第2実施形態では、止水剤6を充填した線間止水部をワイヤハーネス2に設けておくのではなく、グロメット1にワイヤハーネス2を挿通した後に、グロメット1の大径筒部10を上向きとして止水剤6を上方から注入して、小径筒部12に止水剤6を充填している。かつ、屈曲した樹脂棒8を大径筒部10から小径筒部12へと挿入している。この樹脂棒8の挿入で、グロメット1の小径筒部12は樹脂棒8に沿って若干屈曲され、樹脂棒8の先端が位置する小径筒部先端12aの外周からワイヤハーネス2の外周にかけて粘着テープ25を巻き付けて、電線群2Wを樹脂棒8に沿わせて屈曲保持している。この状態で小径筒部12内および粘着テープ25で囲まれた部分の止水剤6が屈曲した状態で硬化する。よって、第1実施形態の図1と同様な形状となり、車体パネルPの貫通穴Hから突出したグロメット1の小径筒部12を急激曲げすることができる。

車体パネルの貫通穴を貫通する部位のワイヤハーネスにグロメットが外嵌され、前記貫通穴を貫通直後のワイヤハーネスが前記グロメットの小径筒部と共に屈曲されて配索されるものであり、
前記グロメットは前記車体パネルの貫通穴の周縁に係止する車体係止部が設けられた大径筒部に前記ワイヤハーネスを密嵌して挿通する小径筒部が同一軸線上に連続して設けられており、
前記小径筒部内を貫通するワイヤハーネスの電線群中に止水剤が充填されると共に、該止水剤中に前記ワイヤハーネスの屈曲と対応した屈曲形状を有する樹脂棒が貫通され、該樹脂棒により前記小径筒部が曲げられると共に該屈曲される小径筒部内で前記止水剤が硬化されて屈曲された線間止水部が設けられ、
前記屈曲された線間止水部が設けられた領域では、前記小径筒部内で前記線間止水部の外周に粘着テープが巻き付けられ、または前記小径筒部の外周に前記屈曲された線間止水部に沿わせて粘着テープが巻き付けられていることを特徴とするワイヤハーネスのグロメット取付構造。
