Claims (10)
- 組織(12)に形成されている体内の穴(10)にアクセスするための医療用アクセス器具(20)であり、
シースの内腔(24)を規定しており且つ長手軸線(14)を有している細長い可撓性のシース(22)であって、近位端(25)と遠位端(26)とを有している細長い可撓性のシース(22)と、
該可撓性のシース(22)の遠位端(26)に結合され固定されているポート(30)であって、通路(34)を規定している内面(32)と外面(36)とを有し、前記通路(34)は前記シースの内腔(24)と連通しており、当該ポート(30)は近位部分と遠位部分とを有しており、前記外面(36)は前記ポートの前記遠位部分に沿って遠位方向にテーパーが付けられており、前記外面(36)は、径方向に開口して組織(12)の少なくとも一部分を内部に受け入れる大きさとされた環状の溝(40,40t)であって、該溝を画定している遠位側の環状側面と近位側の環状側面とが当該溝に受け入れた組織にそれぞれ近位側及び遠位側から密封係合するようになされている環状の溝(40,40t)を有している、前記ポート(30)と、
を備えてなる医療用アクセス器具。 - 前記ポート(30)が、非外傷性であり且つ溝に受け入れた組織を密封しながら撓むことができるエラストマによって形成されている、請求項1に記載の医療用アクセス器具。
- 前記溝(40t)の幅(W)は、径方向にテーパーが付けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の医療用アクセス器具。
- 前記溝(40,40t)が前記ポートの近位部分に形成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の医療用アクセス器具。
- 前記溝(40,40t)の幅(W)が1mm〜7mmである、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の医療用アクセス器具。
- 前記通路(34)が前記可撓性のシース(22)の遠位端(26)を受け入れることができる大きさとされている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の医療用アクセス器具。
- 前記ポート(30)が、近位方向に面している押し込み面(38)を規定しており、当該医療用アクセス器具が内腔(58)を有するプッシャ(56)を更に備えており、該プッシャは、前記細長い可撓性のシース(22)を前記プッシャの内腔(58)内に収容し且つ前記押し込み面(38)に当接する大きさとされている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の医療用アクセス器具。
- 前記ポート(30)が、前記通路(34)の外周に沿って延びている中実な環状本体によって形成されている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の医療用アクセス器具。
- 前記ポート(30)内の前記通路(34)を規定している前記内面(32)が、前記通路の全長に沿って前記シース(22)の遠位端(26)と係合している、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の医療用アクセス器具。
- 前記外面(36)が前記ポート(30)の近位部分に沿って筒形状である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の医療用アクセス器具。
