異なる位置で上記対象物にエネルギーを印加する複数のエネルギー放出要素と、
上記異なる位置で上記温度を検出する複数の温度センサとを有し、
上記複数のエネルギー放出要素におけるエネルギー放出要素が、個別に制御可能であり、上記複数の温度センサにおける温度センサは、互いに独立して上記異なる位置で上記温度を検出し、上記複数のエネルギー放出要素のあるエネルギー放出要素によりエネルギーが印加されることになる各位置に対して、上記温度が独立に検出可能、即ち測定可能であるよう、上記複数の温度センサの各温度センサが、上記複数のエネルギー放出要素におけるエネルギー放出要素に割り当てられる。
エネルギー放出要素及び温度センサが配置される管を使用することにより、上記エネルギーが印加されることになる上記対象物の位置まで上記エネルギー放出要素及び上記温度センサを誘導するステップと、
上記エネルギー放出要素を用いて上記対象物にエネルギーを印加するステップと、
上記温度センサを用いて上記対象物の温度を検出するステップとを有する。
Claims (3)
- 対象物にエネルギーを印加する装置であって、
前記対象物にエネルギーを印加するエネルギー放出要素と、
前記対象物の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記エネルギーが印加されることになる前記対象物の位置まで前記エネルギー放出要素及び前記温度センサを誘導するための管であって、前記エネルギー放出要素及び前記温度センサが配置可能な管とを有し、
前記温度センサが、異なるタイプの金属を有し互いに接触される、少なくとも第1の金属要素及び第2の金属要素を有する熱電対であり、
前記エネルギー放出要素が、光学繊維を有し、前記第1の金属要素及び前記第2の金属要素は、前記光学繊維の金属コーティングであり、
前記装置が、複数の組合せ要素を有し、各組合せ要素は、複数のエネルギー放出要素と複数の温度センサと保持要素とを有し、前記複数のエネルギー放出要素におけるエネルギー放出要素が、前記保持要素の周りに巻かれる、装置。 - 異なる位置で前記対象物にエネルギーを印加する複数のエネルギー放出要素と、

前記温度センサが、異なるタイプの金属を有し互いに接触される、少なくとも第1の金属要素及び第2の金属要素を有する熱電対であり、
前記エネルギー放出要素が、光学繊維を有し、前記第1の金属要素及び前記第2の金属要素は、前記光学繊維の金属コーティングである、組み合わせ要素。
