Description
Claims (7)
- 複数の金属層を含むカバーを製造する方法において、
第1の金属層とは異なる元素からなる金属である液状の第2の金属を、金型内に配置され且つ前記第1の金属層から形成される半完成状態のカバー上に射出して、第2の金属層を前記第1の金属層の上に形成するステップと、
前記金型内に配置された加圧要素によって、前記第2の金属層に圧力をかけて前記金型内で圧縮するステップと、
前記加圧要素が前記第2の金属層を圧縮する際に、液状の前記第2の金属の余剰分を、オーバーフローポートを通し、流出させるステップとを含み、
前記第1の金属層および第2の金属層の材料は、ステンレス鋼、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、クロム、チタン、銅、ベリリウム、ニッケルまたはそれらの合金からなることを特徴とする、方法。 - 複数の金属層を含むカバーを製造する装置において、
第1の金属層とは異なる元素からなる金属である液状の第2の金属を、金型内に配置され且つ前記第1の金属層から形成される半完成状態のカバー上に射出して、第2の金属層を前記第1の金属層の上に形成するのに用いられる金型、を備え、
該金型は、該金型内に位置する前記第2の金属層に圧力を加えるための加圧要素であって、前記金型内に配置された加圧要素を含み、
該金型は、前記加圧要素が前記第2の金属層を圧縮する際に、液状の前記第2の金属の余剰分を流出させるためのオーバーフローポートをさらに含み、
前記第1の金属層および第2の金属層の材料は、ステンレス鋼、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、クロム、チタン、銅、ベリリウム、ニッケルまたはそれらの合金からなることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記金型は、後方金型と、該後方金型と前記加圧要素との間に設けられた空所とを備え、液状の前記第2の金属を、前記空所内に射出する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 複数の金属層を含むカバーを製造する方法において、
液状の第1の金属を、第1の前方金型と該第1の前方金型と協働して作動する後方金型との間の空間に射出して、第1の金属層を形成するステップと、
前記後方金型と協働する第2の前方金型内において、液状の第2の金属であって前記第1の金属とは異なる元素からなる金属を、半固体の溶融(semi-solid molten)状態にある前記第1の金属層上に射出して、第2の金属層を前記第1の金属層の上に形成するステップと、
前記金型内に配置された加圧要素によって、前記第2の金属層に圧力をかけて圧縮するステップと、
前記加圧要素が前記第2の金属層を圧縮する際に、液状の前記第2の金属の余剰分を、オーバーフローポートを通し、流出させるステップとを含み、
前記第1の金属層および第2の金属層の材料は、ステンレス鋼、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、クロム、チタン、銅、ベリリウム、ニッケルまたはそれらの合金からなることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記第1の前方金型と前記第2の前方金型との間で前記後方金型を相対的に移動させるステップを更に含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 複数の金属層を含むカバーを製造する装置において、
後方金型と協働して作動し、且つ、液状の第1の金属を射出して第1の金属層を形成するのに用いられる第1の前方金型と、
前記後方金型と協働して作動し、且つ、液状の第2の金属であって前記第1の金属とは異なる元素からなる金属を半固体の溶融(semi-solid molten)状態にある前記第1の金属層上に射出して第2の金属層を前記第1の金属層の上に形成するのに用いられる第2の前方金型と、
前記第2の前方金型内に配置された加圧要素であって、前記第2の金属層に圧力を加えるための加圧要素と、
前記液状の第2の金属を空所内に射出するための前記後方金型と前記加圧要素との間の空所と、
前記後方金型に配置されたオーバーフローポートであって、前記加圧要素が前記第2の金属層を圧縮する際に、液状の前記第2の金属の余剰分を、該オーバーフローポートを通し流出させるためのオーバーフローポートを備え、
前記第1の金属層および第2の金属層の材料は、ステンレス鋼、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、クロム、チタン、銅、ベリリウム、ニッケルまたはそれらの合金からなることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記第1の前方金型と前記第2の前方金型との間で前記後方金型を相対的に移動させるための移動要素を更に含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
