Claims (5)
- X線を発生するX線源と、
前記X線を基に電気信号を取得するX線検出器と、
前記X線検出器のX線入射側に対向する側に配置され、前記電気信号を増幅する複数のアンプチップと、増幅された電気信号をデジタル変換して画像処理装置に供給する複数のA/D変換チップとを設けるデータ収集装置と、を備え、
前記X線検出器は、
前記X線を吸収する複数のコリメータと、
前記複数のアンプチップの隣り合うチップ間の隙間と、前記複数のA/D変換チップの隣り合うチップ間の隙間との延長線上に、隣り合うシンチレータ間の隙間を設ける、前記X線の入射に伴い光を発する複数のシンチレータと、
前記複数のシンチレータのうち隣り合うシンチレータ間の隙間に設けられる光反射材と、
前記複数のシンチレータが発した光を前記電気信号にそれぞれ変換する複数のフォトダイオードと、を備え、
前記複数のシンチレータの各シンチレータには、前記X線入射側であって、隣り合うシンチレータとの間の隙間に面する位置に溝が設けられ、
前記複数のコリメータの各コリメータは、前記各シンチレータに設けられる前記溝と、隣り合うシンチレータに設けられる前記溝とを跨ぐように両方の溝の底部に接せられ、かつ、前記隙間の幅より大きな幅を有することを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 前記複数のシンチレータ、前記複数のフォトダイオード、及び前記データ収集装置が一体化された構造とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記複数のシンチレータのうち少なくとも1のシンチレータは、前記チャネル方向の両側に前記溝が設けられることにより凸形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記X線検出器がチャネル方向及び列方向に沿う2次元のX線検出器である場合、前記複数のシンチレータのうち少なくとも1のシンチレータは、前記チャネル方向及び前記列方向の四方に前記溝が設けられることにより凸形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記複数のコリメータと、前記複数のシンチレータにそれぞれ対応する複数の前記溝とは、前記チャネル方向及び前記列方向の双方に沿う碁盤目状に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のX線CT装置。
