Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle skin material and a method for manufacturing a vehicle skin material, and more particularly to a vehicle skin material suitable for a motorcycle seat and a method for manufacturing a vehicle skin material. In the present specification, the motorcycle seat refers to a seat that is directly exposed to wind and rain such as a motorcycle, a scooter, a snowmobile, a jet ski, a buggy, and a golf car.
Seats for two and three-wheeled vehicles that are suitable for outdoor use have a uniform appearance, and there is a demand for a seat with high design that meets the design of the vehicle body and passengers' preference. And in order to ensure design property, the means which makes a sheet | seat a desired design, for example by covering a seat cover etc. was used. However, such a means has a disadvantage that it is difficult to obtain a sense of unity between the seat cover and the sheet, and a good appearance cannot be obtained.
In addition, as another means for ensuring design, it is known that the cushion material can be replaced with the bottom plate, and the color and design of the cushion material can be changed to make the seat suitable for passengers. It has been. However, with this technology, it is necessary to prepare cushion materials of different shapes according to the type, and since the cushion material itself is exposed to the outside, there is a disadvantage that the material of the cushion material is limited to a weather-resistant material. there were.
Furthermore, a decoration technique is also known in which a pattern ink layer is formed on a mold surface and vacuum-molded to transfer the pattern ink layer to a skin material. However, this technique has problems such as a response caused by ink, that is, adjustment of the type and density of the ink, and cleaning of the ink on the mold surface, which increases man-hours in the manufacturing process.
Furthermore, a technique of preparing a skin material of a different color or material separately from the skin material covering the seat and performing decoration by sewing is also conceivable. However, in this case, since a hole is made in the skin material at the sewing part, rainwater and the like enter from this part, and the cushioning material is deteriorated. There is a problem of losing. Moreover, the edge part of the decorative skin | cover material turned up, and there existed a problem that it was unpreferable also on an external appearance.
In order to solve such a problem, the present applicant has a first skin material covering at least a seating portion of the seat, and a portion exposed on the surface side of the first skin material. The technique which consists of the 2nd skin material embed | buried and integrally joined to the skin material is proposed (patent document 1, claim, FIG. 7).
Further, the present applicant is a waterproof skin material in which a surface material and a backing cloth are laminated, the surface material is superimposed on the main surface material, and the end of the sub surface material is embedded in the main surface material and integrated. A technique is also proposed in which a stitch design of a color different from the color of the sub surface material is formed on the sub surface material (Patent Document 2, Claim, FIG. 3).
The technique disclosed in Patent Document 1 can make the surface rich in design while maintaining the state of one sheet, and the pattern portion is not printed or the like, but is composed of a skin material, Moreover, since this skin material is embedded, it is possible to maintain a suitable appearance over a long period of time without causing blurring or peeling over time as compared with printing, so that it is exposed to the outdoors, for example. The excellent effect that it can be suitably used for articles was also achieved.
Further, the technique disclosed in Patent Document 2 is different from the conventional technique in which the sub surface material is simply pasted on the main surface material, and as a waterproof skin material, the sub surface material is used as the main surface material. It is difficult to embed and peel off, and it is possible to have a sense of unity between the main surface material and the sub surface material. Customization is achieved by applying individual embroidery and printing to the sub surface material. An excellent effect of obtaining a skin material was achieved.
However, the technique of patent document 1 and patent document 2 is related to the improvement of the design property by the sewing addition to a decorating material. For example, as shown in FIG. 12, the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 12, the
Furthermore, when applying the adhesive to the
An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle skin material and a vehicle that can prevent the occurrence of air accumulation and floating when the skin material that is the first skin material and the decorative member that is the second skin material are bonded together. It is in providing the manufacturing method of a skin material.
Another object of the present invention is to prevent peeling of the decorative member, which is the second skin material, to prevent deterioration in appearance and quality due to protrusion of the adhesive material on the design surface, and due to contamination of the skin molding die. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle skin material and a method for manufacturing a vehicle skin material capable of reducing the number of cleaning steps.
Still another object of the present invention is that when the skin material that is the first skin material and the decorative member that is the second skin material are bonded together, the decoration material may be deformed by heat during application of the adhesive material. It is providing the manufacturing method of the skin material for vehicles which can prevent shrinkage, and the skin material for vehicles.
As described above, the present invention provides a vehicular skin material and a method for manufacturing the vehicular skin material that can reduce the factors that affect the appearance.
According to the vehicle skin material of the present invention, the object is a vehicle skin material used for a vehicle seat, the first skin material covering at least a seating portion of the vehicle seat, and the first skin A second skin material having a portion exposed on the surface side of the material and embedded in a concave portion formed in the first skin material and integrally joined thereto, and venting the back surface side of the second skin material Forming the means, the terminal of the second skin material is formed flush with the first skin material, the terminal of the ventilation means is located on the inner side of the surface of the second skin material, The ventilation means is a heat insulating layer, and the second skin material is solved by integrally forming the heat insulating layer .
Thus, by forming the ventilation means on the back surface side of the second skin material, the air that has entered between the first skin material and the second skin material is made by the ventilation means that is the second skin material. It is possible to escape, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of air accumulation and floating.
At this time, it is preferable that the ventilation means formed in the second skin material is formed as a ventilation layer. Furthermore, it is preferable that the second skin material is embedded so that the area of the first skin material on the side not exposed is larger than the side exposed on the surface side of the first skin material.
Therefore, the first skin material heated, softened or melted during molding flows into the gap between the terminal portion of the decorative member, which is the second skin material, and the molding die, and is the decorative member, which is the second skin material. Terminal is covered with the first skin material, peeling from the decorative member terminal being the second skin material can be suppressed, and a sense of unity between the first skin material and the second skin material is achieved. can get. And since the 2nd skin material is embed | buried by making the area of the side which the 1st skin material does not expose large with respect to the side which exposes on the surface side of the 1st skin material, The adhesive material is reactivated (melted) by the heat, and it becomes easy to pass between the first skin material and the second skin material (decorative member), and the adhesive strength of the terminal portion is improved. As a result, the first skin material and the second skin material (decorative member) are prevented from peeling off and become integrated, and the appearance quality of the design surface of the skin material can be improved.
Further, at this time, the second skin material can be configured to be embedded with the area of the side exposed on the surface side of the first skin material being larger than the side of the first skin material not exposed. . Even if configured in this way, heating is performed as described above by cutting so that the area of the design surface side (appearance side) of the second skin material becomes larger than the base fabric side of the first skin material. The effect that the adhesive reactivated (melted) by the heat of the applied skin becomes easier to pass between the first skin material and the second skin material (decorative member), and the adhesive strength of the terminal portion is improved. It becomes possible to play.
According to the vehicle skin material manufacturing method of the present invention, the subject is the vehicle skin material manufacturing method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the skin layer of the second skin material is A heat-insulating layer as a ventilation layer provided on the back side , an adhesive applying step for applying an adhesive to the surface opposite to the skin layer, a heating step for heating the first skin material, and a vacuum mold A skin material placement step for placing the first and second skin materials such that the portion to be in contact with the mold surface, and a vacuum drawing step for evacuating the first skin material and the second skin material Is solved.
More specifically, the adhesive application step is a hot melt application step, in which the second skin material is passed between rollers, and the hot melt is applied to the heat insulating layer as a ventilation layer of the second skin material. This is preferable.
By comprising as mentioned above, it becomes possible to manufacture the skin material for vehicles in any one of Claim 2 thru | or 4.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent air accumulation and floating when the skin material that is the first skin material and the decorative member that is the second skin material are bonded together.
Also, peeling of the decorative member, which is the second skin material, is prevented, appearance and quality are not deteriorated due to protrusion of the adhesive onto the design surface, and the number of cleaning steps is reduced due to contamination of the skin mold. Can do.
Furthermore, when the skin material which is the first skin material and the decorative member which is the second skin material are bonded together, the decoration material can be prevented from being deformed or contracted by heat during application of the adhesive.

FIG. 1 to FIG. 11 are embodiments according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing an example of a seat using a vehicle skin material, FIG. 2 is an explanatory sectional view of the vehicle skin material, and FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged explanatory view, FIG. 4 is an explanatory sectional view showing another example of a vehicle skin material, FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged explanatory view of FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is still another vehicle skin material. FIG. 7 is a partially enlarged explanatory view of FIG. 6, FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the second skin material, and FIG. 9 is a process of applying an adhesive to the second skin material. Explanatory drawing, FIG.10 and FIG.11 is explanatory drawing of a formation process.
A
The
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
In this way, the
In the said embodiment, although the example which provided the
Moreover, the base fabric area as the ventilation means can be configured to be provided with a heat insulating layer such as a foam layer on the application surface of the adhesive (hot melt) of the second skin material (decorative member) 12. This heat insulation layer is formed including communication bubbles. As a result, heat insulation and ventilation are possible, not only can prevent air accumulation, but also can block heat during application of the adhesive, and the second skin material (decorative member) 12 by application of the adhesive Deformation and contraction can be prevented.
As described above, the end portion of the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, the
Furthermore, it is preferable that at least one of the color, surface pattern and material of the
4 and 5 show other examples of the vehicle skin material, and FIGS. 6 and 7 show still other examples of the vehicle skin material. In these embodiments, the above-described embodiment is shown. In the present embodiment, the end of the second skin material (decorative member) 12, that is, the bonding with the
In other words, the adhesive 12c easily flows to the end of the second skin material (decorating member) 12, so that the adhesive strength between the
In short, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, for the sake of simplicity, when the same predetermined width is used, the
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is an example in which the lengths on the X side and the Y side are reversed from the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and the
Next, a method for manufacturing the vehicle skin material will be described. The mold for molding the
As shown in FIG. 8, the second skin material (decorative member) 12 includes a base fabric or a
First, the adhesive 12 c is applied to the
Next, the
