between substantially L-shaped steel seat plate screen pressing plates 433 and 434 in a substantially convex seat plate portion 43, and FIG. FIG. 7B is a perspective view showing a state in which the protective sheet is attached to the seat plate portion 43, and FIG. 7B shows a view of the seat plate portion of FIG. 7A viewed from the X direction. As described above, when the bolts 601 and 603 and the nuts 611 and 613 are connected and the seat plate screen 65 is fastened and fixed, the seat plate screen 65 is formed in a substantially convex shape formed by the seat plate members 431 and 432. Is provided so as to cover and wrap the seat plate portion 43. As shown in FIG. 7, when the seat plate screen 65 is fastened and fixed, an appropriate slack is provided so that a slight gap is formed between the seat plate screen 65 and the tape switch 64. Is preferred. The seat plate screen 65 is preferably formed of a non-combustible material made of the same material as that of the basic curtain member 42 of the opening / closing body 4 and is preferably provided over substantially the entire length in the opening / closing body width direction. In a general installation state of the opening / closing device, it is assumed that the seat plate screen 65 is in contact with the ground surface, the floor surface, or the like when fully closed, so the seat plate screen 65 is more than the basic curtain member 42 of the opening / closing body 4. Thickness or water-repellent coating may be used to improve durability and prevent contamination.

FIG. 8 is a view showing a completed form in which a protective sheet of non-combustible fabric is attached to the seat plate part 43 of the switchgear, and FIG. 8A is a completed form in which the protective sheet is attached to the seat plate part 43. A perspective view is shown, FIG.7 (B) shows the figure which looked at the seat board part of FIG. 7 (A) from the X direction. As shown in FIG. 5, the bolts 600, 602, and 604 extracted during the second operation are inserted from the positions where the bolts 600, 602, and 604 are substantially L-shaped on the seat plate screen pressing plate 434 side. Then, nuts 610, 612, and 614 are connected to the screw portions of bolts 600, 602, and 604 protruding from the substantially L-shaped steel seat plate screen pressing plate 433 side, and are fastened and fixed. In FIG. 8, the insertion directions of the bolts 600, 601, 602, 603, and 604 are reversed every other, but they may be aligned in the same direction as shown in FIG.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where substantially L-shaped steel is used as the seat plate screen pressing plates 433 and 434 has been described. However, a substantially flat plate may be used. By making the shape of the seat plate screen pressing plates 433 and 434 substantially L-shaped, it matches the existing shape of the substantially convex shape seat plate portion of the seat plate portion 43, and further, the seat plate screen 65 is placed in this L-shaped portion. Therefore, the seat plate screen 65 can be securely fixed. The tape switch 64 is connected by a lead wire (not shown) and wired to a control device in the shutter case 6 via a wiring cover (not shown) fixed to the seat plate portion 43.

According to the above-described embodiment, the seat plate members 431 and 432 connected and integrated with each other by the bolts 600 to 604 and the nuts 610 to 614 have a substantially convex shape as a whole. Bolts 600 to 604 and nuts 610 to 614 are positioned inside the width of the seat plate portion 431. This is to prevent the bolts 600 to 604 and the nuts 610 to 614 constituting the seat plate portion from contacting any obstacles as much as possible during the opening / closing operation. In this embodiment, the case where the overall shape of the seat plate members 431 and 432 is a substantially convex shape has been described. However, when the existing seat plate is not a substantially convex shape, the substantially convex character as in the embodiment is used. It is preferable to replace the seat plate members 431 and 432 with shapes. Further, according to the above-described embodiment, the shape of the substantially convex-shaped seat plate portion of the opening / closing device is utilized, and the protective sheet is efficiently pressed by the substantially L-shaped seat plate screen pressing plate to prevent fraying of the holding pin. effective. Further, even when the opening / closing body is wound up and stored in the shutter case, there is an effect that the appearance of the design looked up from below is improved. In the above-described embodiment, the opening / closing body winding type opening / closing apparatus has been described as an example. However, the present invention is also applied to an opening / closing apparatus that opens and closes without opening and closing the opening / closing body, such as an overhead door system or a folding storage type.
