Description
The present invention relates to an infusion pump for injecting a medical solution into a body, and more particularly to improvement of a portable infusion pump that normally uses a battery as a driving power source.
An infusion pump that infuses a patient with a predetermined amount of a drug solution per hour over a long period of time is widely used.
Among such infusion pumps, for example, one that is compactly formed so that it can be used not only at medical institutions but also at home is known (see Patent Document 1).
The infusion pump of Patent Document 1 is configured to inject a drug solution from an infusion tube at a predetermined flow rate (mL / h) by a peristaltic motion using a roller pump.
By the way, in the apparatus of Patent Document 1, a dry battery is used as a power source for driving the rotating roller, and a lid that can be opened and closed is provided on the back side of the apparatus housing, and the dry battery can be replaced by opening the lid. However, there is no contrivance that makes it easy to remove the dry battery when replacing the dry battery.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and when replacing a battery as a power source, a portable infusion pump that can easily remove a dry battery that has been replaced due to a decrease in voltage. The purpose is to provide.
The infusion pump of the present invention is a portable infusion pump that can be used at home, and has a configuration in which a portable battery is used as a driving power source and a chemical solution is delivered at a predetermined flow rate. A lid that allows the portion to be opened and closed, and the battery accommodating portion is provided in a lower case constituting the infusion pump main body, and includes a concave battery receiving portion on which the battery is placed, and In the concave battery housing portion, a plurality of batteries are housed, and the bottom surface of the battery housing portion prevents each battery from being laterally shifted at the boundary position between the plurality of batteries housed. A low wall portion is formed, and an inclined portion that is inclined along the length direction of the battery is provided at one end of the battery receiving portion.
Preferably, the inclined portion is an inclined surface formed so as to gradually become deeper toward the end portion of the battery at the one end of the battery housing portion .
According to the above configuration, the dry battery that needs to be replaced and stored in the battery storage portion is pressed against the inclined surface when pressed, so that the whole is inclined along the inclined surface. It can be exposed from the accommodating part.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a portable infusion pump in which a dry battery can be easily removed when replacing the dry battery as a power source.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view in which the cover (transparent) of the cassette housing portion of the portable infusion pump of the present invention is closed, and FIG. 2 is a schematic front view showing a state in which the cover of the cassette housing portion is opened, FIG. FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view showing a state in which a cover of a cassette storage portion of a portable infusion pump is opened and a cassette is stored.

A
When the

The

The sealing means 41a is formed of rubber packing made of synthetic resin or the like.
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
Hereinafter, the take-out guide portion of the dry battery B will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
7 shows the
As shown in FIG. 6, the folding
Specifically, in FIG. 7, two
In this embodiment, one

The operation of the take-out guide portion having such a configuration will be described.
As shown in FIG. 6, when the
Thereby, the old dry battery can be easily removed by grasping and removing the exposed portion of the dry battery B.
Particularly in this embodiment, the take-out guide part of the dry battery is formed near one end part in the longitudinal direction of the dry battery B housed in the
For this reason, as shown in FIG. 6, as described above, the one end side of the dry battery B housed in the battery housing section 41 (see the position indicated by the arrow I) or the position where the marker is marked is slowly pushed. Only the other end side of the dry battery B is raised, so that the dry battery can be easily gripped.
In addition, the take-out guide portion of the dry battery B is formed on the bottom surface of the
By the way, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
The
The structure of the cover of the infusion pump and the attachment / detachment structure of the cassette are not limited to the structure of the above embodiment, and various forms can be adopted.
For example, the
The recess as the take-out guide portion formed in the battery housing portion is not limited to the inclined surface as shown in the figure, and may be a recess that is not inclined or a curved and recessed shape.
In addition, a jack for an AC adapter can be provided to enable use of an AC power source.
