Description
The present invention relates to a fuel injection valve, and more particularly to a fuel injection valve suitable for supplying gaseous fuel to an internal combustion engine.
Conventionally, for example, Patent Literature 1 discloses a fuel injection device of a hydraulic operation type. This conventional fuel injection device uses a liquid seal with a seal oil having a pressure higher than that of the main fuel in order to prevent leakage of the main fuel (fluid fuel) to the working fluid (working fluid) for operating the needle valve. I am doing so.
However, in the configuration using the liquid seal as described in Patent Document 1, the structure of the fuel injection device is complicated, and the cost increases. In the conventional configuration, the seal structure between the seal oil for the liquid seal and the main fuel is a clearance seal structure. For this reason, in order to prevent the main fuel from leaking into the hydraulic fluid, when the seal oil pressure is set higher than the main fuel pressure, the high-pressure seal oil leaks to the main fuel side through the clearance seal. There is a problem that it ends up. Further, when the main fuel is a gaseous fuel having a small molecule size such as hydrogen, there is a concern that the main fuel leaks to the seal oil side even if the clearance is sufficiently small.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and each of the working fluid for operating the needle valve and the fluid fuel injected when the needle valve is opened leaks toward the other. An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection valve that can prevent the above problem by using a simple configuration.

The second invention is the first invention, wherein
The arrangement of the second elastic member with respect to the flange portion is determined so that the second elastic member is arranged on the side where the pressure of the fluid fuel acts in the seal chamber.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the combination of the first elastic member and the second elastic member having the above configuration can ensure sealing performance without using an expensive seal such as a conventional liquid seal. And in addition to these 1st and 2nd elastic members, by providing the 3rd elastic member which has the said structure, a sealing performance can be improved fail-safely.
Embodiment 1 FIG.
[Description of overall structure and operation of fuel injection valve]
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view for schematically illustrating an overall configuration of a
As shown in FIG. 1, a
The other end of the working
A
The
A
The
[Description of seal structure around needle valve]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the gaseous fuel and the working liquid are separated in the vicinity of the end of the
FIG. 2 is a view for explaining the details of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The O-
The
The support ring 60 is made of a material having a higher strength than the backup ring 58 (specifically, a rigid body such as a metal). The support ring 60 includes an annular tapered surface 60 a that overlaps the tapered
In the
In the
In addition to the
As described above, according to the
In the
By the way, in Embodiment 1 mentioned above, in the
Further, in the first embodiment described above, the
Further, in the first embodiment described above, the
