Description
1、 湿度の高い地区では、空気は湿度が高く、通常の空気湿度が70−80%ぐらいで、空気中の水蒸気の量は飽和状態に近くなる。その露点温度は環境温度と大体同じくなり、露点温度の低い物体と接触する機会が多くなり、その結果物体上に結露が生ずる;
2、 現有の輻射熱交換天井板は金属の天井板と熱交換コイルを含有し、該熱交換コイルは金属天井板の上方の圧力タンクの中に設置されていて、直接天井板と接触している;接触が生ずる金属天井板の領域の湿度は通常露点温度より低くなる。

Claims (10)
- 一種の直冷式空調システムであり、その空調システムはヒートポンプシステムと水循環システムを有し、該水循環システムは循環ポンプ、空気熱交換装置及び水熱交換装置の水循環回路を有し、前記空気熱交換装置は外の空気と熱交換を行い、前記水熱交換装置は前記ヒートポンプシステムと熱交換を行うように設けられる空調システムにおいて、
前記水循環システムは複数個の輻射熱交換天井板を有し、該輻射熱交換天井板は金属天井板と熱交換コイルを有し、前記熱交換コイルは前記金属天井板の上方に設けられ、前記熱交換コイルは前記金属天井板と近接しているが直接接触せず、前記熱交換コイルの上方には保温材料層により覆われ、
前記熱交換コイルは前記水循環システムの水循環回路中に組み込まれており、
前記金属天井板の上表面にはコイルホルダが設けられ、該コイルホルダは熱伝導性が低く、前記熱交換コイルは該コイルホルダ上に架設されていることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項1の空調システムにおいて、前記保温材料層の下方に一層あるいは複数層の金属箔が設けられ、該金属箔は前記熱交換コイルと前記保温材料層の間に設けられていることを特徴とする空調システム。
- 請求項2の空調システムにおいて、前記保温材料層の上方に密封層が設けられ、該密封層は前記保温材料層上を覆い、前記保温材料層を外の空気と隔離させるように設けられることを特徴とする空調システム。
- 請求項3の空調システムにおいて、前記金属箔はアルミ箔であり、前記保温材料層はガラス・ウール層であり、該アルミ箔、ガラス・ウール層は前記密封層とともにアルミ箔ガラス・ウール保温材料を構成することを特徴とする空調システム。
- 請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の空調システムにおいて、前記空気熱交換装置は新鮮空気通気管を有し、該新鮮空気通気管には送風機が配置され、該送風機の空気入口は室外と連通し、該送風機の空気出口は室内と連通し、前記通気管の内部には新鮮空気熱変換コイルが設けられ、該新鮮空気熱交換コイルは前述の循環ポンプと前述の輻射熱交換天井板上の熱交換コイルとの間に挿入されることを特徴とする空調システム。
- 請求項5の空調システムにおいて、前記水循環回路中に1個の保温緩衝水箱が設けられ、該保温緩衝水箱は前記ポンプと前記新鮮空気熱交換コイルの間に設けられていることを特徴とする空調システム。
- 空調システムに用いられる一種の輻射熱交換天井板であって、金属天井板と熱交換コイルを有し、該熱交換コイルは前記金属天井板の上方に配置されるように設けられた熱交換天井板において、
前記熱交換コイルは前記金属天井板と近接しているが、直接接触せず、
熱交換コイルの上方は保温材料層により覆われており、
前記金属天井板の上表面にコイルホルダが設けられ、該コイルホルダは熱伝導性が低く、前記の熱交換コイルが該コイルホルダ上に架設されていることを特徴とする熱交換天井板。 - 請求項7の輻射熱交換天井板において、前記保温材料層の下方には一層の金属箔が設けられ、該金属箔は前記熱交換コイルと前記保温材料層の間に設けられていることを特徴とする熱交換天井板。
- 請求項8の輻射熱交換天井板であって、前記保温材料層の上部に密封層が設けられ、これを被覆し、これを外気と隔離させるように設けられる輻射熱交換天井板。
- 請求項9の輻射熱交換天井板であって、前記金属箔はアルミ箔であり、前記保温材料層はガラス・ウール層であり、該アルミ箔とガラス・ウール層とは前記保温材料層の上部に設けられている前記密封層とともにアルミ箔・ガラス・ウール保温材料を構成するように設けられる輻射熱交換天井板。
