Claims (12)
- 光入射面と、
光源に対応する領域に形成された光の強さを調節するためのパターン部、及び前記パターン部以外の領域に形成された粘着部を含む光射出面と、
前記パターン部は、積層されるフィルムと一定間隔を維持させるスペーサをさらに含み、
前記スペーサは、インクを重畳してパターン化して形成される、光学部材。 - 前記パターン部は、非粘着性インクで形成される、請求項1に記載の光学部材。
- 前記パターン部は、インクジェット法によって形成される、請求項1または2に記載の光学部材。
- 前記パターン部は、光源の光を反射させる反射パターン及び光源の光を周縁部に拡散させる拡散パターンのうち少なくとも何れか一つを含む、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の光学部材。
- 前記反射パターンは、アルミニウム、クロム、銀、水銀、白金及びモリブデンからなる群より選択された少なくとも1種を含むインクで形成される、請求項4に記載の光学部材。
- 前記拡散パターンは、二酸化チタン、テフロン(登録商標)、ポリスチレン及びシリカからなる群より選択された少なくとも1種を含むインクで形成される、請求項4または5に記載の光学部材。
- 前記スペーサは、紫外線硬化インクまたは相変化インクで形成される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の光学部材。
- 光源と、
請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の光学部材と、
前記光学部材の光射出面上に積層される光学フィルムと、を含む、バックライトユニット。 - 前記光学部材のパターン部と前記光学フィルムとの間に空気層が形成され、
前記光学部材の粘着部と前記光学フィルムとは空気層を間に介することなく密着される、請求項8に記載のバックライトユニット。 - 請求項9に記載のバックライトユニットを含む、ディスプレイ装置。
- (a)光学部材の光射出面に粘着部を形成する段階と、
(b)前記光学部材の光射出面において光源に対応する領域に光の強さを調節するための非粘着性パターン部を形成する段階と、
(c)前記(b)段階において、パターン部の一部分に、積層されるフィルムと一定間隔を維持させるスペーサを形成する段階と、含み、
前記スペーサはインクを重畳してパターン化して形成される、光学部材の製造方法。 - 請求項11に記載の製造方法によって製造された光学部材の上部に拡散機能の光学フィルムを合紙する段階を含む、バックライトユニットの製造方法。
