いずれも書籍の複写に対する工夫がなされておらず、見開きの状態にある書籍など複製を撮影しようとすることでは、根本的な解決にはなっていない。
簡便に書籍の必要とする複製箇所を見開の部分を平面とし、写真撮影を支障なく行うことができることについての根本的な解決は行われておらず、手間をかけずに開いた状態として撮影する装置の開発が必要とされている。
