Claims (8)
- エンジンからの動力が伝達され、交流電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生可能な回転子導体が配設された第1回転子と、
交流電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生可能な固定子導体が配設された固定子と、
第1回転子に対し相対回転可能であり、駆動軸へ動力を伝達する第2回転子であって、回転子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1回転子との間にトルクが作用し、固定子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて固定子との間にトルクが作用する第2回転子と、
蓄電装置と固定子導体との間で電力変換を行う第1電力変換装置と、
蓄電装置及び第1電力変換装置のいずれかと回転子導体との間で電力変換を行う第2電力変換装置と、
第1回転子に連結された第1回転部材と第2回転子に連結された第2回転部材との間で伝達されるトルクを調整可能なクラッチ機構と、
第1電力変換装置での電力変換を制御して固定子導体の交流電流により固定子と第2回転子との間に作用させるトルクを制御し、第2電力変換装置での電力変換を制御して回転子導体の交流電流により第1回転子と第2回転子との間に作用させるトルクを制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
制御装置は、第2回転子及び駆動軸が回転している状態でエンジンの始動を行う場合に、第2電力変換装置で電力変換される電力量を所定量以下に制限するように回転子導体の交流電流により第1回転子と第2回転子との間に作用させる回転子間トルクを制御し、前記回転子間トルクまたは第2回転子と第1回転子との回転速度差に基づいてクラッチ機構の第1回転部材と第2回転部材との間に作用させるクラッチトルクを制御し、
制御装置は、第2回転子及び駆動軸が回転している状態でエンジンの始動を行う場合に、前記回転子間トルクが設定トルクよりも小さいときは前記クラッチトルクを作用させ、前記回転子間トルクが設定トルク以上であるときは前記クラッチトルクを作用させない、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
制御装置は、第2回転子及び駆動軸が回転している状態でエンジンの始動を行う場合に、第2電力変換装置で電力変換される電力量を前記所定量にする条件での前記回転子間トルクが前記設定トルクよりも小さいときに、前記クラッチトルクを作用させる、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
前記設定トルクは、エンジンの要求クランキングトルクである、動力伝達装置。 - エンジンからの動力が伝達され、交流電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生可能な回転子導体が配設された第1回転子と、
交流電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生可能な固定子導体が配設された固定子と、
第1回転子に対し相対回転可能であり、駆動軸へ動力を伝達する第2回転子であって、回転子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1回転子との間にトルクが作用し、固定子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて固定子との間にトルクが作用する第2回転子と、
蓄電装置と固定子導体との間で電力変換を行う第1電力変換装置と、
蓄電装置及び第1電力変換装置のいずれかと回転子導体との間で電力変換を行う第2電力変換装置と、
第1回転子に連結された第1回転部材と第2回転子に連結された第2回転部材との間で伝達されるトルクを調整可能なクラッチ機構と、
第1電力変換装置での電力変換を制御して固定子導体の交流電流により固定子と第2回転子との間に作用させるトルクを制御し、第2電力変換装置での電力変換を制御して回転子導体の交流電流により第1回転子と第2回転子との間に作用させるトルクを制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
制御装置は、第2回転子及び駆動軸が回転している状態でエンジンの始動を行う場合に、第2電力変換装置で電力変換される電力量を所定量以下に制限するように回転子導体の交流電流により第1回転子と第2回転子との間に作用させる回転子間トルクを制御し、前記回転子間トルクまたは第2回転子と第1回転子との回転速度差に基づいてクラッチ機構の第1回転部材と第2回転部材との間に作用させるクラッチトルクを制御し、
制御装置は、第2回転子及び駆動軸が回転している状態でエンジンの始動を行う場合に、第2回転子と第1回転子との回転速度差が設定速度差よりも大きいときは前記クラッチトルクを作用させ、第2回転子と第1回転子との回転速度差が設定速度差以下であるときは前記クラッチトルクを作用させない、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
制御装置は、第2回転子及び駆動軸が回転している状態でエンジンの始動を行う場合に、前記クラッチトルクを作用させるときは、前記回転子間トルクとエンジンの要求クランキングトルクとに基づいて前記クラッチトルクを制御する、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
制御装置は、第2回転子及び駆動軸が回転している状態でエンジンの始動を行う場合に、前記クラッチトルクを作用させるときは、第2回転子と第1回転子との回転速度差の減少に応じて、前記回転子間トルクを増加させるとともに前記クラッチトルクを減少させる、動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1に記載の動力伝達装置であって、
制御装置は、第2回転子及び駆動軸が回転している状態でエンジンの始動を行う場合に、前記回転子間トルクと前記クラッチトルクと駆動軸の要求トルクとに基づいて固定子と第2回転子との間に作用させるトルクを制御する、動力伝達装置。 - エンジンからの動力が伝達され、交流電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生可能な回転子導体が配設された第1回転子と、
交流電流が流れることで回転磁界を発生可能な固定子導体が配設された固定子と、
第1回転子に対し相対回転可能であり、駆動軸へ動力を伝達する第2回転子であって、回転子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて第1回転子との間にトルクが作用し、固定子導体で発生した回転磁界が作用するのに応じて固定子との間にトルクが作用する第2回転子と、
蓄電装置と固定子導体との間で電力変換を行う第1電力変換装置と、
蓄電装置及び第1電力変換装置のいずれかと回転子導体との間で電力変換を行う第2電力変換装置と、
第1回転子に連結された第1回転部材と第2回転子に連結された第2回転部材との間で伝達されるトルクを調整可能なクラッチ機構と、
第2回転子と駆動軸との間の動力伝達を許容または遮断する動力断続機構と、
第1電力変換装置での電力変換を制御して固定子導体の交流電流により固定子と第2回転子との間に作用させるトルクを制御し、第2電力変換装置での電力変換を制御して回転子導体の交流電流により第1回転子と第2回転子との間に作用させるトルクを制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
制御装置は、第2回転子及び駆動軸が回転している状態でエンジンの始動を行う場合に、第2電力変換装置で電力変換される電力量を所定量以下に制限するように回転子導体の交流電流により第1回転子と第2回転子との間に作用させる回転子間トルクを制御し、前記回転子間トルクまたは第2回転子と第1回転子との回転速度差に基づいてクラッチ機構の第1回転部材と第2回転部材との間に作用させるクラッチトルクを制御し、
制御装置は、第2回転子及び駆動軸が回転している状態でエンジンの始動を行う場合に、駆動軸に駆動トルクが要求されていない条件では、動力断続機構により第2回転子と駆動軸との間の動力伝達を遮断し、さらに、第2回転子と第1回転子との回転速度差が設定速度差よりも大きいときは前記回転子間トルクを作用させずに前記クラッチトルクを作用させ、第2回転子と第1回転子との回転速度差が設定速度差以下であるときは前記クラッチトルクを作用させずに前記回転子間トルクを作用させる、動力伝達装置。
