Description
〔1〕
少なくとも2つの端部を有する自己拡張型ステントを含む管腔内機器であって、前記機器が、前記ステントの少なくとも一部を覆う被覆体を備えており、前記端部が、身体導管内に挿入するための圧縮状態と、拡張状態とを有しており、前記端部のそれぞれが、前記端部を圧縮状態から拡張状態に展開させるために引張り力を加えることによって個別に操作可能な解放フィラメントを有している、管腔内機器。
〔2〕
前記フィラメントのうちの少なくとも1つが、前記管腔内機器の1つの端部から、中央長さ部分に向かって延在する、項目1に記載の管腔内機器。
〔3〕
前記端部のうちの少なくとも1つが、拘束シースによって圧縮状態に保持される、項目2に記載の管腔内機器。

前記拘束シースが、前記フィラメントに引張り力を加えることによって、前記少なくとも1つの端部から解放される、項目3に記載の管腔内機器。

第1及び第2の端部を有する自己拡張型ステントを含む管腔内機器であって、前記機器が、前記ステントの少なくとも一部を覆う被覆体を備えており、前記第1及び第2の端部が、身体導管内に挿入するための圧縮状態と、拡張状態とを有しており、前記第1の端部が、第1の拘束シースを解放するように構成された第1の解放フィラメントによって圧縮状態から拡張状態に個別に展開可能な当該第1の拘束シースによって圧縮状態に保持されており、そして前記第2の端部が、第2の拘束シースを解放するように構成された第2の解放フィラメントによって圧縮状態から拡張状態に個別に展開可能な当該第2の拘束シースによって圧縮状態に保持されており、展開は前記端部で開始されて前記機器の中央長さ部分に向かって進む、管腔内機器。

前記第1の拘束シースが、前記自己拡張型ステントの前記第1の端部を超えて延在する端部分を備えており、前記端部分が、前記自己拡張型ステントの前記圧縮状態よりも小さな直径を有する尖った導入体である、項目25に記載の管腔内機器。
〔27〕
前記自己拡張型ステントが所定の長さを有しており、そして前記管腔内機器が、前記自己拡張型ステントの長さの少なくとも一部に沿って軸方向補剛部品を内蔵している、項目25に記載の管腔内機器。

前記管腔内機器が、直接可視化下で、手によって植え込み可能である、項目25に記載の管腔内機器。

少なくとも1つの端部を有する自己拡張型ステントを含む管腔内機器であって、前記機器が、前記ステントの少なくとも一部を覆う被覆体を備えており、前記少なくとも1つの端部が、身体導管内に挿入するための圧縮状態と、拡張状態とを有しており、前記少なくとも1つの端部が、第1の拘束シースによって圧縮状態に保持されており、前記拘束シースが、前記第1の端部を超えて延在して、前記圧縮された少なくとも1つの端部よりも小さな直径を有する導入体を内蔵する、管腔内機器。

前記少なくとも1つの端部が、前記拘束シースを解放するように構成された解放フィラメントによって圧縮状態から拡張状態に展開可能である、項目29に記載の管腔内機器。

前記少なくとも1つの端部が、概ね前記第1の端部から、前記機器の中央部分に向かって延びる方向で展開する、項目30に記載の管腔内機器。

前記管腔内機器が、直接可視化下で、手によって植え込み可能である、項目29に記載の管腔内機器。

近位部分と遠位部分とを有する損傷した血管を修復する方法であって、
(a)直接可視化によって、前記損傷した血管内に近位方向に自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの圧縮された第1の端部を挿入し;
(b)解放フィラメントを引っ張ることによって前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの前記第1の圧縮された端部を拡張状態に展開して、前記血管の損傷した近位部分から、前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの拡張された第1の端部内への通路を形成する
ことを含む、方法。
〔34〕
前記第1の圧縮された端部の展開により、血液損失が実質的に止まる、項目30に記載の方法。
〔35〕
(c)直接可視化によって、前記損傷した血管内に遠位方向に前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの圧縮された第2の端部を挿入し;
(d)解放フィラメントを引っ張ることによって前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの前記第2の圧縮された端部を拡張状態に展開して、前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの拡張された第2の端部から、前記血管の損傷した遠位部分内へ通路を延ばす、
付加的なステップを含む、項目34に記載の方法。

(c)直接可視化によって、前記損傷した血管内に遠位方向に前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの圧縮された第2の端部を挿入し;
(d)解放フィラメントを引っ張ることによって前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの前記第2の圧縮された端部を拡張状態に展開して、前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの拡張された第2の端部から、前記血管の損傷した遠位部分内へ通路を延ばす、
付加的なステップを含む、項目33に記載の方法。

近位部分と遠位部分とを有する損傷した血管を修復する方法であって、
(a)直接可視化によって、前記損傷した血管内に遠位方向に自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの圧縮された第1の端部を挿入し;
(b)解放フィラメントを引っ張ることによって前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの前記第1の圧縮された端部を拡張状態に展開して、前記血管の損傷した遠位部分から、前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの拡張された第1の端部内への通路を形成する
ことを含む、方法。
〔38〕
前記第1の圧縮された端部の展開により、血液損失が実質的に止まる、項目34に記載の方法。
〔39〕
(c)直接可視化によって、前記損傷した血管内に近位方向に前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの圧縮された第2の端部を挿入し;
(d)解放フィラメントを引っ張ることによって前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの前記第2の圧縮された端部を拡張状態に展開して、前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの拡張された第2の端部から、前記血管の損傷した遠位部分内へ通路を延ばす、
付加的なステップを含む、項目38に記載の方法。

(c)直接可視化によって、前記損傷した血管内に近位方向に前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの圧縮された第2の端部を挿入し;
(d)解放フィラメントを引っ張ることによって前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの前記第2の圧縮された端部を拡張状態に展開して、前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの拡張された第2の端部から、前記血管の損傷した遠位部分内へ通路を延ばす、
付加的なステップを含む、項目37に記載の方法。
〔41〕
損傷した血管を修復する方法であって、
(a)直接可視化によって、前記損傷した血管内に自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの圧縮された第1の端部を挿入し;
(b)前記自己拡張型ステント・グラフトの前記第1の圧縮された端部を拡張状態に展開し、これにより、前記ステント・グラフトを締め付けることによらないで、前記損傷した血管からの血流を実質的に塞ぐ
ことを含む、方法。
Claims (3)
- 第1及び第2の端部を有する自己拡張型ステントを含む管腔内機器であって、前記機器が、前記ステントの少なくとも一部を覆う被覆体を備えており、前記第1及び第2の端部が、身体導管内に挿入するための圧縮状態と、拡張状態とを有しており、前記第1の端部が、第1の拘束シースを解放するように構成された第1の解放フィラメントによって圧縮状態から拡張状態に個別に展開可能な当該第1の拘束シースによって圧縮状態に保持されており、そして前記第2の端部が、第2の拘束シースを解放するように構成された第2の解放フィラメントによって圧縮状態から拡張状態に個別に展開可能な当該第2の拘束シースによって圧縮状態に保持されており、展開は前記端部で開始されて前記機器の中央長さ部分に向かって進むものであり、前記第1の拘束シースが、前記自己拡張型ステントの前記第1の端部を超えて延在する端部分を備えており、前記端部分が、前記自己拡張型ステントの前記圧縮状態よりも小さな直径を有する尖った導入体である、管腔内機器。
- 前記自己拡張型ステントが所定の長さを有しており、そして前記管腔内機器が、前記自己拡張型ステントの長さの少なくとも一部に沿って軸方向補剛部品を内蔵している、請求項1に記載の管腔内機器。
- 前記管腔内機器が、直接可視化下で、手によって植え込み可能である、請求項1に記載の管腔内機器。
