Description
バネに必要な強度を得るのに軽量で済むことになる。また、これらの部材の強度を適正に設定することによって、最大限界荷重を超えた時、破壊の開始を層間部、上面部材、下面部材と順に開始させることによって、破断が一気に発生することがない。

Claims (9)
- 鉄道車両台車用板バネであって、
強化繊維が長手方向に延びるように積層した繊維強化プラスチックからなる上面部材と、
強化繊維が長手方向に延びるように積層した繊維強化プラスチックからなる下面部材と、
前記上面部材と下面部材との間に配置されたコアー芯材部材とを備え、
前記上面部材、前記下面部材、及び前記コアー芯材部材は、いずれも前記鉄道車両台車用板バネの一端から他端まで連続的に延在しており、
前記コアー芯材部材が、上面部材と下面部材の積層方向に対して、直交方向である幅方向全体に亘って積層されるとともに、強化繊維が前記コアー芯材部材の側面視で、曲げ中立軸に対して傾斜し、互いに交差するように積層した繊維強化プラスチックから構成され、
前記鉄道車両台車用板バネは、その下面が、両端部から中心方向に向かって下方に傾斜して延びる直線部と、両直線部の間の中央部分に形成した弧状部分とから構成されていることを特徴とする鉄道車両台車用板バネ。 - 前記上面部材の厚さは、前記下面部材の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鉄道車両台車用板バネ。
- 前記コアー芯材部材の強化繊維が、前記コアー芯材部材の側面視で、曲げ中立軸に対して45°で傾斜することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鉄道車両台車用板バネ。
- 前記鉄道車両台車用板バネが、両端部から中心方向に向かって厚さが徐々に大きくなるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の鉄道車両台車用板バネ。
- 前記下面部材の下方に金属製の保護部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の鉄道車両台車用板バネ。
- 前記下面部材と保護部材との間に、弾性材料から構成される弾性部材を介装したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の鉄道車両台車用板バネ。
- 前記上面部材の上方に台車荷重受け部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の鉄道車両台車用板バネ。
- 前記上面部材と台車荷重受け部材との間に、弾性材料から構成される緩衝部材を介装したことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の鉄道車両台車用板バネ。
- 前記繊維強化プラスチックが、炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の鉄道車両台車用板バネ。
