Description
クイックカップリング10は、第1のアタッチメント片14、接続可能なホース12、植え込み可能な装置に接続可能な第2のアタッチメント片16、止めナット18、バネ20、及び保護リング23を備える。図1は、ホース12がシフトされた状態の第1のアタッチメント片14を示す。この目的のため、第1のアタッチメント片14は、突出した円筒状カラー22を備え、その周囲の末端縁24は、カラー22とホース12との間の変化領域において、ホース管腔へ明らかに突出して、そこで血液凝固の危険性を引き起こすへりが形成されないように、鋭い形状を有して終端する。その外側でカラー22には、第2のアタッチメント片16の方への突起を形成し、かつ末端縁24の方へ斜めに先細りになっている、周囲の段差26が設けられている。この形態において、カラー22に熱収縮で取り付けられるホース12は、返しの形態にて、滑り落ちることに対して段差26によって保護される。ニチノールのスパイラル13は、末端縁24に対して近位に及び遠位にホース12を囲み、かつ、第1のアタッチメント片14からホース12を滑り落とし鋭い末端縁24における摩擦によって損傷させる可能性のある、ホース12が広がることを防止する。第1アタッチメント片14の近位にて、ニチノールスパイラル13は、耐疲労及び生物適合性の合成接着剤(エポキシ樹脂)17によってカバーされるだろう。処理において、ホース12の支持端は、アタッチメント片14の方へ完全に封入され、広がることに逆らって締め付けられるだろう。
Claims (9)
- 植え込み可能な装置にホース(12)を解放可能に接続する、ロック可能なクイックカップリング(10)であって、
ホース(12)に接続可能な第1のアタッチメント片(14)と、
装置に接続可能な第2のアタッチメント片(16)と、を備え、
ここで、各アタッチメント片(14,16)は、ロックされた状態で互いに相対的に回転可能であり、
一方のアタッチメント片(14)を囲む止めナット(18)をさらに備え、
この止めナットは、一方のアタッチメント片(14)を保持する空洞(42)が止めナット(18)と他方のアタッチメント片(16)との間に形成される形態において他方のアタッチメント片(16)をロック可能であることを特徴とする、
クイックカップリング。 - 各アタッチメント片(14,16)は、互いに適合する環状の接触面(30、36)を備え、各接触面は、各アタッチメント片(14,16)を通る通路(32)を囲むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクイックカップリング。
- 各接触面(30,36)の半径方向外側の周囲領域(38)は、密封する内側接触領域(40)に対して角度(α)によって後退していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のクイックカップリング。
- 上記空洞(42)には、他方のアタッチメント片(16)の方向において止めナット(18)から一方のアタッチメント片(14)へ力を作用するバネ(20)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクイックカップリング。
- 上記バネ(20)は、波状のバネであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のクイックカップリング。
- ホース(12)用の第1のアタッチメント片(14)は、返しの形態でホース(12)が滑り落ちないために有効である鋭い末端縁(24)及び段差(26)を有する円筒状カラー(22)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のクイックカップリング。
- 上記ロックは、バヨネット・タイプ・ロック(44、46)によって実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のクイックカップリング。
- 上記バヨネット・タイプ・ロック(44、46)をカバーする保護リング(23)を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のクイックカップリング。
- 2つのアタッチメント片(14、16)は、チタンで作製され、当該クイックカップリングの他の全ての要素は、チタン及び/又は合成材料へ植え込み可能なステンレ鋼から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のクイックカップリング。
