Description
The present invention relates to a fishing line guide used for a fishing rod.
In general, the fishing line guide is attached to the outside of the fishing rod at intervals to prevent the fishing line from sticking to the surface of the fishing rod. Among such fishing line guides, there is one in which a fixing ring for holding a guide ring is made of metal, and the guide ring is firmly fixed by the strong elasticity of the metal tube (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The fishing line guide that holds the guide ring by the elasticity of the metal stationary ring as described above projects a protrusion from the inner periphery of the metal stationary ring, and comes into contact with the guide ring when the guide ring is press-fitted into the stationary ring. The guide ring is held by the force when the fixed ring is deformed by a force acting on the protrusion and the inner contact in the fixed ring and the original shape is restored.
For this reason, it is necessary to form the guide ring with a sufficient thickness to withstand strong elasticity acting from the protrusions, the weight of the frame including the fixed ring and the guide ring is heavy, and the entire fishing line guide is heavy. Improvement of the performance of the fishing rod will be hindered.
The present invention has been made based on such circumstances, and aims to reduce the weight of the guide ring and the holding portion for holding the guide ring, reduce the weight of the entire fishing line guide, and improve the performance of the fishing rod. And It is another object of the present invention to provide a fishing line guide which can prevent a strong load from acting on the guide ring and can stably hold the guide ring.
In order to solve the above problems, a fishing line guide according to the present invention includes a ring holding portion that holds a guide ring, a support leg portion that supports the ring holding portion, and a frame having a mounting portion that is attached to a fishing rod. The ring holding portion is formed of a fiber reinforced resin, and the guide ring has a relationship of t / D ≦ 0.11 where t is a thickness along the radial direction and D is an inner diameter. The ring holding part holds the guide ring in a state where a part of the reinforcing fibers in the fiber reinforced resin forming the ring holding part is in contact with the outside of the guide ring.
Further, when the ring holding portion is made of fiber reinforced resin, the guide ring is made of ceramics, the thickness along the radial direction is t, and the inner diameter is D, D ≦ 5.0 mm, t / D ≦ 0. A fishing line guide formed in a 22 relationship is provided.
It is preferable that the ring holding part holds the guide ring in a state where a part of the reinforcing fibers in the fiber reinforced resin forming the ring holding part is in contact with the outside of the guide ring.
Further, the guide ring is formed in a relationship of t / D ≦ 0.11 where t is a thickness along the radial direction and D is an inner diameter, and the ring holding portion is in an inelastic state and the guide ring A fishing line guide is provided.
Further, when the guide ring is made of ceramics, the thickness along the radial direction is t, and the inner diameter is D, the guide ring is formed to have a relationship of D ≦ 5.0 mm and t / D ≦ 0.22. A fishing line guide is provided which holds the guide ring in an inelastic state.
An ultrathin film may be disposed between the guide ring and the ring holding portion.
The guide ring has a concave portion extending in the circumferential direction on an outer peripheral portion, and the concave portion is formed such that at least one of a width along the axial direction and a depth along the radial direction is larger than the thickness of the guide ring. It may be a thing.
The guide ring may have end walls that define the recess at both ends in the axial direction, and the outer diameters of these end walls may be different from each other.
A fiber reinforced resin or a reinforced fiber may be disposed in the concave portion of the guide ring.
According to the fishing line guide of the present invention, the ring holding portion is formed of fiber reinforced resin, and the guide ring is formed in a relationship of t / D ≦ 0.11 where t is the thickness along the radial direction and D is the inner diameter. The guide ring does not need to be held by the strong elasticity of the ring holding portion, and can be stably held by the fiber reinforced resin of the guide portion. For this reason, the guide ring has a very small size necessary for maintaining the strength. It is possible to reduce the weight of the fishing line guide, reduce the weight of the guide ring and the ring holding portion for holding the guide ring, reduce the weight of the entire fishing line guide, and improve the performance of the fishing rod.
Further, when the ring holding part is formed of fiber reinforced resin, the guide ring is made of ceramics, the thickness along the radial direction is t, and the inner diameter is D, D ≦ 5.0 mm and t / D ≦ 0.22. The fishing line guide formed in the relationship is such that the weight of the small fishing line guide, such as a ceramic guide ring with a small inner diameter and a ring holding part that holds this guide ring, is reduced and mounted on the tip of the fishing rod. Can improve the performance of the fishing rod.
When the ring holding part holds the guide ring in a state where a part of the reinforcing fiber in the fiber reinforced resin forming the ring holding part is in contact with the outside of the guide ring, the reinforcing fiber is in contact with the guide ring. Thus, the guide ring is held in a stable state.
By holding the guide ring satisfying the relationship of t / D ≦ 0.11 when the thickness along the radial direction is t and the inner diameter is D, and the guide ring is held in an inelastic state. In the ring holding portion, stress and strain are not proportional, and the guide ring does not need to withstand the tightening force accompanying the elastic deformation of the ring holding portion, and can be reduced in weight.
When the guide ring is made of ceramics, the thickness along the radial direction is t, and the inner diameter is D, D ≦ 5.0 mm and t / D ≦ 0.22 are formed. By holding the guide ring, the stress and strain of the ring holding portion are not proportional to each other, and the guide ring does not need to withstand the tightening force accompanying the elastic deformation of the ring holding portion, and can be reduced in weight.
When an ultra-thin film is disposed between the guide ring and the ring holding portion, the influence of internal stress due to temperature change and external impact can be reduced, and the guide ring can be held in a stable state.
The guide ring has a concave portion extending in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral portion, and the concave portion is formed when at least one of the width along the axial direction and the depth along the radial direction is larger than the thickness of the guide ring. Can form a large guide surface on the inner peripheral surface of the guide ring, and can smoothly guide the fishing line.
When the guide ring has end walls that define the concave portion at both ends in the axial direction and the outer diameters of these end walls are different from each other, the guide ring can be easily attached to the ring holding portion.
When fiber reinforced resin or reinforced fiber is disposed in the recess of the guide ring, the fishing line guide can be further reduced in weight and size.
1-3 show a
The
In the same manner as usual, the soot tube 8 is a deflection direction in which a fiber reinforced prepreg sheet obtained by impregnating a reinforcing fiber such as carbon fiber with a synthetic resin such as an epoxy resin is inclined at an appropriate angle with respect to the circumferential direction, the axial length direction, or the axial length direction. It is possible to use a hollow soot tube in which the plurality of fiber layers are laminated by winding them together.
The
The
The
The mounting
A through
In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the fishing
Moreover, the outer
The
In general, such a
The reason why the thickness t and the inner diameter D are specified by the values in the central plane M is that the illustrated
On the other hand, the small-diameter
The
Such a fiber bundle does not need to be formed with a constant diameter or cross-sectional shape along its length direction. For example, the diameter or thickness is changed, and a part of the fiber bundle is formed into a sheet shape. It can also be changed as needed. When the
Various fibers can be used as the reinforcing
In the
Such a
FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in which the
The
An
The
Furthermore, when the reinforcing fiber of the

FIG. 5 shows an embodiment in which a

In addition, it is preferable to fill an adhesive or fixing
FIG. 6 shows an embodiment in which a
The
The above-mentioned guide rings 12 are all formed in a relationship of 0 <t / D ≦ 0.11, or in a case of ceramics having an inner diameter of 5 mm or less, a relationship of 0 <t / D ≦ 0.22. The
Further, even if the ring holding part is formed of a material other than fiber reinforced resin, the ring holding part does not hold with the strong elasticity as in the prior art when the ring holding part holds the guide ring in a non-elastic state. When the state of holding the
Various methods can be used to hold the
The
And by forming the
7 to 10 show a part of a manufacturing process for forming such a

A fiber reinforced prepreg sheet (not shown) forming the
The
After the fiber reinforced prepreg is set in the
Thereafter, the fiber-reinforced prepreg sheet is heat-cured and taken out from the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
The
9 and FIG. 10 show a bundle of numerous reinforcing fibers bundled along the same direction, a twisted twisted yarn, and a knitted knitted fabric, as shown in FIG. 3, instead of the laminate 36 made of a prepreg sheet. A part of the manufacturing process for manufacturing the
The illustrated
When the
As shown in FIG. 10, the thread-
When the
In addition, in order to reinforce or improve rigidity, the
After the thread-
The
Next, a film is formed on the whole or a part of the frame as necessary. For example, in order to improve the appearance by providing decoration and protect the
The
In any case where the
When the
As shown in FIG. 5, when the
As in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, after the
