〔1〕利用者が空腹時に飲用する収縮した形状のカプセルと、該収縮した形状のカプセルを胃内で膨張させて、該胃内における前記カプセルの占有容積を増加させ、前記利用者に満腹感を与えることによって食事摂取量を制限するための膨張した形状のカプセルを得る形状が収縮、膨張する形状記憶合金からなるカプセル膨張機構であって、生体親和性および安全性が高く、柔軟で、伸展することができるシリコン素材で表面が被覆され、体外からの非侵襲的な経皮エネルギー伝送システムを介した電力輸送により前記カプセル膨張機構を直接作動させる胃内膨張カプセルであることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 利用者が空腹時に飲用する収縮した形状のカプセルと、該収縮した形状のカプセルを胃内で膨張させて、該胃内における前記カプセルの占有容積を増加させ、前記利用者に満腹感を与えることによって食事摂取量を制限するための膨張した形状のカプセルを得る形状が収縮、膨張する形状記憶合金からなるカプセル膨張機構であって、生体親和性および安全性が高く、柔軟で、伸展することができるシリコン素材で表面が被覆され、体外からの非侵襲的な経皮エネルギー伝送システムを介した電力輸送により前記カプセル膨張機構を直接作動させる胃内膨張カプセル。
- 請求項1記載の胃内膨張カプセルにおいて、前記カプセルの膨張後、経皮エネルギー伝送システムによる電力輸送により、前記膨張したカプセルは元通りに収縮し、消化管内を蠕動運動によって移動し、排便と同時に体外に排出されて前記収縮したカプセルを回収可能とすることを特徴とする胃内膨張カプセル。
- 請求項1又は2記載の胃内膨張カプセルにおいて、前記形状記憶合金としてニッケル・チタン合金、あるいは、生体親和性の高いチタン・ジルコニウム・ニオブ合金を用いたことを特徴とする胃内膨張カプセル。
