Claims (12)
- 薬剤カートリッジ(9)を保持するためのハウジング(2)(ここで薬剤カートリッジ(9)は、薬剤出口、及び薬剤を投与するために薬剤カートリッジに沿って軸方向に可動の栓(13)を有する);
栓を動かすためのプランジャ(24)及びプランジャにはめ込み式で連結されるリード部材(22)を有するピストンロッド(22、24);
ピストンロッド(22、24)を伸長し又は後退させるための駆動部(11、20);及び
プランジャ(24)と固定部(44)の間に連結される連結部(40);
を含む、薬剤送達デバイス(1)であって:
リード部材(22)にはめ込み式で連結される駆動部材(20)を含み、
ここで駆動部(11)が、リード部材(22)を駆動部材(20)に対してはめ込み式で動かすための駆動部材(20)を回転させるように機能し、そうすることによってプランジャ(24)が連結部(40)を経由してリード部材(22)に対して移動する、
連結部が、プーリー(38)を介してハウジングとプランジャの間で作用する細長いエレメント(40)であり、また、プーリーがリード部材(22)上に位置するホイール(38)である、
ことを特徴とする、上記薬剤送達デバイス(1)。 - 連結部(40)が可撓性で、非伸長性である、請求項1に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- ピストンロッド(22、24)が、薬剤カートリッジ(9)の交換を可能にする復原力によって後退する、請求項1又は2に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 復原力がばね(46、48)によって供される、請求項3に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- ばね(46、48)がそのハウジング(34)とプランジャ(24)の間で連結される、請求項4に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- ばね(46、48)が、プランジャ(24)と栓(13)の間の接触を検出するためにプランジャ(24)の端部上に位置するセンサ(52)に電気的接続を供するように構成される、請求項4又は5に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 復原力が二つ以上のばね(46、48)によって供される、請求項4〜6の何れか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 駆動部材(20)がハウジング(2)によって支持される、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 駆動が駆動部材(20)に連結されたモーター(11)によって供給される、請求項8に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 駆動部材(20)及びリード部材(22)がねじ状の連結部(26、28)によってはめ込み式で連結され、そしてリード部材(22)がプランジャ(24)に回転不可能なように、はめ込み式で連結される、請求項8又は9に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 駆動部材(20)及びピストン棒(22、24)が実質的に軸方向に整列される、請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 固定部(44)がハウジング(2)に連結される、請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
