Description
表1に示した配合比率の堆肥材料100質量部に対して、900質量部の水を加えて、24時間混合して、肥料成分を抽出した液体肥料を得た。得られた液体肥料100質量部に、澱粉として、米ぬか1質量部(澱粉成分:0.1質量部)を加えて、バインダーを作製した。表1に示した配合比率の堆肥材料100重量部に対して、戻し堆肥を5質量部加えて、ツチヨシバイオセンター社製コンポスト装置を用いて、38℃〜78℃で、72時間堆肥化を行った。堆肥の水分量が15質量%になったところで、堆肥を回収して、6mm×6mmの目開きのふるいにかけて、堆肥の粉形をそろえた。得られた堆肥を西村機械製作所社製球形整流器に投入し、バインダーとして、澱粉成分を含有する液体肥料を噴霧して、長さ5mm、直径5mmのペレット状(円柱状)に成形した。澱粉成分を含有する液体肥料の添加量は、堆肥100質量部に対して、1質量部の割合になるようにした。得られたペレット状の肥料を、ペレット状肥料の水分が10質量%以下になるまで電気炉にて乾燥した。
堆肥材料として、表2に示した配合比率を有する堆肥材料を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にしてペレット状肥料を成形した。得られたペレット状肥料の粒径は、5mmであった。
Claims (4)
- 有機性資材を50質量%以上含有する堆肥材料を堆肥化して堆肥を製造する工程と、
前記堆肥に、澱粉成分を含有する液体肥料を加える工程と、
前記堆肥と液体肥料との混合物を粒状に成形する工程とを含み、前記液体肥料として、堆肥材料から肥料成分を抽出した液体肥料を用いることを特徴とする粒状肥料の製造方法。 - 前記混合物を球状、略球状、または、ペレット状(円柱状)に成形する請求項1に記載の粒状肥料の製造方法。
- 前記液体肥料として、さらに香料を含有するものを使用する請求項1または2に記載の粒状肥料の製造方法。
- 堆肥材料から肥料成分を抽出した残渣を堆肥化する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粒状肥料の製造方法。
