Claims (2)
- 無機繊維集合体からなる芯材と、水分又はガス成分を吸着する吸着剤と、前記芯材を収納する内袋と、該内袋を収納する外袋とを備えた真空断熱材において、
前記芯材は第一の芯材と第二の芯材に分割して前記内袋に収納されて、前記内袋が曲げられて前記第一の芯材と前記第二の芯材とが重ねられて、前記内袋内を圧縮及び減圧した状態で前記内袋が曲げられて重なる部分に前記第一の芯材と前記第二の芯材を位置決めする部分溶着部を有し、前記内袋内を圧縮及び減圧した状態で前記第一の芯材と前記第二の芯材とが重ねられて前記部分溶着部で位置決めされた状態の前記内袋が前記外袋に収納されたことを特徴とする真空断熱材。 - 外箱と内箱の間に発泡断熱材と真空断熱材とを備えた冷蔵庫において、
前記真空断熱材は、無機繊維集合体からなる芯材と、水分又はガス成分を吸着する吸着剤と、前記芯材を収納する内袋と、該内袋を収納する外袋とを備え、
前記芯材は第一の芯材と第二の芯材に分割して前記内袋に収納されて、前記内袋が曲げられて前記第一の芯材と前記第二の芯材とが重ねられて、前記内袋内を圧縮及び減圧した状態で前記内袋が曲げられて重なる部分に前記第一の芯材と前記第二の芯材を位置決めする部分溶着部を有し、前記内袋内を圧縮及び減圧した状態で前記第一の芯材と前記第二の芯材とが重ねられて前記部分溶着部で位置決めされた状態の前記内袋が前記外袋に収納されたことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
