Description
The present invention relates to a technique for analyzing the degree of progression of arteriosclerosis based on a pulse wave of an artery detected using a cuff wound around a part of a living body.
In general, the wall thickness of an arterial blood vessel is used as one of data representing the progress of arteriosclerosis in a living body. This is because it can be determined that the arteriosclerosis is progressing as the blood vessel wall thickness (blood vessel wall thickness) increases. Specifically, when the blood vessel wall thickness is measured non-invasively, an ultrasonic blood vessel measurement device that performs blood vessel measurement using ultrasonic waves is used. For example, an ultrasonic blood vessel measuring device as disclosed in
In an ultrasonic blood vessel measurement device as disclosed in
However, since the ultrasonic blood vessel measurement device is an expensive device in the first place, there is a need to evaluate the blood vessel wall thickness more inexpensively and easily.
The present invention has been made against the background of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an arterial vascular examination apparatus that can evaluate the vascular wall thickness of an artery with an inexpensive device.
In order to achieve the above object, the gist of the present invention is that: (a) pressure in a cuff wound around a part of a living body (a part to be pressed), which is periodically synchronized with the pulse of the living body A volume pulse wave representing a periodic volume change of an artery in a part of the living body calculated on the basis of a cuff pulse wave that changes in a manner, and a cyclic pressure change in the artery of the living body obtained non-invasively An arterial blood vessel inspection device comprising a blood vessel wall thickness analyzing means for analyzing a blood vessel wall thickness of an artery of a living body based on a pressure pulse wave, and (b) pulsation information of the artery from a previously stored relationship A non-compressed pressure pulse wave estimating means for estimating a non-compressed pressure pulse wave in an artery at a site not compressed by the cuff based on the pre-stored relationship and the non-compressed pressure pulse wave and the cuff The artery of the part that is compressed by the cuff based on the compression pressure An under-compressed pressure pulse wave estimating means for estimating an under- compressed pressure pulse wave, extracting a pressure vibration component of the cuff pulse wave in a process of changing the compression pressure of the cuff, and based on a change in the pressure vibration component Oscillometric blood pressure measuring means for determining the maximum blood pressure value and the minimum blood pressure value of the living body, and a pulse wave velocity measuring means for measuring the pulse wave velocity in the artery of the living body , and (c) the blood vessel wall the thickness analysis means state, and are not for calculating the blood vessel wall thickness index value indicating a blood vessel wall thickness of the artery of the living body on the basis of said volume pulse wave and the compression under the pressure pulse wave, (d) the compression under pressure The pulse wave estimator calculates the maximum blood pressure in the artery based on the actual change of the pulse wave propagation speed from the previously stored relationship between the change of the pulse wave propagation speed and the changes of the maximum blood pressure value and the minimum blood pressure value of the living body. Value and diastolic blood pressure are estimated and stored in advance Estimating the mean blood pressure from the relationship on the basis of the outermost low blood pressure, outermost blood pressure value and diastolic blood pressure, based on the mean blood pressure, der to estimate the compression under pressure pulse wave every one heartbeat There is to be.
In this way, the basic configuration of the arterial vascular examination apparatus is a sphygmomanometer that uses a cuff, so that the vascular wall thickness of an artery can be evaluated easily and inexpensively based on the vascular wall thickness index value. Further, it is possible to accurately obtain the vascular wall thickness index value based on the pressure pulse wave under compression. The arterial pulsation information includes, for example, a pulse wave velocity, a blood flow velocity, a pulsation pressure, and a pulsation volume.
Here, preferably, the non-compressed pressure pulse wave estimation means is based on the pulse wave propagation velocity of the living body from the relationship calibrated using the reference blood pressure value of the living body measured in advance using the cuff. Thus, the non-compressed pressure pulse wave in the artery in a region not compressed by the cuff is estimated. In this way, a non-compressed pressure pulse wave can be obtained continuously and easily.
Preferably, (a) the arterial vascular examination apparatus is a state in which the state of the lumen cross-section of the blood vessel at the pulse wave start point of the volume pulse wave rising leg is closed in the process of changing the compression pressure in the cuff Using the compression pressure in the cuff at the boundary where the tube transitions from the steady state to the open tube state as the origin of the tube wall pressure, calculate the transmural pressure at the blood vessel wall of the artery at the site compressed by the cuff (B) the under-compressed pressure pulse wave estimating means calculates the under-compressed pressure pulse wave by subtracting the compression pressure in the cuff from the non-compressed under-pressure pulse wave. Is. In this way, it is possible to accurately calculate the pressure pulse wave under compression, and as a result, to accurately obtain the vascular wall thickness index value.
Preferably, a cuff sensitivity indicating a change in pressure in the cuff when a constant volume change is given to the cuff is calculated, and the pressure in the artery is calculated based on the cuff pulse wave and the cuff sensitivity. The arterial vascular examination apparatus includes volume pulse wave calculating means for calculating the volume pulse wave representing the volume of the artery that increases per unit length of the artery when the value increases. In this way, an accurate volume pulse wave in consideration of the cuff sensitivity can be obtained, so that the blood vessel wall thickness index value based on the volume pulse wave can be accurately obtained.
Preferably, the cuff includes a pair of an upstream inflation bag and a downstream inflation bag made of a flexible sheet positioned at a predetermined interval in the axial direction of the compressed portion of the living body, and the pair of cuffs. An upstream inflatable bag including a detection inflatable bag disposed between the upstream inflatable bag and the downstream inflatable bag and having an air chamber independent of the pair of the upstream inflatable bag and the downstream inflatable bag, The fluctuating pressure in the detection expansion bag is detected as the cuff pulse wave in a state where the compressed portion of the living body is compressed with the same pressure by the detection expansion bag and the downstream expansion bag. In this way, the pressure distribution is evenly distributed from the upstream inflation bag, the detection inflation bag, and the downstream inflation bag that are continuous in the longitudinal direction of the compressed portion, that is, the axial direction, to the artery in the compressed portion of the living body. In addition, an accurate cuff pulse wave can be obtained.
Preferably, the blood vessel wall thickness analyzing means uses the relationship between the tension generated in the blood vessel wall of the artery and the transmural pressure at the blood vessel wall as the blood vessel wall thickness index value of the living body. One or both of the transmural pressure corresponding to the boundary whether or not it occurs and the value obtained by dividing the transmural pressure corresponding to the boundary whether or not the tension occurs by the arterial pressure of the living body are calculated. To do. In this way, the blood vessel wall thickness index value can be used as comparable data for evaluating the blood vessel wall thickness of the artery. Here, the vascular wall thickness index value indicates that the larger the vascular wall thickness index value, the larger the vascular wall thickness.
Preferably, (a) the pressure sensor for detecting the pressure in the detection inflation bag, and the pair of upstream inflation bag, downstream inflation bag, and detection inflation bag are in communication with each other. The arterial vascular examination apparatus includes pressure control means for compressing an artery in the compressed site by increasing pressure and continuously changing the compression pressure, and (b) the oscillometric blood pressure measuring means includes: A pulse wave that is a pressure vibration component of the compression pressure detected by the pressure sensor in the process of changing the compression pressure by the pressure control means is extracted, and based on the change of the pulse wave (pressure vibration component), The blood pressure value is determined. In this way, a highly accurate blood pressure value can be obtained based on an accurate pulse wave obtained from the detection inflation bag.
Preferably, (a) a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure in the detection inflation bag is provided, and (b) the volume pulse wave calculating means has a size corresponding to the pulsation of the artery in advance. The cuff sensitivity when a set constant volume of gas is added from the constant volume pulse wave generator into the detection inflation bag is calculated, and the volume value of the constant volume gas added to the detection inflation bag is The relationship between the pressure increase value in the detection expansion bag detected by the pressure sensor when the fixed volume of gas is added to the detection expansion bag is obtained in advance. In this way, the cuff compliance of the inflatable bag for detection is inflated for detection from the constant volume pulse wave generator in response to, for example, a preset constant period, pulse, or pressure change value. Each time it is added to the bag, it is obtained sequentially.
Preferably, (a) a first pressure sensor for detecting a pressure in the upstream expansion bag and a third pressure sensor for detecting a pressure in the downstream expansion bag are provided. ) The pulse wave velocity measuring means detects the pulse detected by the first pressure sensor in a state where the upstream inflation bag and the downstream inflation bag are filled with gas at a pressure lower than the minimum blood pressure value of the living body. Based on the pulse wave propagation time from the wave to the pulse wave detected by the third pressure sensor and the center-to-center distance between the upstream inflation bag and the downstream inflation bag, the pulse wave propagation in the artery Calculate the speed. In this way, the local pulse wave velocity value of the artery in the compressed part of the living body can be easily obtained. Preferably, the pulse wave propagation time from the pulse wave detected by the first pressure sensor to the pulse wave detected by the third pressure sensor in a state where the inside of the detection expansion bag is exhausted is calculated. . In this way, the space between the upstream expansion bag and the downstream expansion bag is sufficiently shielded, so that the detected pulse wave is accurate, and a highly accurate propagation speed is obtained.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a blood
FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway view showing the outer peripheral surface of the
FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the
The detection
The
Between the

As shown in detail in FIG. 6, the blood pressure fluctuation parameter measuring means, that is, the blood pressure fluctuation parameter measuring unit P3, uses the above-described actual pulse wave velocity hbPWV to calculate the maximum blood pressure value SBPi for each beat of the living body. The diastolic blood pressure DBPi is estimated sequentially. For example, the change (hbPWVi−hbPWVref) of the actual pulse wave velocity hbPWVi obtained sequentially with respect to the previously obtained reference pulse wave velocity hbPWVref between the heart and the upper arm at the time of measuring the reference blood pressure is calculated for each beat. For example, by multiplying the change (hbPWVi−hbPWVref) by the blood pressure / pulse wave velocity coefficient Shb (= ΔSBP / ΔhbPWV) and Dhb (= ΔDBP / ΔhbPWV) obtained in advance for each living body at the time of measuring the reference blood pressure, respectively. The blood pressure fluctuation amount ΔSBPi of the highest blood pressure value and the blood pressure fluctuation amount ΔDBPi of the lowest blood pressure value are calculated for each beat, and the blood pressure fluctuation amount ΔSBPi of the highest blood pressure value and the blood pressure fluctuation amount ΔDBPi of the lowest blood pressure value are the reference blood pressure values. By adding (correcting) the maximum blood pressure value SBPo and the minimum blood pressure value DBPo, the estimated maximum blood pressure value SBPi and the estimated maximum The low blood pressure value DBPi is sequentially calculated, and if necessary, the moving average value of a certain section of the maximum blood pressure value SBPi and the minimum blood pressure value DBPi, for example, the moving average value for about 10 seconds or 10 beats is calculated and sequentially output.

In the compression pressure pulse wave calculation unit P4-2, it is assumed that there is no attenuation in the propagation of the pressure pulse wave under the cuff. Under the cuff pressure below Poi, the blood vessel is open and a steady flow is flowing, so the attenuation due to the viscosity of the pulse wave in the propagation under the cuff is negligible. On the other hand, the pressure pulse wave is attenuated in the cuff pressure region exceeding Poi. However, since the pulse wave data in this region may not be used for the analysis of this patent, it is excluded from consideration.

The blood vessel model setting means, that is, the blood vessel model setting unit P8 creates a characteristic of arterial pressure-blood vessel cross-sectional area using an arterial pressure waveform at no load, that is, a non-compressed pressure pulse wave, and greatly exceeds the blood vessel diameter at no load. In order to solve such problems as above, a tube model using a pressure pulse wave under the cuff at the time of pressure load, that is, a pressure pulse wave under compression is set. Therefore, the transmural pressure TP is defined as the difference between the average pressure Paav of the intra-arterial pressure pulse wave and the external pressure Pe (= Pcuff) (Paav−Pcuff). The definition is changed to the difference (Pi−Pcuff) between the pressure (bottom pressure) Pi and the external pressure Pe, and the through-wall pressure TPi calculated according to the definition is sequentially output. That is, the blood vessel model setting unit P8 introduces a model for inputting a pressure pulse wave in the artery immediately below the

The compliance model equation (8) is a 1 / P curve, and the denominator indicates x-axis coordinate transformation, that is, translation, and diverges when TP = Pb and a = 0. (Scaling parameter) a is a positive value and is experimentally determined in advance. Since the buckling point Pb cannot be clearly determined, (Pb-a) is experimentally matched in advance. Ab / b directly defines the 1 / P curve, that is, the magnitude of the compliance K. The ratio of compliance at two points P1 and P2 within the range of TP> Pb is determined independently by Ab / b, which is determined by the shift of the operating point of (Pb-a). ΔA (P1) is the volume change of the artery with respect to the pressure pulse wave amplitude (pulse pressure) PP when the transmural pressure TP is P1, and the pressure pulse wave amplitude (pulse pressure) PP when the transmural pressure TP is P2.
As described above, the blood vessel compliance K indicates the cross-sectional area A corresponding to the volume change of the blood vessel per unit pressure change of the tube wall pressure TP in terms of the volume change amount per unit length (dA / dTP). Therefore, the unit is cc / mmHg, but it can be normalized and expressed as a volume change rate per unit length (1 / A) (dA / dTP) per unit pressure change of the tube wall pressure TP. it can. The parameters in which the compliance K and the effective compliance Kp are normalized are defined as arterial extensibility (extension rate) E and Ep. The vascular compliance calculation unit P9 stores in advance the arterial extensibility (extension rate) E (1 / mmHg) and Ep (1 / mmHg), for example, E (30), E (DBP), and Ep (30). Based on the compliances K (cc / mmHg) and Kp (cc / mmHg) from the equations (15.A) and (15.B), each cuff pressure feature point is calculated and output from the

TP=0mmHgにおける血管の圧閉状態を起点として、バックリング点より大きい脈圧(ΔP≧15mmHg)では、無負荷時の血管の自然長における血管径に相当した断面積への変移を含むので、最大の実効コンプライアンス値をとる。この最大の実効コンプライアンスAMを算出し表示装置72に表示させる。実際の血圧における脈圧(SBP−DBP)はこの条件下にあるので、TP=0mmHgにおける圧脈波ΔP(=SBP−DBP)に対応した実効コンプライアンスをAMとしてもよい。

The statistical calculation means, that is, the statistical calculation unit P12 calculates, for each living body, statistical values such as a time-dependent change of the parameter calculated by the blood vessel compliance calculation unit P9 and the PA curve analysis unit P11, a moving average value, and the like. It is displayed for evaluation.
By the way, as described above, the blood vessel compliance calculation unit P9 calculates (Pb-a) in the process of calculating the compliance K. This (Pb-a) indicates the blood vessel wall thickness of the
FIG. 16 illustrates a PA curve showing the change characteristic of the arterial cross-sectional area A (vertical axis) with respect to the transmural pressure TP (horizontal axis), similar to the PA curves shown in FIGS. FIG. Further, on the right side in FIG. 16, a schematic diagram showing the cross-sectional shape of the arterial blood vessel corresponding to the arterial cross-sectional area A of the vertical axis is shown. In the cross-sectional shape, the state (a) has the maximum arterial cross-sectional area A, and the arterial cross-sectional area A decreases from the state (a) to the state (d). The closed state (A = 0 mm 2 ) at “0” is shown, and the state (c) shows an unstable state of the blood vessel cross section in which the circumferential positive tension Tc is not generated in the blood vessel wall. Strictly speaking, the arterial cross-sectional area A is a cross-sectional area of the blood vessel lumen.
FIG. 17 shows an arterial cross-sectional area (blood vessel cross-sectional area) A corresponding to the volume fluctuation ΔV X at the time of maximum blood vessel compliance derived from “TP = 0” derived from FIG. 16, and Doppler using ultrasound with zero cuff pressure. It is the figure which showed correlation with the blood vessel cross-sectional area Adia measured by the method. The blood vessel cross-sectional area A shown on the horizontal axis of FIG. 17 will be described in detail. The increase ΔP X in blood pressure (intravascular pressure) at which the compliance K becomes the maximum value from the state in which the through-wall pressure TP is zero in FIG. It is a blood vessel cross-sectional area A corresponding to the volume fluctuation ΔV X when it occurs. Note that the volume fluctuation ΔV X is a cross-sectional area fluctuation in terms of the unit blood vessel length, and corresponds to the blood vessel cross-sectional area A because “TP = 0” is a closed state (A = 0 mm 2 ).
As shown in FIG. 17, there is a correlation between the blood vessel cross-sectional area Adia observed using ultrasonic waves and the blood vessel cross-sectional area A shown in FIG.
Returning to FIG. 16, according to the PA curve, when the transmural pressure TP is increased from 0, the arterial cross-sectional area A rapidly increases from when the transmural pressure TP reaches the boundary transmural pressure Pba. The reason for this is that the cross-sectional shape of the
Therefore, the artery (blood vessel) 16 is modeled as a cylindrical tube with a constant wall thickness, and the internal and external pressure difference Pd and the tension generated in the circumferential direction of the blood vessel wall (blood vessel circumferential tension) are shown in FIGS. ) The relationship with Tc will be described.
FIG. 18 is a diagram showing the cross-sectional shape of the modeled artery (blood vessel) 16. FIG. 19 shows the balance between the circumferential tension Tc, the external pressure Pout, and the internal pressure Pin in the cross section of FIG. It is a figure. The external pressure Pout corresponds to the pressure Pe outside the artery in vivo, and the internal pressure Pin corresponds to the blood pressure value BP.
As shown in FIG. 19, when the intravascular radius is “r1 ′” and the external radius is “r2 ′”, the following equation (17) is derived from the balance of forces. Since the blood vessel wall thickness h is expressed by the following equation (18), the following equation (17) can be rewritten as an equation including the blood vessel wall thickness h as in the following equation (19). If the vessel wall thickness h can be ignored in the following equation (21), the equation (21) is a well-known Laplace equation. Further, in FIG. 19, the blood vessel wall internal / external pressure difference Pd is expressed by the following equation (20), and therefore, the following equation (19) can be rewritten as an equation including the blood vessel wall internal / external pressure difference Pd as in the following equation (21).
h=r2'−r1' ・・・(18)
Tc=(Pin−Pout)×r2'−Pin×h ・・・(19)
Pd=Pin−Pout ・・・(20)
Tc=r2'×(Pd−Pin×h/r2') ・・・(21)
2 × Tc + 2 × r2 ′ × Pout = 2 × r1 ′ × Pin (17)
h = r2'-r1 '(18)
Tc = (Pin−Pout) × r2′−Pin × h (19)
Pd = Pin−Pout (20)
Tc = r2 ′ × (Pd−Pin × h / r2 ′) (21)
From the above equation (21), for example, in the case of a blood vessel of “r2 ′ = 4 mm, h = 0.5 mm”, when the relationship of the following equation (22) is satisfied, “Tc> 0” is obtained and the blood vessel due to the vascular wall internal / external pressure difference Pd It can be said that the blood vessel circumferential tension Tc was generated in response to the force for expanding the wall. Then, assuming that “Pin = 100 mmHg” in the blood vessel, for example, the positive blood vessel circumferential tension Tc is generated by “TP> 12 mmHg” from the following equation (22).
Pd>Pin/8 ・・・(22) Pd> Pin / 8 (22)
As described above, even if the intravascular pressure difference Pd becomes a positive value, a force for expanding the blood vessel wall does not immediately occur. This means that the transmural pressure TP and the cross-sectional shape (a) of the
Further, as described above, the boundary transmural pressure Pba is a transmural pressure TP corresponding to the boundary of whether or not the blood vessel circumferential tension Tc is generated, so that “Pd = Pba, Tc = 0” in the equation (21). Then, the following formula (23) is derived. As can be seen from the equation (23), since the vascular wall thickness h is proportional to the boundary transmural pressure Pba, the boundary transmural pressure Pba is used as the vascular wall thickness index value BV TH indicating the vascular wall thickness h of the
h=Pba×r2'/Pin ・・・(23) h = Pba × r2 '/ Pin (23)
In addition, the blood vessel compliance calculation unit P9 causes the
FIG. 20 is a diagram showing a PA curve showing a change characteristic of the arterial cross-sectional area A (vertical axis) with respect to the transmural pressure TP (horizontal axis) experimentally determined for each male age. In FIG. 20, a solid line Age28 is a PA curve of a 28 year old male, a broken line Age32 is a PA curve of a 32 year old male, a two-dot chain line Age35 is a PA curve of a 35 year old male, a one-dot chain line Age41 is a PA curve of a 41 year old male, and a broken line Age47 is The 47-year-old male PA curve, solid line Age58, shows the 58-year-old male PA curve. In general, it is well known that at the age of 40 years or older, the intima and media of the vascular wall are thickened and the vascular wall is thickened to cause arteriosclerosis. In FIG. Also from this point, it can be seen that the boundary transmural pressure Pba can be a blood vessel wall thickness index value BV TH indicating the blood vessel wall thickness of the

For example, the oscillometric blood pressure value determination algorithm uses the pressure indicated by the pressure signal corresponding to the maximum peak point of the differential waveform of the envelope when the envelope (envelope) connecting the amplitude values of the pulse wave signal rises sharply. The pressure indicated by the pressure signal corresponding to the maximum value of the envelope (envelope) connecting the amplitude values of the pulse wave signal is determined as the average blood pressure value MBP, and determined as the value SBP value (mmHg), and the amplitude of the pulse wave signal The pressure indicated by the pressure signal corresponding to the minimum peak point of the envelope differential waveform is determined as the minimum blood pressure value DBP when the envelope (envelope) connecting the values decreases rapidly. The pressure signal output from the first pressure sensor T1 is discriminated by the band pass filter process, and the pulse wave signal discriminated by the band pass filter process, and the pressure signal output from the second pressure sensor T2 is discriminated by the band pass filter process.

Each pulse wave signal detected and stored by the second pressure sensor T2 for each of the first pressure P1, the second pressure P2, the third pressure P3, and the fourth pressure P4 is derived from the pulsation of the
The preset first pressure P1 is a pressure lower than the minimum blood pressure value DBP, for example, 40 mmHg, the second pressure P2 is a pressure higher than the first pressure P1, for example, the minimum blood pressure value DBP, and the third pressure P3 is higher than the second pressure P2. Higher pressure, for example, the average blood pressure value MBP, and the fourth pressure P4 are set to pressures higher than the third pressure P3, for example, 15 mmHg higher than the average blood pressure value MBP, respectively, and cuff compliance Se1, Se2, Se3, and Se4 are obtained.
Next, in S5 of FIG. 21, an arterial compliance calculation routine is executed. This S5, together with S3 and S4, constitutes a blood vessel compliance calculating unit P9, an arterial compliance calculating means or an arterial compliance measuring step. In S5 of FIG. 21, for example, first, the pulse pressure PP (= SBP-DBP) mmHg of the living body is calculated based on the highest blood pressure value SBP and the lowest blood pressure value DBP stored in S3. Next, by correcting the vertical axis of the cuff pulse wave using the cuff compliance Se1, Se2, Se3, Se4, it is converted into a volume pulse wave whose unit is volume. Further, a change (hbPWVref−hbPWVi) of the actual pulse wave propagation speed hbPWVi sequentially obtained with respect to the reference pulse wave propagation speed hbPWVref obtained in advance between the heart and the upper arm at the time of measuring the reference blood pressure values SBPo and DBPo is one. For each beat, for example, the blood pressure / pulse wave velocity coefficient Shb (= ΔSBP / ΔhbPWV) and Dhb (= ΔDBP / ΔhbPWV) obtained in advance for each living body at the time of measuring the reference blood pressure are converted into the change (hbPWVref−hbPWVi). By multiplying each, the blood pressure fluctuation amount ΔSBPi of the maximum blood pressure value and the blood pressure fluctuation amount ΔDBPi of the minimum blood pressure value are calculated for each beat, and the blood pressure fluctuation amount ΔSBPi of the maximum blood pressure value and the blood pressure fluctuation amount ΔDBPi of the minimum blood pressure value are calculated as described above. By adding (correcting) to the maximum blood pressure value SBPo and the minimum blood pressure value DBPo that are the reference blood pressure values, the estimated maximum blood pressure of the living body for each beat Sequentially calculating a SBPi and estimated diastolic blood pressure DBPi. The estimated systolic blood pressure value SBPi and the estimated diastolic blood pressure value DBPi reflect blood pressure fluctuation after the reference blood pressure measurement.

As described above, according to the blood pressure measurement device (arterial blood vessel inspection device) 14 of the present embodiment, the compression band is based on the pulsation information of the artery 16 (specifically, the pulse wave velocity hbPWV) from the previously stored relationship. (Cuff) 12, a non-compressed lower pressure pulse wave calculation unit (non-compressed lower pressure pulse wave estimation means) P 4-1 for estimating a non-compressed lower pressure pulse wave in an artery not compressed by a
Moreover, according to the blood
Further, according to the blood
Further, according to the blood
Further, according to the blood
In addition, according to the blood
In addition, according to the blood

In the above-described embodiment, the number and value of feature points for calculating the compliance K can be changed as appropriate. Although the value DBP was determined, the minimum blood pressure value DBP and the maximum blood pressure value were determined using the oscillometric method based on the change in the integrated value of the pulse wave, that is, the area change of the surface formed by the pulse wave graph on the time axis. The SBP may be determined, or the minimum blood pressure value DBP and the maximum blood pressure value SBP may be determined based on the occurrence and disappearance of the Korotkoff sound detected by the microphone.
