Description

Claims (12)
- 混濁媒体に少なくとも部分的に挿入されるよう構成される光学検査デバイスであって、前記光学検査デバイスが、前記混濁媒体に挿入されるよう構成されるシャフト部分を有し、前記シャフト部分は、前記混濁媒体への挿入の間一番先の部分であるよう構成される先端部分を有しており、
広帯域光のビームを放出するよう構成される少なくとも1つの光源デバイスが、前記混濁媒体に挿入されるよう構成される前記シャフト部分の領域に提供され、前記広帯域光のビームは、異なる態様で変調される異なる波長帯域を有し、
広帯域光を検出する少なくとも1つの光検出器が、前記シャフト部分の前記混濁媒体に挿入されるよう構成される領域に提供され、前記少なくとも1つの光検出器が、前記混濁媒体の外側に残るよう構成される前記光学検査デバイスの部分に電気的に接続される、光学検査デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの光検出器が、フォトダイオードである、請求項1に記載の光学検査デバイス。
- 前記シャフト部分に対して異なる位置に配置される複数の光検出器を前記シャフト部分が具備する、請求項1乃至2のいずれか一項に記載の光学検査デバイス。
- 前記光学検査デバイスが、前記少なくとも1つの光検出器から受信される信号のスペクトル解析を実行するよう構成される復調及び解析ユニットを有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の光学検査デバイス。
- 前記復調及び解析ユニットが、複数の光検出器からの信号のスペクトル解析を実行し、前記複数の光検出器の個別の位置に関する情報を追加的に利用するよう構成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の光学検査デバイス。
- 前記シャフト部分が、生検針、カテーテル、又は内視鏡の少なくとも一部を形成する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の光学検査デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源デバイスが、前記広帯域光のビームを提供するよう構成される光生成ユニットに接続される光ガイド構造体の端部により形成される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の光学検査デバイス。
- 前記光ガイド構造体が、前記シャフト部分の物質において、又は前記シャフト部分の内部の中空チャネルに配置されるよう構成されるコア要素において、構成される、請求項7に記載の光学検査デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光検出器が、前記シャフト部分の物質に埋め込まれる、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の光学検査デバイス。
- 50MHzを超える周波数範囲における高周波変調が、前記広帯域光のビームに課されるよう、前記光学検査デバイスが構成される、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の光学検査デバイス。
- 前記光学検査デバイスが、哺乳類の体へと少なくとも部分的に挿入されるよう構成される医療デバイスである、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の光学検査デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源デバイスが、前記先端部分の領域に提供される、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の光学検査デバイス。
