Claims (3)
- 多数の撚り線及び該撚り線を被覆する被覆部を有するアルミ電線に対し圧着端子を圧着するための構造であって、前記アルミ電線が電線端部から一定長さだけ前記被覆部を除去して導体部を有する一方、前記圧着端子は前記被覆部に圧着されるインシュレーションバレルと前記導体部に圧着されるワイヤーバレルとを有し、該ワイヤーバレルが前記導体部に圧着されるとこの圧着部分に導通用圧着部分及び導体保持用圧着部分が形成される、アルミ電線への端子圧着構造において、
前記圧着部分の全体、若しくは前記導通用圧着部分及び前記導体保持用圧着部分のそれぞれは、前記ワイヤーバレルを圧着するための圧着治具の圧着方向及び圧着離脱方向に対して直交する方向から見た圧着部分の側面視形状を、前記圧着離脱方向に二次曲線状に凸となる略湾曲形状又は前記圧着方向に二次曲線状に凸となる略湾曲形状とし、これらの略湾曲形状のそれぞれを、圧着した際に前記インシュレーションバレルから離れるに連れて圧縮率が高くなるように形成するとともに前記ワイヤーバレルのクリンプハイトが低くなるように形成する
ことを特徴とするアルミ電線への端子圧着構造。 - 請求項1に記載のアルミ電線への端子圧着構造において、
前記略湾曲形状は、前記圧着離脱方向に複数段の二次曲線状に凸となるように、湾曲度合いを非一様とした形状である
ことを特徴とするアルミ電線への端子圧着構造。 - 請求項1に記載のアルミ電線への端子圧着構造において、
前記略湾曲形状は、前記圧着部分の端子長手方向端部にベルマウスを形成する場合、該ベルマウスを含まない範囲での形状である
ことを特徴とするアルミ電線への端子圧着構造。
