Description
本発明は、特定の「最小限に侵襲的な外科手術」処理中に外科医の視野を増進する専門的な機器に関する。
外科手術視野増進器は、限定のある皮膚切開の下で視野を改善するために用いられる。外科手術視野増進器は、外科医の作業をやりやすくする種々の部分を有する。例えば、取り外し可能なハンドル、トンネル開口ガイド、トンネル拡張器、照明器および光送信器である。

Claims (14)
- 道具本体(11)とトンネル開口端部(40)とを有する外科手術視野増進器(10)を備えた外科手術視野増進のための外科システムであって、
上記トンネル開口端部(40)がガイド穴を有し、
上記外科システムが、さらに、上記ガイド穴を通るトンネル開口ガイド(50)を備え、
上記外科手術視野増進器(10)が、視覚増進器端部(30)を有し、
上記視覚増進器端部(30)が、
横柔組織保護器(35)と、
上記横柔組織保護器(35)によって生成される視覚空間(36)とを有することを特徴とする外科システム。 - 上記トンネル開口端部(40)の挿入の深さを制限するガード(20)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科システム。
- 上記ガード(20)が、上記トンネル開口ガイド(50)を通すガードガイド穴(21)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外科システム。
- 上記ガード(20)が、
調整可能なトンネル(24)を有し、
上記外科手術視野増進器(10)のトンネル開口部の長いネック(441)に沿って滑ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の外科システム。 - 上記トンネル開口端部(40)が、拡大外科用メス(45)が続くトンネル開口チップ(41)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の外科システム。
- 上記外科手術視野増進器(10)に取り付け可能なハンドル(60)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の外科システム。
- 視覚空間(36)を照明する、上記外科手術視野増進器(10)に取り付け可能な照明器(70)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の外科システム。
- 上記照明器(70)が、上記外科手術視野増進器(10)に取り付けるための道具ソケット(79)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の外科システム。
- 視覚増進器端部(30)が、照明スロット(31)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の外科システム。
- 上記照明器(70)が、
視覚空間(36)を照明するために視覚増進器端部(30)の照明スロット(31)を通る照明チップ(83)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の外科システム。 - 上記トンネル開口ガイド(50)が、ガードストッパ(54)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の外科システム。
- 上記トンネル開口ガイド(50)が、ガイドワイヤであるか、または、平坦な形状を有するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の外科システム。
- トンネル拡張器(95)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の外科システム。
- 上記トンネル拡張器(95)が、鈍化チップ(951)と、両側の鋭いエッジ(952)とを有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の外科システム。
