Description
The present invention relates to a cooking device, and more particularly to a built-in cooking device in which a heating chamber having a door that can be opened and closed is provided on the lower front surface of a countertop.
In recent years, cooking devices such as a convection type oven using hot air convection and circulation have been sold. This type of cooking device has a type that uses gas and a type that uses an electric heater, and is equipped with a circulation fan that circulates the heat in the heating chamber. Because it spreads throughout, it can be cooked in a short time. In recent years, it has been proposed to be built under the countertop of the system kitchen.
By the way, as for the heating cooker integrated under the countertop of a system kitchen, the exhaust duct of a heating cooker is normally opened near the wall surface of the kitchen used as the rear part of a heating cooker. Therefore, the distance from the exhaust port of the exhaust duct of the cooking device to the wall surface of the kitchen needs to ensure a predetermined separation distance to avoid fire. Moreover, in order to make the separation distance as short as possible, the wall surface of the kitchen is finished with a non-combustible material, or a designated heat insulating plate is attached to the wall surface.
In addition, in order to shorten the separation distance, a heating cooker is provided with a safety device such as a temperature fuse so that the heating setting is performed so that the temperature rise of the wall surface of the kitchen is below a reference value. Furthermore, a plurality of blower fans are provided in the cooking device, and external air is forced to flow around the heating chamber in the cooking device to suppress temperature rise and prevent discoloration of the materials constituting the kitchen cabinet. The thing made like this is also proposed (for example, refer patent document 1).
However, in order to shorten the separation distance, it is necessary to perform non-combustion treatment on the wall surface, attach a heat insulating plate, provide a plurality of blower fans, or provide a separate safety device, which increases costs. Furthermore, when a plurality of blower fans are provided or a safety device is provided separately, an arrangement space must be secured due to an increase in the number of parts, and there is a problem that the whole cooking device becomes large.
In particular, the cooking device disclosed in
An object of the present invention is to provide a heating cooker that suppresses overheating of a wall surface of a kitchen due to exhaust without increasing the size of the heating cooker and increasing the cost. To do.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention
A heating chamber that houses the food and has a door in the front;
Heating means for generating hot air for heating the cooked food,
A circulating fan for supplying hot air generated by the heating means to the heating chamber and circulating the hot air in the heating chamber;
A motor for driving the circulation fan;
A cooling fan provided coaxially with the circulation fan and cooling the motor;
An exhaust passage having an exhaust port for exhausting hot air in the heating chamber to the outside,
The circulation fan is disposed in a communication path communicating with the heating chamber;
The motor is capable of taking in external air and is disposed in a motor chamber formed away from the communication path.
The cooling fan takes in cooling air after cooling the motor from the motor chamber into the discharge passage whose upstream end communicates with the motor chamber and whose downstream end opens to the outside. Arranged to discharge from the outside,
The exhaust passage is formed to be separated from the communication passage and the exhaust passage, and the exhaust port is formed in a horizontally long shape extending rearward and laterally behind the exhaust port of the exhaust passage, and adjacent to the exhaust port. Let it open upwards ,
The vicinity of the discharge port of the discharge passage is divided into a plurality of partitions by arranging a plurality of partition plates at predetermined intervals in the horizontal direction in the discharge passage .
According to the present invention, the exhaust passage and the discharge passage are provided separately, and the exhaust port of the exhaust passage that exhausts hot hot air used for cooking cooled the motor having a lower temperature than the hot air exhausted from the exhaust port. Since it is provided in front of the discharge port of the discharge passage for discharging the subsequent cooling air, high temperature hot air exhausted from the exhaust port and relatively low temperature cooling forcedly discharged by the cooling fan from the discharge port Air is unlikely to be mixed, and two layers of air flows having different temperatures are formed above the exhaust port and the exhaust port. In particular, since the cooling air is forcibly discharged from the discharge port by the cooling fan, the discharge speed is faster than the hot air exhausted from the exhaust port, and is hardly mixed with the hot air.
In this way, a layer of cooling air having a relatively low temperature discharged from the discharge port is formed on the rear side of the layer of hot air exhausted from the exhaust port, so that the wall of the kitchen behind the cooking device is cooled. It is protected from high temperature hot air exhausted from the exhaust port by the air layer, can prevent the kitchen wall surface from being heated directly by the high temperature hot air, and can suppress overheating of the kitchen wall surface, without increasing the number of parts The temperature rise of the wall can be prevented.
Therefore, the temperature of the wall surface can be reduced without increasing the number of parts, and the separation distance between the cooking device and the kitchen wall surface can be reduced, so that the wall surface can be finished with non-combustible material, a heat insulating plate, a safety device can be provided This eliminates the need to do so and greatly improves the installation of the heating cooker.
Further, according to the above configuration, the cooling air flowing through the discharge passage tends to concentrate on the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the discharge port when the discharge port is horizontally long. By dividing the discharge port in the lateral direction to form a plurality of passages, the flow also flows outward in the width direction due to the passage resistance, and the cooling air can be discharged substantially uniformly from the entire discharge port. As a result, it is possible to reliably prevent hot hot air exhausted from the exhaust port from coming into contact with the wall surface by the belt-like cooling air layer.
Moreover, it is preferable that the heating cooker of this invention is comprised so that at least one part of the said exhaust passage and the said discharge passage may be adjoined.
Since at least a part of the exhaust passage and the exhaust passage are adjacent to each other, the cooling air that has cooled the motor is used to cool the hot hot air that flows through the exhaust passage with the cooling air that flows through the exhaust passage before being exhausted from the exhaust port. can do. As a result, since the temperature of the hot air exhausted from the exhaust port can be lowered, the thermal influence on the wall surface can be further suppressed.
Furthermore, when the cooking device of the present invention is provided with a plurality of the partition plates, the partition plates are provided such that the distance between the partition plates increases from the central portion in the lateral direction toward the outside. Is preferred.
According to such a configuration, the area of the plurality of passages formed by the partition plate is larger on the outer side than the central portion in the width direction, so that the cooling air concentrated on the central portion in the discharge passage is smaller than the central portion. Also, it becomes easy to enter between the outer partition plates having a small passage resistance, and the cooling air can flow more uniformly over the entire discharge port.
Moreover, the heating cooker of this invention has the combustion part in which the said heating means burns gas,
It is preferable that the combustion unit is disposed in a combustion chamber that communicates with the heating chamber via the communication path.
If the heating means has a combustion part for burning gas, hot air at a higher temperature can be generated, so that oven cooking can be performed more efficiently.
As described above, according to the present invention, the air layer of the cooling air in which the hot air exhausted from the exhaust port is forcibly exhausted by the cooling fan from the exhaust port using the cooling air that has cooled the motor. By blocking the flow to the wall surface of the kitchen, the wall surface can be prevented from being overheated by hot air. As a result, it is not necessary to finish the wall with a non-combustible material or provide a heat insulating plate, and it is not necessary to provide a plurality of blower fans or a safety device in the heating cooker. The cost of the entire cooking device can be reduced without increasing the cost, and overheating of the wall surface can be prevented.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a heating cooker according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows an
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The

The
As shown in FIG. 2, a large number of exhaust holes 33 a communicating with the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a large number of blowout holes 36 a and a large number of suction holes 36 b for circulating hot air in the
The suction holes 36 b are formed so as to be concentrated on the left and right central portions of the
The
The
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the hot air
A gas burner 43 (combustion unit) to which fuel gas is supplied via a gas supply pipe (not shown) is disposed on the rear side in the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the hot air
The
The
The
Thus, during cooking, the
In addition, a cooling
The cooling
The cooling
The cooling
The
The inside of the
As described above, by providing the
In particular, since the distance between the
Further, a
The upstream side of the
An
In the present embodiment, the length of the
Further, behind the
The
When the hot air generated in the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the cooling
In the present embodiment, the hot air flowing in the
Furthermore, the cooling air exhausted from the
Furthermore, when the range hood is provided above the
