Description

The present invention relates to a hinge that supports a shoji so that it can rotate freely on a frame, and a fitting.

As a hinge that supports the shoji so that it can rotate on the frame, and as a fitting, for example, the vertical axis that supports one side of the folding door that is opened by folding it in two is slidable along the lower frame. And a recess that surrounds the vertical axis is provided at the lower end surface of the folding door, and a receiving member that is rotatably fitted in this recess is inserted, and an inclined surface is provided on the opposing surface of the recess and the receiving member, A hinge and a joinery that are configured so that the folding door rises when the folding door is rotated in the opening direction are known (for example, see Patent Document 1).

In the case of the hinge as described above, when the mechanism part for raising the shoji does not function for some reason, it does not rise even if the shoji is rotated, so the sealing material provided at the lower end of the shoji is damaged. There is a problem that there is a fear.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to raise the rotating shoji even if the function of the mechanism part originally expected to raise the shoji stops. It is in providing the hinge and joinery which can be performed.

In order to achieve the above object, the hinge of the present invention is a hinge that abuts a shoji so as to be able to pivot on the frame, and is provided on either the frame or the shoji, and the pivot shaft of the shoji A pivot body provided on the other of the frame body and the shoji, and into which the shank body is inserted. The shaft body or the pivot provided on the shoji The main body has a shoji abutting portion that abuts on a lower end of the shoji, the shaft main body and the rotating portion main body are in sliding contact above the shoji abutting portion, and the shoji turns in the opening direction. The upper cam mechanism that raises the shoji when moving, and when the upper cam mechanism does not function when the shoji rotates, the lower cam that slides below the shoji contact portion and raises the shoji It is a hinge characterized by comprising a mechanism.
According to such a hinge, even when the upper cam mechanism does not function for some reason when the shoji is rotated in the opening direction, the shoji can be raised by the lower cam mechanism. Here, when the upper cam mechanism does not function, for example, when the part supporting the shoji and the upper cam mechanism are separated, or when the upper cam mechanism is cracked or chipped and does not function as a cam, the shoji is supported. This shows the case where the shaft body has penetrated due to cracks or chipping in the part.

In this hinge, the rotating portion main body has a cylindrical portion surrounding the outer periphery of the shaft main body, and the shoji contact portion is provided to protrude outside the cylindrical portion, upper cam mechanism, a cam surface provided on the upper portion of the front Symbol shaft body, it is desirable that the cam surface provided on the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion is constituted engaged.
According to such a hinge, the upper cam mechanism is formed on the inner side of the cylindrical portion, while the lower cam mechanism is configured below the shoji contact portion provided on the outer side of the cylindrical portion. The upper cam mechanism and the lower cam mechanism can be provided with a distance therebetween. For this reason, it is possible to reduce the influence on the lower cam mechanism due to the cause of the function stop of the upper cam mechanism, and it is possible to prevent the function of the lower cam mechanism from stopping due to the cause.

In this hinge, the shaft main body is erected on a pedestal portion disposed on a portion of the frame body that is positioned under the shoji in the closed state, and the rotating portion main body is constructed of the shoji In the closed state, and has a lower cam portion suspended below the shoji contact portion on the side of the pedestal portion, and when the upper cam mechanism does not function, the lower cam portion and the pedestal portion It is desirable to form a lower cam mechanism that makes sliding contact.
According to such a hinge, the lower cam mechanism includes a lower cam portion suspended below the shoji contact portion on the side of the pedestal portion in the closed state of the shoji, and a pedestal on which the shaft body is erected. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a portion only for sliding contact with the lower cam portion on the shaft main body side. For this reason, the site | part by the side of a shaft main body can be made smaller.

In such a hinge, when the upper cam mechanism is functioning, it is desirable that the lower cam portion does not slide in contact with the pedestal portion even if the shoji is rotated in the opening direction.
According to such a hinge, when the upper cam mechanism is functioning, the lower cam portion does not slide in contact with the pedestal portion, so that the shoji can be moved up and down only by the upper cam mechanism in the normal time when the upper cam mechanism functions. It is possible to support it stably.

Moreover, it is desirable that the joinery is characterized in that the hinge is rotatably supported on the frame by the hinge.
According to such a joinery, the upper cam mechanism is located above the shoji contact portion and the lower cam mechanism is located below the shoji contact portion. When the upper cam mechanism does not function, the lower cam mechanism The shoji can be raised when it rotates in the opening direction.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, even if the function of the mechanism part initially anticipated in order to raise a shoji stops, it is possible to provide the hinge and joinery which can raise the turning shoji. .

Hereinafter, a hinge and a fitting according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The fitting 1 of the present embodiment will be described by taking a bathroom fitting including a folding door as a shoji that partitions the bathroom and the dressing room as an example.

In the following description, when the bathroom fitting 1 attached to a building or the like is viewed from the dressing room side, the vertical direction is the vertical direction, the horizontal direction is the horizontal direction or finding direction, The depth direction which is the direction is shown as the prospective direction. Moreover, even if each member with which the fitting 1 for bathrooms is demonstrated as a single-piece | unit, it specifies a direction in the direction used as an up-down direction, a finding direction, a prospective direction, etc. in the state attached to the building etc. explain.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the joinery 1 of the present embodiment is foldable with a hinge or the like in a frame 13 in which an upper frame 10, a lower frame 11, and left and right vertical frames 12 are framed in a rectangular shape. Two doors 14 and 15 as connected shojis 22 are mounted. In the present embodiment, the door located on the right side constitutes the fixed door 14, and the door located on the left side constitutes the movable door 15. That is, the fixed door 14 and the movable door 15 constitute a folding door.

Each of the fixed door 14 and the movable door 15 has an upper rod 17, a lower rod 18, a hanging rod 19, and a door rod 20 assembled in a rectangular shape. It is partitioned by a crosspiece 16b. The upper rod 17, the lower rod 18, the upper middle beam 16 a and the lower middle beam 16 b are in a state where the hanging rod 19 and the door rod 20 are arranged on both ends, the hanging rod 19 and the door rod 20. Screwed by screws that enter the side of the upper rod 17, the lower rod 18, the upper middle rail 16a and the lower middle rail 16b from the side.

A surface material 23 made of resin or glass is provided between the upper rod 17 and the upper middle beam 16a, and between the upper middle beam 16a and the lower middle beam 16b. A gallery 21 is provided between the lower casing 18 and a vent hole. Further, the fixed door 14 and the movable door 15 are provided with a sealing material 25 at the lower end portion on the dressing room side. Here, the upper rod 17, the lower rod 18, the upper middle beam 16a, the lower middle beam 16b, the hanging rod 19 and the door rod 20 are all hollow extruded members.

The two doors 14, 15 are connected to each other by hinges or the like on opposite door rods 20, and the upper and lower portions of the suspension door 19 of the fixed door 14 are fixed to rotate the fixed door 14. A hinge 30 and a lower fixed hinge 31 are attached, and along the rails 10 a and 11 a provided on the upper frame 10 and the lower frame 11 while rotating the moving door 15 on the upper and lower portions of the suspension base 19 of the moving door 15. An upper moving hinge 32 and a lower moving hinge 33 are attached for movement. Here, the lower fixed hinge 31 and the lower moving hinge 33 have the same configuration except that the lower moving hinge 33 has a roller (not shown) that rolls on the rail 11a and the shape of a pedestal portion 36a described later. . For this reason, here, the configuration of the lower hinges 31 and 33 will be described by taking the lower fixed hinge 31 as an example.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the lower fixed hinge 31 is fitted into the small frame at the lower end of the resin-made frame side member 36 that is engaged with the lower frame 11 and the hollow suspension rod 19 that is hollow. It has a resin-made heel side member 38 as a rotating part main body, and a coil spring 39 interposed between the frame side member 36 and the heel side member 38.

The frame-side member 36 includes a substantially rectangular parallelepiped pedestal 36a, an extension 36b extending to one side in the longitudinal direction of the pedestal 36a, and a heel-side member 38 projecting upward from the upper surface of the pedestal 36a. And a rod portion 36d that protrudes upward from the upper end of the shaft main body 36c.

The pedestal part 36a and the extension part 36b are provided with a rail 11a of the lower frame 11 on the lower surface side and have a groove part 36e recessed upward, and the upper surface of the pedestal part 36a is projected upward. It is formed flat except for the shaft body 36c.

When viewed from above, the shaft body 36c has a rib shape with a horizontal cross section having a “ten” shape so that a circular cylinder with a bottom surface having a diameter substantially the same as the width of the pedestal portion 36a is substantially the same. Is formed. The upper surface 36f of the shaft main body 36c has a receiving side cam surface 36g formed in a mountain shape along the circumference on both sides in the finding direction with the center of the circle forming the rotation center of the fixed door 14 in between. A side cam portion 36h is formed. The receiving cam surface 36g is formed in a mountain shape so that the approximate center in the prospective direction is the top 36i and the approximate center in the finding direction is the bottom 36j.

Further, between the two receiving cam portions 36h arranged so as to sandwich the center of the circle, a horizontal plane is formed at substantially the same height as the top portion 36i of the receiving cam surface 36g, and the coil spring 39 is placed. A spring mounting portion 36k is provided. A rod portion 36d is provided so as to protrude upward from the center of the spring placement portion 36k, and the coil spring 39 is placed on the spring placement portion 36k through which the rod portion 36d is inserted and guided to the rod portion 36d. It is arranged to expand and contract while being done.

The rod portion 36d is inserted through the heel side member 38 and the coil spring 39, and the upper end portion of the rod portion 36d is divided into two at the distal end side and spaced apart from each other, and the distal end is outward. It has a protruding portion 36m.

The heel side member 38 is covered with the shaft main body 36c of the frame side member 36, and a cylindrical body portion 38a serving as a cylindrical portion disposed concentrically with a slight distance from the outer peripheral portion of the shaft main body 36c. A diameter-reduced cylindrical portion 38b which is provided above 38a and is reduced in diameter from the cylindrical portion 38a, a step portion 38c which horizontally connects the cylindrical portion 38a and the reduced-diameter cylindrical portion 38b, and an inner portion of the cylindrical portion 38a. An inner peripheral cam portion 38e having an inner peripheral cam surface 38d that is provided on the lower surface of the step portion 38c and engages with the receiving cam surface 36g, and an upper end portion of the reduced diameter cylindrical portion 38b are further reduced in diameter. A ceiling portion 38k having a through hole 38f concentric with the reduced diameter cylindrical portion 38b in the center, and a shoji contact portion 38g that protrudes outward at the lower end of the cylindrical portion 38a and contacts the lower end of the suspension base 19 And provided along the shoji contact portion 38g on both sides in the prospective direction of the shoji contact portion 38g. Further, a hanging cam portion 38 i as a lower cam portion having a hanging cam surface 38 h that is hung so as to protrude most downward at substantially the center in the finding direction, and a hook engaging portion that engages with the lower rod 18. 38j.

Since the cylindrical portion 38a is fitted into the small edge of the suspension base 19, the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 38a is formed so that the upper side of the shoji contact portion 38g is substantially the same shape as the horizontal cross section of the suspension base 19. Yes.

Further, the shoji contact portion 38g that protrudes outward at the lower end of the cylindrical body portion 38a is in contact with the lower end of the hanging rod 19 on the upper surface, and is suspended vertically below the shoji contact portion 38g. A portion 38i is formed. Therefore, when the lower cam mechanism 28 functions and the hanging cam surface 38h of the hanging cam portion 38i is pushed upward by the pedestal portion 36a, the force is passed through the shoji contact portion 38g positioned vertically. It acts on the suspension rod 19. That is, since the force by the lower cam mechanism 28 acts in a straight line in the vertical direction, the moment does not easily occur and acts efficiently, and when the upper cam mechanism 27 stops functioning, the shoji 22 is reliably raised. It is configured. Here, as a factor that the upper cam mechanism 27 does not function, for example, when the heel side member 38 is separated between the shoji contact portion 38g and the inner peripheral cam portion 38e, the frame side member 36 becomes the base portion. In the case where separation occurs between 36a and the receiving cam portion 36h, the inner peripheral cam portion 38e and the receiving cam portion 36h may be cracked or chipped and may not function as a cam.

The inner peripheral cam portion 38e and the hanging cam portion 38i are provided so that the lowermost portions of the cams coincide with each other in the circumferential direction in which the heel side member 38 rotates. In the state where the frame side member 36 and the heel side member 38 fitted to the suspension base ridge 19 are combined, the fixed cam portion 38i is in a state where the fixed door 14 and the movable door 15 are closed. It is comprised so that it may each arrange | position to the side in the prospective direction of the base part 36a. For this reason, in the circumferential direction in which the heel side member 38 rotates, the inner circumferential cam portion 38e provided so as to coincide with the lowermost portion of the hanging cam portion 38i is the cylindrical body portion when the shoji 22 is closed. Arranged between the receiving side cam portions 36h formed on both sides in the direction of finding with the upper surface 36f of the shaft main body 36c inserted in 38a sandwiching the center of the circle forming the rotation center of the fixed door 14. It is configured to be.

In the lower fixed hinge 31, the rod portion 36 d and the shaft main body 36 c are inserted into the cylindrical body portion 38 a of the heel side member 38 with the coil spring 39 inserted through the rod portion 36 d of the frame side member 36. At this time, the rod part 36d is inserted into the through hole 38f provided in the top part 38k so as to be pressed and elastically deformed so as to narrow the distance between the two ends, and the rod part 36d is pressed after the insertion. And the protrusion 36m provided at the tip of the rod portion 36d engages with the edge of the through hole 38f provided in the top portion 38k to form the lower fixed hinge 31. At this time, the coil spring 39 is compressed between the spring mounting portion 36k and the top portion 38k in the reduced diameter cylindrical portion 38b, and presses the frame side member 36 downward.

When the lower fixed hinge 31 is fitted into the small edge of the hanging base 19 of the fixed door 14 and the lower moving hinge 33 is fitted into the small edge of the hanging base 19 of the moving door 15, the lower end of the hanging base 19 is a shoji. Abutting on the abutting portion 38g.

When the shoji 22 composed of the fixed door 14 and the movable door 15 to which the lower fixed hinge 31 and the lower movable hinge 33 are attached is attached to the frame 13 in the closed state, the fixed door 14 and the movable door 15 become the shoji contact portion 38g. Abutted. At this time, the flange side member 38 and the frame side member 36 further compress the coil spring 39 so that the reception side cam surface 36g of the reception side cam portion 36h provided on the frame side member 36 and the flange side member 38 The inner peripheral cam surface 38d of the provided inner peripheral cam portion 38e engages. Further, at this time, the hanging cam portion 38i suspended from the heel side member 38 is disposed on the side in the prospective direction of the pedestal portion 36a of the frame side member 36 and is not in contact with any member.

When the movable door 15 is rotated and moved to open the shoji 22, the inner peripheral cam provided on the heel member 38 along the receiving cam surface 36 g of the receiving cam portion 36 h that is engaged. When the inner peripheral cam surface 38d of the portion 38e slides (slidably contacts), the heel side member 38 and the movable door 15 into which the heel side member 38 is fitted rise. At this time, the fixed door 14 rotates in the opposite direction, but the stationary door 14 rotates because the receiving cam portion 36h and the inner peripheral cam portion 38e are formed in a point-symmetric shape with respect to the center. As a result, it moves up like the movable door 15. Further, the hanging cam portion 38i moves above the pedestal portion 36a without being in contact with any member in a state of being spaced apart from the pedestal portion.

Next, when the movable door 15 and the fixed door 14 are operated in the closing direction, the heel member 38 rotates in the opposite direction to the case where the shoji 22 is opened. At this time, the inner peripheral cam surface 38d of the inner peripheral cam portion 38e provided on the flange-side member 38 slides along the receiving-side cam surface 36g of the engaged receiving-side cam portion 36h. The movable door 15 to which the member 38 and the heel member 38 are fitted is lowered. At this time, since the fixed door 14 also rotates, it is lowered in the same manner as the movable door 15. Further, the hanging cam portion 38i moves to the side of the pedestal portion 36a without contacting any member. Here, the cam mechanism constituted by the receiving cam surface 36g of the receiving cam portion 36h and the inner peripheral cam surface 38d of the inner peripheral cam portion 38e corresponds to the upper cam mechanism 27.

Then, it is assumed that the cylindrical portion 38a of the heel side member 38 is separated between, for example, the shoji contact portion 38g and the inner peripheral cam portion 38e due to deterioration over time. At this time, the lower surface of the shoji contact portion 38g is brought into contact with the upper surface of the pedestal portion 36a of the frame side member 36 due to the dead weight of the shoji 22 in the portion of the saddle member 38 on the side of the shoji contact portion 38g. In this state, when the movable door 15 is rotated and moved to open the shoji 22, the shoji contact portion 38 g slides (slidably contacts) with the pedestal portion 36 a, and the movable door 15 and the heel side member 38. The part on the side of the shoji contact portion 38g rotates. When the part on the side of the shoji contact portion 38g of the heel side member 38 rotates, the hanging cam portion 38i provided below the shoji contact portion 38g engages (slids) with the pedestal portion 36a of the frame side member 36. And step on the pedestal 36a. For this reason, the movable door 15 rises. At this time, the fixed door 14 rotates in the opposite direction, but since the hanging cam portion 38i is formed in a symmetrical shape, the fixed door 14 is raised in the same manner as the movable door 15 by rotating.

Next, when the movable door 15 and the fixed door 14 are operated in the closing direction, the heel member 38 rotates in the opposite direction to the case where the shoji 22 is opened. At this time, the hanging cam portion 38i riding on the pedestal portion 36a gradually descends from the pedestal portion 36a along the outline of the hanging cam surface 38h. At this time, since the fixed door 14 also rotates, it is lowered in the same manner as the movable door 15. Here, the cam mechanism composed of the hanging cam portion 38 i and the pedestal portion 36 a corresponds to the lower cam mechanism 28.

According to the lower fixed hinge 31 and the lower moving hinge 33 of the present embodiment, the shoji included in the heel-side member 38 that is provided on the frame body 13 and rotates by being engaged with the shaft main body 36 c that forms the pivot shaft of the shoji 22. An upper cam mechanism 27 that raises the shoji 22 when the shoji 22 is rotated to open the shoji 22 is provided above the abutting portion 38g. After the upper cam mechanism 27 and the shoji abutting portion 38g are separated, the shoji 22 is removed. Since the lower cam mechanism 28 for raising the shoji 22 is provided below the shoji contact portion 38g when rotating to open, even if the upper cam mechanism 27 and the shoji contact portion 38g are separated, When the shoji 22 is rotated by the lower cam mechanism 28, the shoji can be raised. For this reason, even if the heel side member 38 is damaged and the upper cam mechanism 27 and the shoji contact part 38g are separated, the sealing material provided at the lower end of the stationary door 14 and the movable door 15 on the dressing room side. 25 can be prevented from being damaged by opening and closing of the fixed door 14 and the movable door 15.

Further, the upper cam mechanism 27 that raises the shoji 22 when the shoji 22 rotates is configured so that the receiving cam surface 36g and the tubular body portion 38a of the upper portion of the shaft main body 36c surrounded by the tubular body portion 38a of the heel side member 38. Since the inner peripheral cam surface 38d provided on the inner peripheral surface is engaged, the upper cam mechanism 27 is not exposed to the outside. For this reason, since the operation of the upper cam mechanism 27 is not hindered from the outside, the shoji 22 can be smoothly rotated and raised.

Further, since the upper cam mechanism 27 is formed inside the cylindrical portion 38a, the lower cam mechanism 28 is configured below the shoji contact portion 38g provided outside the cylindrical portion 38a. The upper cam mechanism 27 and the lower cam mechanism 28 can be provided at a distance. For this reason, it is possible to reduce the influence on the lower cam mechanism 28 due to the factor that the upper cam mechanism 27 has stopped functioning (for example, the separation of the upper cam mechanism 27 and the shoji contact portion 38g described above). It is possible to prevent the function of the mechanism 28 from stopping.

Further, when the upper cam mechanism 27 and the shoji contact portion 38g are separated from each other, the shoji contact portion 38g and the pedestal portion 36a are engaged, and when the shoji 22 is rotated to be opened, the hanging cam portion 38i is moved. The hanging cam surface 38h slides with the pedestal 36a to form the lower cam mechanism 28 that raises the shoji 22. The lower cam mechanism 28 is provided with a suspending cam portion 38i that hangs down below the shoji contact portion 38g on the side of the pedestal portion 36a in the closed state of the shoji 22, and a shaft body 36c. Since it is comprised with the base part 36a, it is not necessary to provide the site | part only for receiving the hanging cam part 38i in the shaft main body 36c side. For this reason, it is possible to make the frame side member 36 engaged with the frame 13 smaller.

Further, in the closed state of the shoji 22, the lower cam mechanism 28 is rotated by a hanging cam portion 38 i that is hung below the shoji contact portion 38 g on the side of the pedestal portion 36 a so as to open the shoji 22. Since the slidable contact with the pedestal portion 36a is sometimes made, the hanging cam portion 38i is pulled up onto the pedestal portion 36a by rotating the sliding screen 22 so that the sliding screen 22 can be reliably raised.

Further, before the upper cam mechanism 27 and the shoji contact portion 38g are separated, even if the shoji 22 is rotated to open, the suspended cam portion 38i does not engage with the pedestal portion 36a. During normal operation, the shoji 22 can be stably moved up and down only by the upper cam mechanism 27 having the receiving cam surface 36g of the receiving cam portion 36h and the inner peripheral cam surface 38d of the inner peripheral cam portion 38e. It is possible to support. Further, it is possible to suppress the generation of frictional resistance when the shoji 22 is rotated and the upper cam mechanism 27 is acting, and to prevent the lower cam mechanism 28 from being worn.

In addition, since the shoji 22 is rotatably supported by the frame 13 using the lower fixed hinge 31 and the lower moving hinge 33, the upper cam mechanism 27 and the shoji abutting portion 38g are below the shoji abutting portion 38g. And the lower cam mechanism 28 raises the shoji 22 when the upper cam mechanism 27 and the shoji contact portion 38g are separated and rotate so that the shoji 22 opens. Even if the upper cam mechanism 27 and the shoji contact portion 38g are separated, the lower cam mechanism 28 can raise the shoji 22 when the shoji 22 is rotated to open.

Although the example has been described, a shaft main body that forms a pivot shaft of the shoji may be provided on the suspension base side, and a cylindrical body part may be provided on the frame side.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, when the upper cam mechanism 27 and the shoji contact portion 38 g are separated, the rise restricting portion 50 that restricts the rise of the part of the heel side member 38 having the upper cam mechanism 27 by being separated. May be provided.
