Claims (10)
- 第1の車軸及び第2の車軸を有するハイブリッド車両であって、
作動流体を膨張させるように動作可能な少なくとも1つの作動室を有するエンジンであって、火花点火エンジン及び圧縮点火エンジンのいずれか一方である、エンジンと、
電気トランスミッションであって、第1の部材、第2の部材、及び第3の部材を有する差動ギアセットと、第1のファイナルドライブと、第1の電気機械とを含み、前記エンジンは前記第1の部材と共回転するために接続され、前記第1の電気機械は前記第2の部材と共回転するために接続され、前記第3の部材は前記第1のファイナルドライブを通して前記第1の車軸と動作可能に接続可能である、電気トランスミッションと、
第2のファイナルドライブを通して前記第2の車軸に動作可能に接続可能な第2の電気機械を含む電気駆動モジュールと、
前記電気機械、及び前記エンジンに動作可能に接続される電子コントローラとを含み、
前記第1の部材の歯の数、前記第2の部材の歯の数、及び前記第1のファイナルドライブのギア比は前記第1の車軸のトルクと前記エンジンのトルクとが単一の一定のトルク比を確立し、前記単一の一定のトルク比は、前記エンジンが前記火花点火エンジンである場合はスロットルが全開で、前記エンジンが前記圧縮点火エンジンである場合は所定量の燃料で、かつ最も低い車両速度が最低エンジン速度と対応する車両速度の範囲内の一定の車両速度で前記車両が巡航するように、前記少なくとも1つの作動室が動作しているときに、連続してエンジンを動作させるのに必要な所定の前記最低エンジン速度で前記エンジンが動作し、前記エンジンからのトルクが前記車両を前記一定の車両速度で推進するのに必要なトルクを超えることなく、かつ前記第2の電気機械がフリーホイールしている状態の、トルク比であり、
第1の一対の車輪は前記第1の車軸に接続され、前記電子コントローラは、(i)前記第1の一対の車輪のうちの一方の車輪がスリップしているが否かを判断し、(ii)前記第1の一対の車輪のうちの一方の車輪がスリップしている場合に、前記第1の一対の車輪に動作可能に接続された摩擦ブレーキ機構を適用することにより、前記第1の電気機械にトルクを加え、前記第2の電気機械への電力の流れ及び前記第2の車軸に供給されるトルクを増やすように構成された、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記第3の部材を前記第1のファイナルドライブに接続するために選択的に係合可能な第1のクラッチを更に備え、前記電子コントローラは前記第1のクラッチと動作可能に接続され、前記差動ギアセット及び前記第1のファイナルドライブは、係合した前記第1のクラッチ及び静止している前記第1の電気機械とともに、前記エンジンの速度と前記第1の車軸の速度とが一定の速度比を確立し、前記エンジンは、前記一定の速度比において、かつ前記一定の車両速度において、一定のエンジントルクを得るために必要とされる前記所定の最低エンジン速度において動作している、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記第3の部材を前記第1のファイナルドライブに接続するために選択的に係合可能である第1のクラッチと、
前記第3の部材を固定部材に接地するために選択的に係合可能である第1のブレーキとを更に備え、
前記電子コントローラは、前記第1のクラッチ、及び前記第1のブレーキに動作可能に接続され、
前記電子コントローラは、2車軸駆動、入力分割動作モードにおいて、前記第1の電気機械を発電機として動作させ、前記第2の電気機械を前記第1の電気機械によって与えられる電力を使用するモータとして動作させるように構成され、前記少なくとも1つの作動室は前記一定の車両速度より速い車両速度において、前記火花点火エンジンである場合はスロットルが全開で、前記圧縮点火エンジンである場合は所定量の燃料で動作する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記第3の部材を前記第1のファイナルドライブに接続するために選択的に係合可能である第1のクラッチと、
前記第3の部材を固定部材に接地するために選択的に係合可能である第1のブレーキと、
エネルギー蓄積デバイスとを更に備え、
前記電子コントローラは、前記第1のクラッチ、前記第1のブレーキ、及び前記エネルギー蓄積デバイスに動作可能に接続され、
前記一定の車両速度未満の車両速度において、前記電子コントローラは、(i)前記少なくとも1つの作動室が、前記エンジンが前記火花点火エンジンである場合はスロットルが全開で、前記エンジンが前記圧縮点火エンジンである場合は所定量の燃料で動作し、前記第1の電気機械を前記エネルギー蓄積デバイス又は第2の電気機械に電力を与える発電機として動作させることと、(ii)第2の車軸駆動の電気のみの動作モードにおいて、前記エンジンを切り、前記第2の電気機械をモータとして動作させることとの間を切り替えるよう構成された、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記少なくとも1つの作動室は複数の作動室を含み、
前記第3の部材を前記第1のファイナルドライブに接続するために選択的に係合可能である第1のクラッチと、
前記第3の部材を固定部材に接地するために選択的に係合可能である第1のブレーキとを更に備え、
前記電子コントローラは、前記第1のクラッチ、及び前記第1のブレーキに動作可能に接続され、
前記電子コントローラは、前記複数の作動室の全てを選択的に動作させることと、前記複数の作動室の全てよりも少ない所定の数の前記複数の作動室のみを選択的に動作させることとの間を切り替えるように構成され、前記単一の一定のトルク比は、前記所定の数の複数の作動室のみを用いるエンジン動作に基づいて決定される、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記エンジンは前記圧縮点火エンジンである、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記第3の部材を前記第1のファイナルドライブに接続するために選択的に係合可能である第1のクラッチと、
前記第3の部材を固定部材に接地するために選択的に係合可能である第1のブレーキとを更に備え、
前記電子コントローラは、前記第1のクラッチ、及び前記第1のブレーキに動作可能に接続され、
第2の車軸駆動の電気のみの動作モードにおいてモータとして動作する前記第2の電気機械によって前記車両の前方推進が与えられるときに、前記電子コントローラは、前記第1のブレーキのみを選択的に係合させ、前記第1の電気機械を、前記エンジンを始動するモータとして動作させるように構成され、それにより、前記車両の前記前方推進は、前記エンジンが始動されたときに外乱を受けない、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 第1の車軸及び第2の車軸を有するハイブリッド車両であって、
エンジンであって、火花点火エンジン及び圧縮点火エンジンのいずれか一方である、エンジンと、
電気トランスミッションであって、
第1の部材、第2の部材、及び第3の部材を有する差動ギアセットと、第1のファイナルドライブと、第1の電気機械とを含み、前記エンジンは前記第1の部材と共回転するために接続され、前記第1の電気機械は前記第2の部材と共回転するために接続され、前記第3の部材は前記第1のファイナルドライブを通して前記第1の車軸と動作可能に接続可能である、電気トランスミッションと、
第2のファイナルドライブを通して前記第2の車軸に動作可能に接続可能な第2の電気機械を含む電気駆動モジュールと、
前記電気機械、及び前記エンジンに動作可能に接続される電子コントローラとを含み、
前記第1の部材の歯の数、前記第2の部材の歯の数、及び前記第1のファイナルドライブのギア比は前記第1の車軸のトルクと前記エンジンのトルクとにおける一定のトルク比を確立し、前記一定のトルク比は、前記エンジンが前記火花点火エンジンである場合はスロットルが全開で、前記エンジンが前記圧縮点火エンジンである場合は所定量の燃料で、かつ最も低い車両速度が所定の最低エンジン速度と対応する車両速度の範囲内の一定の車両速度で前記車両が巡航するように、前記エンジンが動作しているときに、連続してエンジンを動作させるのに必要な前記所定の最低エンジン速度で前記エンジンが動作する、トルク比であり、前記電気トランスミッションは、前記第2の電気機械がフリーホイールしている状態で、前記一定のトルク比において動作して、前記車両を前記車両速度の範囲内の第1の一定の車両速度において推進し、前記エンジンは前記火花点火エンジンである場合はスロットルが全開で動作して、前記圧縮点火エンジンである場合は所定量の燃料で動作し、前記電気トランスミッションは、前記一定のトルク比において動作して、前記車両を前記車両速度の範囲内の第2の一定の車両速度において推進し、前記第1の電気機械は発電機としての役割を果たし、前記第2の電気機械は前記車両を推進するモータとしての役割を果たし、
第1の一対の車輪は前記第1の車軸に接続され、前記電子コントローラは、(i)前記第1の一対の車輪のうちの一方の車輪がスリップしているが否かを判断し、(ii)前記第1の一対の車輪のうちの一方の車輪がスリップしている場合に、前記第1の一対の車輪に動作可能に接続された摩擦ブレーキ機構を適用することにより、前記第1の電気機械にトルクを加え、前記第2の電気機械への電力の流れ及び前記第2の車軸に供給されるトルクを増やすように構成された、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記第2の一定の車両速度は前記第1の一定の車両速度の少なくとも2倍である、請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記第1の電気機械は発電機としてのみ動作可能に構成された、請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両。
