Description

The present invention relates to a simple earth retaining fence capable of preventing sediment and muddy water from flowing out of a soil disposal site set in a sediment disposal site such as dredged soil.

Conventionally, earth and sand dredged by a pump dredger and the like are pumped together with surrounding water to a earth and sand disposal site through a sand discharge pipe and discharged to a earth disposal site provided in the earth and sand disposal site.

The discharged dredged sand 101 sinks from the near side in the discharge direction while flowing along with water, and accumulates on the bottom B of the soil disposal site A. By design, the surface has a gentle gradient as shown in FIG. None, the introduced earth and sand 101 stays up to the bottom of the slope.

Therefore, in such a dump site A, if there is a plan to expand the area set as a dump site (hereinafter referred to as a dump site) in the future, the outer circumference of the existing dump site No partition wall is provided in the section, and the antifouling films 102 and 102 (see, for example, Patent Document 1) are stretched around the outside of the slope skirt to prevent only the diffusion of muddy water. Yes.

However, in the conventional technology as described above, the actual earth and sand discharged from the sand discharge pipe does not form the design gradient shown in the figure, and a part of the earth and sand is drained offshore as floating mud soil, On the other hand, there is a possibility that the anti-pollution film does not have a function of shielding the earth and sand, and it is impossible to prevent the earth and sand from flowing out to the outside of the soil disposal area. Moreover, earth and sand are deposited on the pollution prevention film, and the pollution prevention film sinks below the water surface due to its weight, which may impair the function of preventing the diffusion of turbid water.

On the other hand, since such a pollution prevention film is installed in a state of being suspended in water, there is a possibility that it may be washed away from a predetermined installation position under the influence of waves and water currents in the event of a typhoon or storm.

In addition, since such a pollution control film is expensive, when it is used for a long period of time, its rent, management cost, installation cost, etc. increase, especially when used in a double structure. There was an economic problem because it doubled.

In view of such conventional problems, the present invention is intended to provide a simple earth retaining fence that can prevent sediment and muddy water from flowing out of the soil disposal site and that can be constructed at low cost and in a short period of time. Therefore, the muddy water diffusion prevention sheet 15 is not in direct contact with the earth retaining plate 3 even when pressure is applied due to waves or tide level fluctuations or when a drifting object comes into contact with the muddy water diffusion sheet. The damage which arises when the board | plate material 3 contacts can be prevented now.

By installing the simple retaining fence 1 on the outer periphery of the soil disposal area in this way, as shown in FIG. 10, the mud-like earth and sand D introduced into the soil disposal area A is blocked by the soil retaining fence 1 and the soil. Accumulation in the disposal site A prevents outflow from the soil disposal area. For muddy water, the muddy water diffusion prevention sheet 15 exerts a filter function to prevent muddy water from flowing out of the soil dumping area.

On the other hand, this simple retaining fence 1 is installed at a low cost and in a short period of time by supporting each retaining plate 3, 3... On a supporting structure 2 formed by combining light bar members. On the other hand, it has high strength.
Next, the Example shown in FIGS. 11-17 is demonstrated about the installation method of the simple earth retaining fence 1 mentioned above.

First, as shown in FIG. 11, the vertical pile 4 is arranged with respect to the water bottom ground B with its length direction directed vertically, and hitting the upper end with a mallet or the like, or press-fitting it with pressure to make a predetermined It is driven up to a depth of 5 mm and is erected in a state where the upper end side protrudes from the bottom of the water. This operation is performed at predetermined intervals along the outer periphery of the soil disposal area.

Next, the horizontal connecting material 5 is fixed to the vertical pile 4 erected with an interval in the vertical direction.

Each of the horizontal connecting members 5 may be fixed one by one, but may be performed using a horizontal connecting member attaching jig 20 as shown in FIG. 13 in consideration of the operation in water.

This horizontal connecting material mounting jig 20 is integrally formed with a rod-shaped steel material, and has an arc-shaped hook portion 20b hooked on the horizontal connecting material 5 at the upper end of the rod-shaped main body portion 20a and is hooked from the main body portion 20a. The support bar portions 20c, 20c,... Protruded in the same direction as the portion 20b, and the support bar portions 20c are arranged at intervals in accordance with the installation intervals of the horizontal connecting members 5.

In order to install the horizontal connecting member 5 using the horizontal connecting member attaching jig 20, the upper horizontal connecting member 5 is fixed to the vertical pile 4 by the connecting member while adjusting the horizontal level, and then the horizontal connecting member 5 is fixed. The hook portion 20b is hooked on the connecting material 5 to hang the plurality of horizontal connecting material attaching jigs 20, 20,... In the lengthwise direction of the connecting material 5, and the diver enters the water. The diver and the horizontal connecting material 5 are set on the support bar portion 20c of each jig.

In this way, the second and subsequent horizontal connecting members 5, 5... Are arranged horizontally and in parallel with each other without performing precise alignment work in water. By fixing the connecting members 5, 5 ... to the vertical pile 4, the horizontal connecting members 5, 5 ... are made parallel to the vertical piles 4, 4 ... at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction. Can be fixed.

As a result of the above operation, the frame body 6 having a lattice-like portion exposed on the water bottom is formed.

Next, each earth retaining plate 3 is inserted in a state where the side edges adjacent to each other face each other downward to a predetermined position, that is, the lower side portion is embedded in the water bottom ground B and the upper edge is positioned below the water surface. Include.

At that position, the retainer plate 3 is fixed to the horizontal connecting member 5 by a fixture 11 such as a bolt formed in a J-shape, and the holding member 10 is applied to the surface portion of the retainer plate 3, and the hook-shaped members 12, 12 are used. The bolt 13 is passed through the earth retaining plate 3 and the nut 14 is tightened to sandwich the earth retaining plate 3 between the horizontal connecting member 5 and the pressing member 10.

And as shown in FIG. 15, while straddling the bracing 8 over the back side of the structure main body 6 diagonally, the part which cross | intersects the vertical pile 4 is fixed to the vertical pile 4 with a connection member, and a structure main body 6 is reinforced.

Next, as shown in FIG. 16, the slant pile 7 is disposed in an oblique direction with respect to the water bottom ground B, and in that state, the upper end of the slant pile 7 is hit with a wooden mallet or the like, or is press-fitted with pressure. By driving to a predetermined position in the ground B, the upper end portion is fixed to the upper end portion of the vertical pile 4 by a connecting member at that position.

When the placing process of each slant pile 7 is completed, the reinforcing bar 19 is fixed to each slant pile 7 directed toward the soil disposal site A in a direction crossing the slant pile 7. The reinforcing bar 19 is fixed to a position at a certain distance from the surface of the earth retaining plate 3 to the horizontal soil dump A side.

Then, as shown in FIG. 17, the upper edge of the muddy water diffusion prevention sheet 15 is connected to the reinforcing bar 19 by the fixing bracket 17, and the diver dives in the water, and one end of the fixed string 18 is connected to the pressing member 10 to muddy water. The diffusion prevention sheet 15 is installed on the surface side of the earth retaining plate 3.

In this way, the muddy water diffusion preventing sheet 15 is unfolded over the upper and lower sides of the water surface and is inclined and inclined obliquely forward from the surface portion of the earth retaining plate 3, thereby completing the installation operation.

On the other hand, such a simple earth retaining fence can be easily disassembled by performing the above-described assembly work in reverse.

In the above-described embodiment, an example in which all assembling operations are performed at the installation site has been described. However, the earth retaining fence unit 3 is assembled in advance at the factory by fixing the earth retaining plate 3 to the surface of the structure body 6. At the installation site, the earth retaining fence may be formed by standing a plurality of earth retaining fence units along the outer periphery of the earth disposal site in a state where the side edges adjacent to each other are connected.

As shown in FIG. 18 (a), the connection between the earth retaining fence units 30, 30 is connected to the horizontal connecting member 5 constituting one earth retaining fence unit 30 on one end of a rod-shaped pipe connecting member 31. 31a is fitted and the other end 31b is projected, and the end 31b of the connecting member 31 may be connected by fitting the horizontal connecting member 5 constituting the other earth retaining fence unit 30, Further, as shown in FIG. 18B, a rod-shaped member 32 is bridged between the horizontal connecting members 5 and 5 constituting the earth retaining fence unit 30 to be connected, and the rod-shaped members are respectively attached to the end portions of the horizontal connecting members 5 and 5. You may make it connect the edge part of the member 32 with connection members 33, such as a clamp.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the example in which the earth retaining plate material is installed so that the upper edge thereof is located below the water surface and is adapted to the water level fluctuation has been described, but the soil retaining plate material is penetrated in the front and back direction. You may make it respond | correspond to a water level fluctuation | variation by providing a some water flow hole. In this case, the muddy water diffusion prevention sheet is installed in a position covering the water holes.
