Description
The present invention relates to a hot water storage type hot water supply apparatus.
A hot water storage type hot water supply apparatus that stores hot water generated by the heating means in a hot water storage tank and takes out the hot water from the hot water storage tank when necessary is widely used. This hot water storage type hot water supply device has an electronically controlled mixing valve that mixes hot water supplied from a hot water storage tank with cold water supplied from a water source such as a water supply through a water supply pipe and supplies it to a faucet (including a shower). I have. The opening degree of the mixing valve (mixing ratio of hot water and cold water) is electrically controlled so that the temperature of hot water supplied to the faucet matches the temperature set by the user.
In
Even when there is no abnormality in the mixing valve and the hot water heated by sunlight is not supplied to the water supply pipe, a high temperature hot water supply abnormality may occur. This is the case where water supply from the water supply pipe is stopped due to reasons such as regional water shutoff or a water stop cock dedicated to the water supply pipe being closed. A water supply pipe is connected to the lower part of the hot water storage tank, and the water pressure of the water source acts in the hot water storage tank. Under normal conditions, when the faucet is opened, hot water is sent from the upper part of the hot water storage tank to the mixing valve by the water pressure. However, when water supply from the water supply pipe is stopped, the water pressure of the water source does not act on the hot water storage tank, so when the faucet is opened, the hot water in the hot water storage tank is connected to the lower part of the hot water storage tank due to the siphon effect. It flows back to the supplied water supply pipe, flows through the water supply side of the mixing valve to the faucet, and may cause abnormal hot water discharge. In the conventional apparatus, when such a high temperature hot water abnormality due to the stoppage of water supply occurs, there is a problem that the mixing valve is erroneously detected as being abnormal.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and can determine whether the high-temperature hot water abnormality is caused by the abnormality of the mixing valve or the stop of water supply. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the element which is common in each figure, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram illustrating a hot water storage type hot water supply apparatus according to
In addition to the hot
During the boiling operation of the hot
A
The hot water stored in the hot
The
The hot water storage unit A is further provided with a
The
Usually, in the hot
When water supply is not possible, the water pressure from the water source does not act on the hot
As described above, when the
In order to prevent the above-described erroneous detection, this hot water storage type hot water supply device is caused by an abnormality of the faucet side electric hot
In step S1 of FIG. 3, the presence or absence of hot water supply to the
On the other hand, when the faucet
Subsequently, the process proceeds to step S4, and it is determined whether or not the faucet side hot water supply time started in step S2 has reached a predetermined high temperature determination standby time. If the faucet side hot water supply time has not reached the high temperature determination standby time, the process returns to step S3. When the faucet side hot water supply time has reached the high temperature determination standby time, the process proceeds to step S5, and the high temperature determination of the faucet side hot water supply temperature is performed.
In step S5, it is determined whether or not the faucet side hot water supply temperature detected by the faucet
In step S6, it is determined whether or not the state in which the faucet side hot water supply temperature is equal to or higher than the high temperature determination threshold is continued for a predetermined high temperature determination time. In this step S6, when the duration of the state where the faucet side hot water supply temperature is equal to or higher than the high temperature determination threshold value has not reached the high temperature determination time, the faucet side hot water supply temperature may not have yet converged, Since it cannot be determined that the hot hot water is abnormal, the process returns to step S3. On the other hand, when the duration of the state in which the faucet side hot water supply temperature is equal to or higher than the high temperature determination threshold reaches the high temperature determination time, it can be reliably determined that there is a high temperature hot water supply abnormality. In this case, it is determined that there is an abnormality in high-temperature hot water, and the process proceeds to step S7.
When a high temperature hot water abnormality occurs due to the inability to supply water, at this time, the opening degree of the faucet side electric hot
Conversely, if the opening of the faucet-side electric hot / cold
The faucet side electric hot / cold
On the other hand, if the faucet-side electric hot / cold
First, in step S12 of FIG. 4, the open / close state of the
On the other hand, if the
When water supply is impossible, hot water does not flow into the bath-side mixed hot water supply pipe 2f even if the
On the other hand, if the bath
According to the control operation described above, when a high temperature hot water abnormality occurs, it is accurately determined whether it is caused by the abnormality of the faucet side electric hot
Further, as described above, in the present embodiment, in the case of a high temperature hot water discharge abnormality due to the inability to supply water, the notification that the high temperature hot water discharge abnormality is continued while the faucet side
Further, in the present embodiment, both the presence / absence of the origin detection in step S7 and the presence / absence of the bath-side hot water supply in step S16 are used together to determine whether water supply is not possible and the abnormality in the faucet-side electric hot / cold
As mentioned above, although embodiment of the hot water storage type hot-water supply apparatus of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to said form. For example, the hot water storage unit A may have a configuration including a heat exchanger or a pump provided in the bath-side mixed hot water supply pipe 2 f for tracking hot water in the
Further, the method for notifying high temperature hot water abnormality, abnormality of faucet side electric hot
