一端近傍が上記ルーフ部材の引き出し端部側裏面に第1水平支軸により車両前後方向に回動可能に軸支された操作レバーと、
一端にフック部を有し、他端が上記操作レバーの一端に第2水平支軸により車両前後方向に回動可能に軸支され、上記操作レバーの車両前方への回動により車両後方に移動する一方、上記操作レバーの車両後方への回動により車両前方に移動する係合部材と、
上記操作レバーを車両後方に回動付勢して車両前方に向かって前上がりの傾斜姿勢に保持する第1付勢部材と、
上記係合部材を車両前方に回動付勢して車両前方に向かって前下がりの傾斜姿勢に保持する第2付勢部材と、
上記車両本体側に設けられ、上記係合部材が係脱可能に係合する被係合部とを備え、
